Abstract

Technology is developing rapidly, including buying and selling activities, which are increasingly influenced by e-commerce applications. Tokopedia is one of the largest e-commerce companies in Indonesia and has an important role in online buying and selling activities between sellers and buyers. However, in an increasingly competitive environment, the success of retaining and attracting users relies heavily on a positive user experience when using the app. A positive user experience is very important for maintaining and attracting users on e-commerce platforms. This research uses the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method to analyze the user experience on the Tokopedia application. In this study, 30 UIN Jakarta information system students class of 2021 who are Tokopedia users became respondents. The evaluation results showed an overall positive impression of the Tokopedia application. However, the stimulation element scored below average, indicating the need for efforts to improve user experience in this aspect. In the face of competitive rivalry, appropriate steps can be taken to improve and enrich the user experience in terms of stimulation of the Tokopedia app. The importance of positive user experience in e-commerce apps is a crucial factor for retaining users and attracting more users in the future.

Abstract

Microsoft 365 is a platform that contains a collection of software media (software) that aims to support productivity and assist in accessing information for its users. Microsoft 365 is also cloud-based software and consists of various supporting software that aims to meet the productivity of its users. Microsoft 365 consists of various other Microsoft software such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, and so on. One of the software in Microsoft 365 is Microsoft Word. Microsoft Word is usually used by its users to make changes (editing) to a document that contains report text and other digital written documents. Therefore Microsoft Word users must easily understand the use of features in Microsoft Word. In this paper the author will carry out a Usability Evaluation of the use of Microsoft Word using Nielsen's Attributes Of Usability Questionnaires (NAU) as the testing technique. Therefore, in this paper a usability evaluation test is carried out based on 5 categories, namely Learnability, Efficiency, Memorability, Error, and Satisfaction.

Abstract

The Canva Design application has gained popularity among users seeking to design graphics and visual content. However, users face challenges such as difficulty finding features, slow performance, unclear user interface, and functional issues. This research aims to identify and analyze these problems through User Experience and System Usability Scale (SUS) analysis. The findings provide valuable insights to Canva's development team to address weaknesses and improve usability. This research serves as a foundation for enhancing the quality and user-friendliness of the Canva application to meet the evolving needs and expectations of users.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Artists from the agency. In 2020 Dear U launched a bubble feature that can send messages between fans and artists in the form of text, video, photos, or voice notes with a live broadcast system where these messages will reach users who subscribe and vote for the artist they like. This feature also has an attractive appearance with two-way communication where users can also reply to messages sent by the artist. So this feature allows users and artists to feel closer to each other. This study aims to analyze the usability of the bubble lysn application based on the user's experience.

Abstract

SatuSehat is an application created and developed by the government of the Republic of Indonesia with the aim of controlling and tracking the spread of Coronavirus Disease (Covid-19). SatuSehat application has a main feature, namely location tracking, which requires community participation as users to report each other's locations when they travel. This aims to track the location and history of contact with people with Covid-19. However, in its use and implementation, users face various problems such as slow and difficult to understand application responses, unclear information, and frequent application problems that suddenly close. This research was conducted to evaluate the usability value of the SatuSehat application. The research method used was the SUS method by giving a questionnaire consisting of 10 questions related to the SatuSehat application to 38 respondents in the initial study. Based on this research, 7 improvement recommendations were obtained which were then implemented in the SatuSehat application. The final result shows an average value of 61.7 (Grade D). After calculating the usability value of each respondent, the final result is 61.7 (Grade D).

Abstract

Early detection in software of errors can save time, cost, and reduce software complexity. The goal of writing this Systematic Literature Review (SLR) was to identify software metrics and their application in predicting software errors. The method used in this writing was the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) using Publish and Perish software. The results of this Systematic Literature Review showed that Object-oriented metrics were used in more than a majority of the selected articles compared to size metrics, complexity metrics, and process metrics, with Chidamber and Kemerer (CK) being the most frequently used. Object-oriented metrics were reported to be more successful in detecting errors compared to size and complexity metrics. On the other hand, process metrics appeared to be better at predicting errors when combined with size metrics.

Abstract

Social media is one of the platforms that is often used by people to interact and communicate with one another. Instagram is a social media platform that allows users to post photos and videos online at high speed. This study uses the usability testing method. Usability is used to measure quality based on user experience when interacting and using applications. The calculation results of the System Usability Scale (SUS) involving 50 respondents showed a score of 77.6. From this score, it can be concluded that the interpretation of the approach based on the nature (Adjective) shows that the service belonging to the Instagram application is still included in the GOOD category.

Abstract

Kinerja merupakan perilaku nyata yang telah dihasilkan setiap karyawan sebagai prestasi yang dihasilkan sesuai dengan tugasnnya dalam perusahaan. Untuk mengetahui kinerja karyawan disuatu perusahaan perlu adanya pengukuran kinerja. Pengukuran kinerja merupakan suatu tenant incubator bisnis.penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penilaian kinerja di PT. XYZ yang berfokus pada bagian produksi. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode human resource scorecard (HRSC) dan analytichal hierarchy process (AHP). Perspektif yang paling tepat yang ditinjau dari penelitian ini adalah perspektif keuangan pada gaju dan bonus karyawan, perspektif pelangga pada peningkatan kepuasan pelanggan, perspektif proses bisnis internal pada peningkatan motivasi kerja karyawan, dan perspektif pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran pada peningkatan skill karyawan.

Abstract

Dafira Farm adalah salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang pendistribusian ayam ternak. Namun dalam pengirimannya terdapat kendala belum optimalnya rute yang dilalui. Rute yang dilalui sebelumnya belum pernah dilakukan pengukuran keoptimalannya, sehingga hal tersebut menyebabkan terjadinya perbedaan jumlah permintaan ayam berdasarkan jauhnya jarak yang yang ditempuh dari lokasi gudang pengiriman. Rute yang belum optimal tersebut juga menyebabkan terjadinya perbedaan biaya yang dianggarkan oleh perusahaan dengan realita yang terjadi di lapangan. Terdapat tiga rute pengiriman yang dilalui oleh PT. Dafira Farm, yaitu Rute I daerah Sumatera Barat, Rute II daerah Riau, dan Rute III daerah Jambi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan Rute yang dilalui dengan membandingkan antara metode nearest neighbor dengan nearest insertion. Hasil perhitungan yang didapat menunjukkan bahwa untuk ketiga rute pengiriman lebih optimal menggunakan metode nearest insertion.

Abstract

Kepuasan pelanggan ialah perasaan senang apabila terpenuhi harapan atau kecewa apabila tidak terpenuhi oleh seorang konsumen atau pelanggan terhadap produk atau jasa yang ia terima dari produsen atau penyedia jasa. Untuk mengetahui kriteria kepuasan pelanggan pada Pelabuhan Kempang Sepakat maka diperlukan adanya perhitungan tingkat kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui kriteria tingkat kepuasan pelanggan dan pengklasifikasian atribut-atribut dalam meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode customer satisfaction index (csi) dan importance performance analysis (ipa). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dengan 19 atribut kepada 100 responden. Tahapan pengolahan data meliputi karakteristik responden, uji statistik validitas dan reliabilitas, perhitungan tingkat kesesuain, perhitungan CSI, dan analisis IPA. Indeks kriteria kepuasan pelanggan pada Pelabuhan Kempang Sepakat Pak Usman berada pada angka sebesar 74,46% yang menandakan bahwa Pelabuhan Kempang Sepakat Pak Usman termasuk kedalam nilai index puas. Hasil analisis IPA diketahui bahwa terdapat 3 atribut yang menjadi prioritas utama yang harus ditingkatkan yaitu kondisi tempat duduk dan tunggu pelabuhan kempang kurang nyaman dan aman, perlengkapan keamanan pelabuhan yang cukup memadai dan tidak adanya perlindungan asuransi yang diberikan pihak pelabuhan kepada penumpang dan karyawan.
