Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to clarify how school administrators supervise teachers to improve pedagogical skills in the classroom. This study focuses on two issues: (1) how to improve school education by involving the community, and (2) the biggest challenges in content management and teacher development. Data mining and constructive methods were used in this investigation. The results showed that effective methods for managing principals and training teachers consisted of: (1) routine classroom practices, (2) supervision by administrators and educators, (3) floating procedures for describing class visits, and (4) evaluation of leadership activities with the intention of discussing and sharing ideas to improve teaching in the classroom. However, there are also constraints on the capacity of principals to supervise school administrators, including (1) Management issues, such as control of school administrators, teacher anxiety, and educators' lack of understanding of supervision; and (2) The decisions made by the school administration, such as the implementation of action plans, curriculum, teaching resources, teaching strategies, and teaching methods used by teachers in the teaching staff. Due to their busy schedule outside of school hours and the lack of support and incentives for teachers, especially in terms of preparing them for monitoring, the follow-up of school administrators was inadequate. Principals, teacher pedagogic competence, and monitoring are the keywords. Keywords: supervision, school principals, and teacher pedagogic competence

Abstract

This article examines the relationship between pragmatics, principles of language use, and politeness in communication. Using a literature review method, the study explores how pragmatic elements such as context, implicature, and speech acts interact with conversational principles and politeness strategies. The findings show that pragmatic competence helps speakers interpret implied meanings, apply conversational maxims, and use polite strategies in various social situations. The discussion highlights that pragmatic awareness strengthens communicative accuracy, principles of language use guide effective exchanges, and politeness supports social harmony. The study concludes that integrating these three components is essential for producing effective and respectful communication.

Abstract

perencanaan karier dan mindset kewirausahaan dalam mempersiapkan Generasi Z menghadapi tantangan era digital. Penelitian menggunakan data dari webinar yang dilaksanakan pada Sabtu, 25 Oktober 2025 melalui polling interaktif, dan diskusi panel. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan karier yang terarah membantu peserta memahami peluang karier digital, sementara mindset kewirausahaan meliputi kreativitas, adaptabilitas, dan orientasi pemecahan masalah meningkatkan kesiapan mereka menghadapi perubahan dunia kerja. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa integrasi bimbingan karier dan pendidikan kewirausahaan berbasis digital perlu diperkuat dalam sistem pendidikan sebagai strategi efektif membangun masa depan Generasi Z.

Abstract

This study examines the essence of human education in the digital era from an ontological perspective. Using a qualitative descriptive-analytical method based on credible academic sources, the research analyzes how digitalization reshapes human identity, learning patterns, and educational paradigms. The findings show that technology increases access and flexibility but also raises concerns about dehumanization, ethical issues, and declining moral awareness. Ontologically, humans remain rational, moral, social, and spiritual beings whose integrity must be preserved amid technological change. The study concludes that education in the digital age must balance technological innovation with humanistic and spiritual values to ensure holistic human development and maintain human dignity.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the potential, challenges, and instructional strategies used to support students with intellectual disabilities within an inclusive school setting. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through observations and semi-structured interviews with teachers at Sekolah Khusus Negeri 02 Rangkasbitung. The findings indicate that although students with intellectual disabilities face limitations in cognitive processing, communication, and social adaptation, they possess learning potential that can be developed with appropriate guidance. The major challenges identified include limited short-term memory, difficulties grasping abstract concepts, and the need for intensive instructional support. Teachers address these obstacles by using repeated instruction, individualized learning plans, and concrete visual learning aids. Positive social interactions and collaboration among teachers, parents, and the school community contribute significantly to students’ progress. The study highlights the importance of inclusive education that not only integrates students into regular classrooms but also provides equitable and humane learning opportunities tailored to their needs. Inclusive practices grounded in empathy, collaboration, and adaptation are essential for building confidence and independence among students with intellectual disabilities.

Abstract

Focus on learning for elementary school students is crucial for achieving optimal learning outcomes. However, many elementary school students struggle to focus on their studies due to a lack of nutritional information. The Free Nutritious Meals (MBG) program is expected to help improve student focus. This study aims to analyze the impact of the MBG program on elementary school students' focus on learning. This study used a quasi-experimental design with a sample of 60 elementary school students who received the MBG program. Data were collected through questionnaires and observations. The results indicate that the MBG program has both positive and negative impacts on elementary school students' focus on learning. The MBG program can be a strategy for improving elementary school students' focus on learning. Therefore, a broader and more effective implementation of the MBG program is needed.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has driven vorious innovations in the financial sector, including crowdfunding as an alternative funding instrument that has gained increasing attention in Indonesia. Although offering ease of access and inclusivity, modern crowdfunding practices also present legal and ethical challenges, particularly regarding compliance with Islamic principles. This issue is crucial given that Indonesia has the largest Muslim population in the world, thus requiring appropriate regulations and a contemporary fiqh framework to govern such practices. This study aims to analyze the urgency of contemporary fiqh in regulating crowdfunding within modern society by examining the suitability of its mechanisms, contracts (akad), and implementation models from a sharia perspective. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method with a library research approach, utilizing sources such as books, academic journals, OJK regulations, DSN-MUI fatwas, and previous studies as the basis of analysis. The analytical technique used is content analysis to identify and synthesize various concepts and findings from the literature. The results show that sharia-based crowdfunding can serve as an ethical, inclusive, and sharia-compliant funding instrument when grounded in the principles of ta’awun, trustworthiness, justice, and the avoidance of riba, gharar, and maysir. Additionally, the regulatory framework involving OJK, DSN, and DPS plays a crucial role in ensuring sharia compliance and safeguarding all parties involved. This study concludes that integrating contemporary fiqh into crowdfunding regulation is essential to establishing an ethical and sustainable digital financial ecosystem.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the daily Duha prayer program in shaping the religious character of elementary school students. This research employed a qualitative approach using a case study method conducted at SD Negeri 102/X Lambur I. The research subjects consisted of the principal, classroom teachers, Islamic Religious Education teachers, and students. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, while data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that the daily Duha prayer program has been implemented regularly and systematically as part of the school culture. The implementation of this program has a positive impact on the formation of students’ religious character, particularly in improving discipline, responsibility, inner calmness, and awareness of worship. The success of the program is supported by teachers’ role modeling and the principal’s support, although several technical obstacles were still found during its implementation. Overall, the daily Duha prayer program is effective as a form of worship habituation in strengthening the religious character of elementary school students.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of audit opinions and dividend policy on stock price changes in telecommunications companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2020–2024 period. The research applies a quantitative method using multiple linear regression analysis. The sample consists of 15 companies selected based on specific criteria. The results indicate that audit opinions and dividend policy jointly affect stock prices. However, when assessed individually, only dividend policy shows a significant impact, while audit opinions do not exhibit a meaningful influence. These findings suggest that investors tend to be more responsive to dividend signals than audit opinions when making investment decisions in the telecommunications sector.
