Abstract

Untuk melayani lalu lintas orang, kendaraan maupun barang maka pembangunan jalan merupakan tujuan utama yang dilakukan. Salah satu jalan yang terdapat di kabupaten aceh tengah ini adalah jalan sengeda-takengon. Kemacetan di ruas jalan ini sudah menjadi hal yang biasa setiap harinya. Untuk melihat kondisi ini maka dilakukan survey pengamatan lalu lintas dilapangan selama 12 jam yaitu jam 07.00-19.00 WIB yang dilaksanakan pada hari, senin, kamis, dan sabtu. Untuk menganalisa volume, kecepatan dan kepadatan lalu lintas ini digunakan model liner Greenshields, Greenberg dan Underwood. Untuk model Greenshields kecepatan-kepadatan (S-D) S = 36 – 0,27D, volume-kecepatan V = 133,38S – 3,75 S2, volume-kepadatan V = 35,54D – 0,27 D2. Model Greenberg, kecepatan-kepadatan (S-D) S = 8,19Ln(856,71/D), volume-kecepatan V = V = 856,71Se-s/8,19, volume-kepadatan V = 8,19DLn856,7/D. Model Underwood kecepatan-kepadatan (S-D) S = 36,5e-D/103,24, volume-kecepatan V = 103,24SLn36,5/S, volume-kepadatan V = 36,5De-D/103,24. Untuk jalan Sengeda – Takengon model yang dapat dikatakan paling sesuai adalah Greenshield dengan nilai volume lalu lintas paling rendah yaitu Vm = 1184,93 Smp/Jam.

Abstract

This research was conducted by modeling the reinforced concrete structure according to the existing conditions. Nonlinear static pushover analysis was carried out by giving monotonous lateral static loads until the structure reached an inelastic nonlinear state which was known from its capacity curve. The frequent, rare and very rare earthquake scenarios are given to the building structure so that the level of performance is known. The performance of the simulated building for each earthquake level is correlated with the parameters R, Cd and Ω of the actual building structure. The parameter values of Ractual, Ωactual and Cdaktual represent the strength, stiffness and ductility of building structure are in good condition. The degradation of stiffness and strength due to an increase of base shear occurs faster when the earthquake acts at Y than X direction of building. Small, design and large earthquake simulations show immediate occupancy buildings’ performance level so that the structure is included in very good category. The presence of shear walls on all four sides of the building is suspected as the cause. Improving the quality of building structure performance can be done by modifying the structural parameters R, Cd and Ω. In existing buildings, can be done by retrofitting, adding shear walls, braces or passive control devices neither seismic dampers nor base isolation.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of vehicle speed on the level of damage to the T. Panglima Nyak Makam road pavement with a length of 1000 meters for each segment length of 50 meters. The results of the analysis of the damage assessment of the T. Panglima Nyak Makam road using the Bina Marga Method showed that the overall level of damage was 604.50 m². The percentage of all damage is 11.57% of the total road area of 7000 m². 3. Meanwhile, for the vehicle speed survei on the T Panglima Nyak Makam road section along 1 km of the total road length of 1,891 km. Results in the average value of overall vehicle speed for light vehicles (LV) is 37.70 km/hour, for motorbikes (MC) is 34.57 km/hour. Based on these values, it can be concluded that the speed on the T Panglima road section Nyak Makam, with the classification of district/city roads with good road conditions, namely 30-50 km/hour.And also the results of road damage analysis based on the Bina Marga method show that the priority order for the T. Nyak Makam road is 9.75. Priority order 7 is a class A priority order, where roads in this priority order are included in the routine maintenance program. Routine monitoring and observation of damage is required.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui berapa banyak ruang parkir yang diperlukan di area parkiran Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Untuk mencapai tujuan, metode penelitian ini menggunakan survei lapangan, melakukan analisis data tentang jumlah kendaraan yang parkir, dan kemudian melakukan penilaian kapasitas parkir. Hasil analisis ini dapat digunakan sebagai dasar untuk menentukan jumlah ruang parkir yang diperlukan untuk parkiran Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Volume parkir selama dua hari diketahui sebagai hasil dari penelitian ini. Selasa memiliki jumlah kendaraan parkir tertinggi sebanyak 7782, dengan kapasitas statis parkir 616 kendaraan dan kapasitas dinamis parkir 1.176 kendaraan selama 10 jam, dengan indeks parkir 1,467. Jumlah kendaraan parkir tertinggi terjadi antara pukul 13.00 dan 14.00 pada hari Selasa, dengan total 7782 kendaraan parkir. Selasa adalah hari dengan jumlah kendaraan parkir tertinggi, dengan 892 kendaraan per jam dan kapasitas parkir statis 616 kendaraan, dan kapasitas parkir dinamis 1.176 kendaraan selama 10 jam, dengan indeks parkir 1,467. Turnover rata-rata 12,63 kali. Berdasarkan analisis kebutuhan parkir yang dibutuhkan adalah 995 SRP. Ini berarti masih kurang 379 SRP dari 616 SRP kapasitas statis.

Abstract

Hasil Musyawarah Perencanaan Pembangunan (Musrenbang) dan Rencana Kerja (Renja) Satuan Kerja Pelaksana Kegiatan (SKPK) Kabupaten Bireuen tahun anggaran 2023, telah diusulkan 16 paket pemeliharaan berkala jalan dengan total rencana anggaran sebesar Rp. 58.880.000.000,00 Namun, keterbatasan anggaran membuat pemerintah tidak dapat mengakomodasi seluruh usulan, sehingga diperlukan prioritas pemeliharaan jalan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kriteria yang dominan perlu dipertimbangkan dalam pemeliharaan berkala jalan dan urutan prioritas pemeliharaan berkala jalan di Kabupaten Bireuen. Kriteria yang ditinjau ada 6 yaitu panjang pemeliharaan, kondisi jalan, rencana anggaran, aksesibilitas, kependudukan, dan fasilitas sosial. Alternatif yang ditinjau sebanyak 16 ruas jalan di Kabupaten Bireuen. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan metode kuantitatif melalui kuesioner yang ditujukan kepada 3 stakeholders. Analisis data menggunakan Analisis Multi Kriteria (AMK). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kriteria yang dominan perlu dipertimbangkan dalam pemeliharaan berkala jalan adalah kriteria rencana anggaran dengan nilai bobot kriteria rata-rata sebesar 0,34. Urutan prioritas utama dalam pemeliharaan berkala jalan adalah Jalan Pasar Ikan Lama Matang sebagai prioritas 1 dengan kinerja alternatif (Pi) sebesar 6,93, Jalan Krueng Panjoe – Bugak sebagai prioritas 2 dengan Pi sebesar 4,74, dan Jalan Simpang Tambue – Keude Pandrah sebagai prioritas 3 dengan Pi sebesar 3,89.

Abstract

Villa Buana is a settlement located in Dusun Ujung Engking, Darul Imarah District, Aceh Besar Regency. The flood that occurred in 2020 resulted in the overflow of drainage channels by 50-100 cm. This study aims to analyze the handling of standing floodwaters based on rainfall calculations using a return period of 2 years and planned discharge calculations using the rational method and HEC-RAS 4.0 simulation modeling.The working concept of this drainage system plan is that rainwater runoff entering the residential drainage is channeled to the planned drainage through three levels of conveyance: network channels, secondary channels, and main channels, leading to the output or existing drainage.Based on the re-evaluations conducted every two years using the Log Pearson Type III method, a standard deviation (Sd) of 0.1219 was obtained, a skewness coefficient (Cs) of 2.838, and a rain intensity calculation of 35.59 mm/hour. The discharge calculation using the rational method yielded a discharge of 0.786 m³/second. This planned drainage system consists of 16 segments, including 7 main channels, 2 secondary channels, and 7 network channels.

Abstract

Ruas Jalan Makam Teuku Nyak Arief Kabupaten Aceh Besar merupakan jalan inspeksi BWS Sumatera Wilayah I, ruas jalan tersebut menghubungkan antara Jalan Blang Bintang Lama ke Jalan Teuku Nyak Arief Panjang jalan ini 4,3 km dengan lebar 6 m. Kondisi ruas jalan saat ini memiliki beberapa kerusakan ini tentunya sangat menganggu pengguna ruas jalan yang melewati ruas jalan tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menilai kondisi perkerasan ruas jalan Makam Teuku Nyak Arief Kabupaten Aceh Besar menggunakan metode Pavement Condition Index (PCI). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kerusakan dominan yang terjadi pada ruas jalan tersebut yaitu pelepasan butir 41 % dengan total luas kerusakan 2315 m2. Dari beberapa segmen jalan mengalami kerusakan yang cukup parah sehingga memerlukan penanganan rekonstruksi, rehabilitasi dan pemeliharaan rutin, Kerusakan terparah terjadi pada segmen 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9 dan 11 dengan kondisi sangat buruk yang memerlukan penanganan rekonstruksi. Nilai PCI rerata pada Ruas Jalan Makam Teuku Nyak Arief Kabupaten Aceh Besar adalah 41 yang dikategorikan dalam kondisi sedang (fair), sehingga perlu penanganan serius dari instansi terkait untuk segera melakukan perbaikan agar daya dukung perkerasan jalan dan penurunan kondisi kemantapan tersebut dapat dikembalikan pada kondisi kemantapan sesuai dengan rencana.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the indicators of obstacles that occur and the dominant indicators of obstacles that occur in the implementation of building construction projects in the city of Banda Aceh. Barriers to implementing building construction projects were evaluated by 30 indicators from empirical studies. This study uses a quantitative method approach through questionnaires. The respondent criteria is one of the contractor company personnel at the top management level which is limited to project manager/site manager/site engineer/supervisor. The population was 214 contractor companies and the sample was 68 contractor companies. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistics. The results of the research show that there are 23 indicators that occur in the implementation of building construction projects in Banda Aceh City, of which the level rarely occurs is 10 indicators, the level sometimes occurs is 9 indicators, and the level frequently occurs is 4 indicators. The dominant obstacle indicator that occurs in the implementation of building construction projects in Banda Aceh City is the failure to define risks clearly with a mean value of 3.794.

Abstract

The Teuku Nyak Arief Cemetery Road Section of Aceh Besar Regency is a provincial road that connects Krung Barona Jaya District and Syiah Kuala District with a road length of 4,378 meters and a width of 6 meters which stretches from the cot iri bridge to the lamnyong bridge, The condition of the road section currently has some damage this is certainly very disturbing to road users who pass through the road section. The purpose of this research is to identify road pavement damage including the type and level of damage so that the value of pavement conditions and alternative handling of road damage can be known using the Bina Marga Method. This method reviews the volume of traffic and the type of damage that occurs on the pavement. The evaluation results show that the damage that occurs on the road section includes grain release 41.00%, damage area 1664.29 m2, crocodile skin cracks 31.89% damage area 1296.60 m2, holes and patches 13.80%, damage area 561.07 m2, collapse 10%, damage area 408.01 m2, random cracks 3.06%, damage area 125.59 m2, longitudinal cracks 0.15%, damage area 5.88 m2, transverse cracks 0.10%, damage area 3.70 m2,. The UP value on the Makam Teuku Nyak Arief Road Segment of Aceh Besar Regency is categorized in moderate condition, so it needs serious handling from the government / authorized agencies to immediately make improvements so that the carrying capacity of the pavement can be restored to conditions in accordance with the plan.

Abstract

Building planning must pay attention to strong and economical aspects. By paying attention to these aspects, structural calculations and work implementation must be carried out using SAP 2000 or ETABS. In planning steel structures, planners need to calculate the loads on the building. After the load calculation is carried out, the next step is to carry out structural analysis and planning. This final project aims to make a comparison between SAP 2000 software and ETABS software so as to produce a comparison of the forces produced as well as the forms of modes, moments and movement animations. To make calculations easier and faster, the author uses the spectrum response method with the help of the ETABS and SAP 2000 programs in preparing this final assignment. The reinforcement details from SAP 2000 and ETABS calculations with the reinforcement details from secondary data are the same. From the results of the two applications, there are several differences produced, including in the 5-5 section in the column the axial force is 1.52%, the moment is 2.56% and the shear force is 1.01% with a greater value in the ETABS application. The G-G section in the column the axial force is 1.52%, the moment is 2.56% and the shear force is 1.01% with larger values in the ETABS application.
