Abstract

PDDIKTI noted that the number of new students in Indonesia has continued to increase since the academic year 2016/2017. The increase in the number of new students every year proves that the level of public awareness of the importance of education is increasing. On this basis, the author initiated the design of a system that could be used by prospective new students or students who have completed in Higher Secondary School educators and their equivalents. The system the author designed is a Decision Support System by implementing topsis algorithms on its calculations. The result of this research is a system of decision support for the selection of PTS specialized program of study in Informatics/Technology.

Abstract

Kemilau Anugrah Sejati adalah perusahaan swasta yang bergerak dibidang produksi barecore. Permasalahan yang ada di PT Kemilau salah satunya permasalahan kualitas yaitu adanya produk yang tidak sesuai standar perusahaan. Dalam penelitian ini perbaikan kualitas dilakukan menggunakan six sigma yaitu Define, Measue, Analyze, Improve, Control dan metode FMEA untuk menentukan faktor penyebab adanya produk cacat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk membuat usulan dan implementasi program perbaikan dan menghitung nilai DPMO dan sigma level sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan perbaikan Usulan dan implementasi yang diberikan berupa perbaikan di proses inspeksi mesin, pengawasan pada operator dan penggunaan handbook untuk sosialisasi spesifikasi barecore. Dari hasil implementasi maka diperoleh adanya penurunan nilai sebesar 1.387 dengan nilai zigma naik sebesar 0,05. Dengan menurunnya nilai DPMO dan naiknya level sigma serta tidak ditemukannya peyimpangan produk setelah perbaikan menandakan bahwa implementasi yang dilakukan cukup berhasil karena mampu mengurangi jumlah cacat produk pada perusahaan.

Abstract

Education is an important aspect of human life, because education is one of the supports for realizing a change in order to achieve progress in various sectors of life, such as in the economic, social, cultural and political sectors Currently the government has a free education program and has established a 12-year compulsory education program. To support the program, many government and private institutions provide educational assistance through scholarship programs. SMPN 3 KASIHAN gets a quota for its students to participate in scholarship programs from the government, one of which is the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) scholarship. The selection process at SMPN 3 KASIHAN has not implemented a method and is still done manually. This research aims to build a web-based scholarship decision support system using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method and apply the method according to the criteria set by SMPN 3 KASIHAN. System modeling uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) and for design is used Use Case Diagram modeling tools, Activity Diagrams, and the programming language used is PHP. Based on the results of the discussion during the research, it is concluded that the system under study fulfills the initial objectives of the research, namely helping SMPN 3 KASIHAN in determining the appropriate scholarship recipient, so as to reduce errors in determining scholarship recipients.

Abstract

Cancer is a deadly disease that is often experienced unexpectedly. Cancer does not only attack adults and the elderly, even newborn babies can get cancer. Breast cancer is the number one cancer disease in Indonesia and is one of the main causes of death due to cancer. According to Globocan 2020, the number of new cases of breast cancer in Indonesia increased from 396,914 new cancer cases to 68,858 cases (16.6%). There was a trial for early diagnosis of breast cancer carried out on the Breast Cancer dataset, totaling 569 patients with target categories namely Malignant (malignant cancer) and Benign (benign cancer). This diagnosis aims to carry out classification using data mining to extract new information and knowledge. The method applied uses the Artificial Neural Network (ANN) algorithm, using parameters, 1 layer and 250 to 500 epochs. Meanwhile, the activation functions used are ReLU and Sigmoid activation. Then the best classification results were produced by 250 epochs with an accuracy of 98.24%.

Abstract

The use and usefulness of information technology is an important issue in today's life. This can be seen as a way of using technology to support human activities in various sectors or fields, including government and user security. Of course, the use and usefulness of information technology in various agencies is very necessary to support the implementation of better government programs. The use and utilization of technology in the government environment can be carried out with the help of a research information system. Research is located at two government information agencies: Lubuk-Linggau City National Land Agency; The information system used by the National Land Agency is called Touch My Land based on Android. The implementation of an information system is said to be successful if it can be proven that the information system produces significant positive impacts or benefits for some of its users. The DeLone and McLean evaluation concept is considered a successful information system model. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method with a sample size as many as 61 people from National Land Agency. This research uses six variables and nine hypotheses.  The sixth variable consists of information quality, system quality, service quality, usage intention, user satisfaction and net profit. The research results show that several research hypotheses are accepted because the t-statistic value is greater than 1.96.

Abstract

In human resource management, employee performance is one of the most important elements and must receive full attention from an organization. This is because employee performance is a determinant in achieving organizational goals efficiently and effectively. Therefore, every organization always strives to improve the performance of its employees in order to get the best employees according to the agency. This research develops a Decision Support System (SPK) for selecting the best employees using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method at the Education, Youth and Sports Office (Dikpora) of Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta. The purpose of the research is to create an efficient and objective system in employee evaluation and selection. The SAW method was chosen for its simplicity and effectiveness in handling multi-criteria decisions. Employee performance is assessed based on criteria such as attendance, skills, teamwork, and loyalty, with weights according to their level of importance. This system is built with web technology using PHP, MySQL, and CodeIgniter framework. The results of this system can be accessed easily by users, providing transparency in the assessment process. Based on the results of the calculation, the employee with alternative A1 and obtained a score of 0.925% on behalf of (Albertus Dedi Susilo) became the first rank of the best employee.

Abstract

Problem (JSSP) is a problem to determine the sequence of operations carried out on existing machines with the aim of minimizing the total processing time required. The development of optimization methods to achieve solutions to machine operation sequence problems has encouraged the emergence of many new solution methods. This research wants to compare two solution methods using Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) and Genetic Algorithms. The two methods are compared to find out which optimization is best used to solve the JSSP problem. The results of this research show that the ACO algorithm is better with mean squared error of 72.99%, compared to the Genetic Algorithm with mean squared error of 11.71%.

Abstract

The shortest track is the shortest track used to get from a place to a destination. In general, road users logically choose the road with the shortest route to avoid distance, time and expensive costs. The problem in this study is the problem of chili distribution which will be distributed to several markets in the city of Medan according to the market demand that is passed. The problem of the shortest route is a very interesting thing to discuss in human life so that in carrying out activities becomes more optimal by calculating the distance between nodes and later it will be a solution that will be used to find the opimal distance that must be traveled. One of the solutions that will be applied in this study is by utilizing one of the methods, namely the Dijkstra Algorithm. The Dijkstra algorithm is a method used to determine the shortest distance from the origin node of the destination node that passes through several nodes or places. So that by using the Dijkstra Algorithm, route improvements are obtained, namely the point that must be passed by the distributor so that the cost is more optimal in distributing chili, namely through the X-B-C-D-E-F-G-H point with a distance that must be traveled, which is 27 km. This route is the optimal result in carrying out chili distribution.

Abstract

In good project management, we don't just look at quality and quality aspects, we also have to consider the reality on the ground from cost and time aspects. Costs that do not exceed budget and completion time faster than planned means that the project is an indication of having a good team and project management. One of the methods applied here is the value acquisition method to determine performance from cost and time aspects. Its function is to determine the value of cost deviations and time deviations during implementation until the end of the project so that it can determine steps and decisions to speed up project completion. The application of the value acquisition method is carried out by analyzing 5 interconnected indicators, namely ACWP, BCWP, BCWS, CV, SV, CPI and SPI. The analysis results obtained up to week 25 are as follows. BCWS = Rp. 29,573,910,264; BCWP = Rp. 27,168,467,824; ACWP = Rp. 24,451,620,962 then obtained SV value = - 2,405,442,440; CV = Rp. 2,716,846,862; SPI = 0.919; CPI = 1.111;. From the results of the calculation of the five interrelated variables, it can be concluded that the Integrated Polyclinic Building F construction project has good cost performance and is economical, while the time performance is poor and the schedule is behind schedule.
