Abstract

Analysis of Educational Values in Gadis Pakarena Short Story Anthology Book. This research is to study the educational values in the short story anthology book of Gadis Pakarena by Krisna Pabichara. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. The data source of this research is the anthology of Gadis Pakarena short story by Khrisna Pabichara consisting of seven short stories, entitled: Gadis Pakarena, Arajang, Rumah Panggung di Kaki Bukit, Haji Baso, Silariang, Ulu Badik Ulu Hati dan Pembunuhan. The results of the study that showed the educational value contained in the anthology of Gadis Pakarena short stories, among others: trust, patience, honesty, filial piety for parents, wise and hard work.

Abstract

Analysis of Speech Rejection in Class Discussion. This study was designed to describe agreement, strategy and agreement. Researchers use qualitative research types with descriptive designs. Data collection was carried out using a competent, free listening technique. Data analysis through interpretation. The results showed that the form of explanation consisted of declarative speech, interrogative speech and imperative speech. Furthermore, the payment strategy consists of regrets, hopes, alternative approvals, future or past receipts, attempts to accept, receipts made as demands and avoidance. The questions asked consist of criticizing, refuting, refuting, seeking the truth, refuting and refuting criticism.

Abstract

The Meaning of Signs in Gojek Indonesia Cerdikiawan. This research aims to describe the meaning of the sign in advertising cerdikiawan gojek Indonesia. The data obtained are qualitative data, namely all forms of connecting the verbal or nonverbal statement into icon, index, and symbol contained in ads cerdikiawan gojek Indonesia. Sources of data obtained through the youtube page Gojek Indonesia. The theory used is the theory of sign systems, and semiotic approach belonged to Charles Sanders Peirce. Qualitative descriptive method is used to determine the overall meaning cerdikiawan ads gojek Indonesia. The results obtained show that: (1) the meaning of the sign messages in the Indonesian Cerdikiawan Gojek adverts resulted in Cerdikiawan's contemporary vocabulary represented from present life;dan  (2) the taxation and narration presented in the advertisements became a satire for today's society.

Abstract

Analysis Structure Fable Texts Students of Grade VII State Junior High School 18 Makassar. This study aims to describe the structure of fable story text in the writing of eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 18 Makassar on aspects of the fable story text content. The data collection techniques in this study were the writing technique of fable story texts. The research data was obtained through assignments by teachers to students, which were done at school. The results showed that. The use of fable story structure written by eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 18 Makassar which included the use of structure (orientation, complications, resolution and koda) found as many as ten fable stories. 1 fable story that does not have a resolution structure, and there are ten fable stories that do not have a koda structure of a total of 20 fable stories.

Abstract

The Influence of Suggestopedia Methods in Learning to Write Poetry in Class X High School Students. This study aims to describe the students' writing skills before applying the suggestopedia method and after applying the suggestopedia method. (3) Determine the influence of suggestopedia methods on student poetry writing learning. This type of research is a quantitative study with a pre-experimental design using test techniques, namely the initial test (pretest) and final test (posttest). The results showed that (1) the average value obtained by students before applying the suggestopedia method was sufficient. (2) The average value obtained after applying the suggestopedia (posttest) method is categorized high. (3) Suggestopedia method significantly influences the ability to write poetry.

Abstract

Pengaruh Penggunaan Media Youtube Terhadap Keterampilan Menulis Teks Prosedur. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh penggunaan media youtube terhadap keterampilan menulis teks prosedur siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 26 Makassar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pra eksperimen (pra-exsperimental design) dengan rancangan penelitian one group pretest-posttest design. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik tes yang terbagi menjadi pretest dan posttest. Analisis data yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa penggunaan media youtube berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan menulis teks prosedur siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 26 Makassar.

Abstract

Historical Facts in Rumpa’na Bone Novel by Andi Makmur Makka a New Historicism Study. This research is to understand the historical facts that exist in Rumpa’na Bone novel by Andi Makmur Makka. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative study. The data source of this research is the novel Rumpa’na Bone by Andi Makmur Makka. The analytical method used is the parallel reading technique, by compare with literary texts (novel), and non-literary texts related to events in the analyzed novels. The results include: (1) historical facts in the periode before the collapse of the Bone Kingdom; (2) historical facts are represented through cultural elements, namely siri’culture, royal ceremonies and bissu.

Abstract

Analisis Pertanyaan HOTS Buku Teks Mata Pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia SMK/MAK Kelas X Terbitan Erlangga. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif bertujuan mendeskripsikan wujud dan proporsi pertanyaan HOTS dalam buku teks. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik baca dan kutip. Teknik analisis datanya adalah statistik deskriptif. Peneliti mendeskripsikan data pertanyaan berdasarkan jumlah persentase sehingga tergambar wujud pertanyaan yang sesuai dengan Taksonomi Bloom Revisi Anderson dan Krathwohl, yaitu menganalisis, mengevaluasi, dan mencipta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 60 pertanyaan HOTS dengan proporsi 38 pertanyaan menganalisis, 22 pertanyaan mengevaluasi, dan tidak ditemukan pertanyaan mencipta.

Abstract

Writing Descriptive Text using Environmental Media as a Learning Source. This study aims to describe the ability to write descriptive text of seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Labakkang Pangkep by utilizing environmental media as a learning resource. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study were all grade VII students at SMPN 2 Labakkang, Pangkep Regency, totaling 180 students. Sampling was done by using simple random sampling technique. The selected sample, that is class VII R.A. Kartini. The instrument used in this study was a written test. The data analysis technique used quantitative descriptive. The results showed that the level of ability to write descriptive text of the seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Labakkang using environmental media as a learning resource was in the quite capable category.

Abstract

Penanaman Konsep Gagasan Pokok dengan Model Snowball Throwing di Kelas IV SDN 10 Kelapa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penanaman konsep dengan model Snowball Throwing di kelas IV SDN 10 kelapa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model Snowball Throwing mampu meningkatkan penanaman konsep tentang materi gagasan pokok. Hal ini  dibuktikan dengan peningkatan  hasil belajar dari siklus 1 ke siklus 2 mencapai 96% dari 25 orang siswa.
