Abstract

The development of the digital economy demands that the world of education produce a young generation that is not only academicall proficient, but also possesses a creative and innovative entrepreneurial spirit. However, reality shows that the implementation of entrepreneurship education in schools still faces challenges such as limited facilities, a lack of teacher competence, and minimal collaboration with the industrial world. This study aims to analyze the role of entrepreneurship education in schools in developing a sturtup generation through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. Date were collected from various relevant national and international journals from 2015-2025, then analyzed using thematic synthesis methods to identify patterns, strategies, and key findings. The result show that enterpreneursip education in schools contributes significantly to improving student’s creative thinking skills, problem solving skills, and innovation abilities. Project based learning models and digital entrepreneurship have proven more effective in developing entrepreneurial character that adapts to digital transformation. Teachers play a crucial role as visionary facilitators in fostering an entrepreneurial spirit through contextual and collaborative learning. That study’s conclusions emphasize that strengthening teacher capacity, providing supporting facilities, and partnering with industry are key to the success of entrepreneurship education in schools. The implications of this research emphasize the need to integrate a digital based entrepreneurial ecosystem in schools to produce a generation of innovative and globally competitive startups.

Abstract

The learning process in law theory and constitution courses requires variations in the use of learning models, to increase the level of understanding and analysis of student abilities related to concepts and theories of law theory and constitution courses. The purpose of this study is to learn how to apply the problem-based learning model of learning using brainstorming techniques in improving the analysis skills of students specifically with respect to lectures on legal theory and constitution courses. Quantitative research with the main data source is pretest and posttest research with research subjects of all 5 semester students of PPKn study programs taking courses in legal theory and constitution. The results showed that there was an increase in student scores seen from the results of the pretest and posttest scores which increased significantly, the highest value at the posttest score reached 92 and the highest value at the pretest score 76. It can be concluded that the need for a problem based learning learning model with brainstorming techniques proved to be effective in improving students' analytical skills regarding legal theory and constitution.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masalah yang dihadapi guru saat proses mengajar pembelajaran matematika dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan kemampuan berfikir kritis siswa. Salah satu upaya guru dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan kemampuan berfikir kritis siswa yaitu dengan menggunakan media power point interaktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media power point interaktif terhadap motivasi dan kemampuan berfikir kritis siswa di MIN 14 Blitar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian Pre- Experimental Design dengan bentuk One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Pengambilan data sampel dengan menggunakan Teknik Nonprobability Sampling dengan jenis purposive sampling. Instrument yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data berupa angket dan tes. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji paired sample t-test dan uji MANOVA. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Ada pengaruh penggunaan media pembelajaran power point interaktif terhadap motivasi siswa pembelajaran matematika di MIN 14 Blitar dengan diperoleh hasil nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,023 < 0,05. (2) Ada pengaruh penggunaan media pembelajaran power point interaktif terhadap kemampuan berfikir kritis siswa pembelajaran matematika di MIN 14 Blitar dengan diperoleh hasil nilai signifikasi pada kelas 4 sebesar 0,002 dan nilai signifikasi pada kelas 5 sebesar 0,000 yang artinya dari hasil tersebut menunjukkan nilai < 0,05. (3) Ada pengaruh penggunaan media pembelajaran power point interaktif terhadap hubungan motivasi dan kemampuan berfikir kritis siswa pembelajaran matematika di MIN 14 Blitar dengan diperoleh hasil nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,001 < 0,05.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology requires teachers to continuously improve their digital competence, supported by effective school leadership strategies through the use of technology-based learning media such as Interactive Flat Panels (IFP). This study aims to analyse the strategies employed by principals to enhance teachers’ digital competence through the use of IFP at SDN Margaasih Cikancung and SDN Ciluluk 2 Cikancung. A qualitative approach with a case study method was applied, using interviews, observations, and documentation for data collection. The theoretical framework is based on educational leadership, teachers’ digital competence, and the POAC management approach (planning, organising, actuating, and controlling). The findings indicate that principals implement systematic strategies through programme planning, resource organisation, training and mentoring activities, as well as continuous monitoring of IFP use in teaching practices. In conclusion, POAC-based principal strategies are effective in improving teachers’ digital competence.

Abstract

Competency-based learning evaluation is one of the key factors in improving junior high school students' learning outcomes. This study aims to analyze the implementation of competency-based learning evaluation and its impact on student learning outcomes at junior high schools. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method with a sample of 60 fifth-grade students from two junior high schools in Central Jakarta . Data were collected through observation, tests, and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of competency-based learning evaluation covering three domains (cognitive, affective, and psychomotor) significantly improved student learning outcomes. The average increase in learning outcomes reached 25.3% after the implementation of competency-based evaluation. This research concludes that competency-based evaluation that is conducted systematically and comprehensively can effectively improve junior high school students' learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of strategies to strengthen the identity of local culinary products, namely Pallu Basa Barru, through integrated training in packaging and digital marketing to increase its attractiveness as a regional culinary tourism destination. The method used was Participatory Action Research (PAR) with a qualitative-descriptive approach, involving Pallu Basa culinary MSMEs in Barru Regency, South Sulawesi. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation of training outcomes. The results showed that interventions in visual branding, packaging innovation (instant products), and the adoption of digital marketing (social media and e-commerce) significantly strengthened Pallu Basa's image as a distinctive product. This identity strengthening not only increased the average partner's turnover by 40% in three months but also expanded market reach beyond Sulawesi. The study concluded that combining authentic culinary preservation with modernized packaging and digital marketing strategies is key to transforming local culinary products into high-value tourism assets.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the perception of The Baduy People Towards Formal Education And Analyze How Tradition And Modernization Interact In The Process. Through a qualitative descriptive method based on literature studies and interviews, this study found that rejection of formal schools was based on concerns about changes in people's character and lifestyle. However, Baduy Luar's openness to technology and training activities shows that there is limited adaptation to the times. The implications of this view include limited access to formal education, narrow modern job opportunities, maintaining cultural identity, and the emergence of dilemmas for the younger generation. These findings underscore the importance of an educational approach that respects local cultural values and is more sensitive to the needs of indigenous peoples. The Baduy people have a different view of formal education. For them, education does not have to be done through school, but through life experiences, parents' examples, and traditional values that are inherited from generation to generation. This attitude places families and communities as the main educators, as well as a strong reason for their rejection of the existence of formal schools in customary territories. Previous research shows that modernization, globalization, and technological developments have begun to affect some of the Outer Baduy people, although the acceptance of modern things is done selectively so as not to contradict customs. However, in-depth studies on how the Baduy people themselves interpret formal education are still rarely carried out.

Abstract

This study aims to show and prove whether there is a significant influence between learning readiness and learning motivation simultaneously and partially on learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education subjects at SMP Negeri 2 Ukui. This type of research is quantitative research. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire to measure the level of learning readiness and learning motivation and report card scores to measure learning outcomes. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 27.00. The results of the study indicate a significant influence between learning readiness and learning motivation on learning outcomes. This is indicated by the F count value of 47.021 with a significance of <0.001 compared to F table of 2.76. Thus, it is concluded that 47.021 > 2.76 proves that there is a significant influence between learning readiness and learning motivation on student learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education subjects at SMP Negeri 2 Ukui.

Abstract

Early marriage remains a social phenomenon that frequently occurs in rural areas, including Kota Karang Village. This practice leads to various impacts, affecting social, economic, educational, and health aspects. This study aims to analyze the factors causing early marriage and the impacts it has on individuals and the community in Kota Karang Village. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The research informants consist of individuals who married at an early age, parents, community leaders, and village officials. The findings indicate that the main factors contributing to early marriage include economic conditions, low levels of education, social and cultural influences, and a lack of public understanding regarding the legal minimum age for marriage as stipulated in prevailing laws and regulations. The impacts of early marriage include disrupted education, psychological unpreparedness for marital life, an increased risk of divorce, and reproductive health problems. This study is expected to serve as a reference for village governments and relevant stakeholders in formulating policies and educational programs to reduce the incidence of early marriage in Kota Karang Village.

Abstract

Career development is a crucial aspect of students’ personal and professional growth. Amid the rapidly changing dynamics of the world of work, students face various career-related challenges, including confusion in career decision-making, limited self-understanding, and restricted access to career information. Guidance and counseling services play a strategic role in bridging students’ personal potential with readiness for future career success. This study aims to examine effective strategies in career guidance and counseling that support students’ career development. The research employed a literature review method by analyzing national and international scholarly articles published between 2015 and 2025 that are relevant to career guidance, career development theories, and career counseling interventions. The findings indicate that effective career guidance and counseling strategies include facilitating self-understanding, providing career information services, training in career decision-making, and implementing contextual and developmentally based career counseling. These strategies contribute to the development of career adaptability, self-efficacy, and realistic career planning among students.
