Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation, spiritual leadership, and organizational culture on employee performance at Kantor Dinas Sosial Kota Yogyakarta. The method used in this study is a quantitative method using multiple linear regression statistical analysis to analyze the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable in the study. The population in this study were all employees at Kantor Dinas sosial Kota Yogyakarta, with a sample size of 58 respondents. The results of this study indicate that work motivation, spiritual leadership, and organizational culture have a positive and significant influence on employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Marketing Strategy of Educational Services at Kemala Bhayangkari 16 Kindergarten Bantaeng in terms of Increasing Stakeholders' Trust towards parents. The type of research used is the Qualitative Research Method. The data processed is the result of observations and interviews with the school of Tk Kemala Bhayangkari 16 Bantaeng as well as reports of new student admissions from the 2018 to 2021 school years. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis technique, which describes the data obtained from the Kemala Bhayangkari 16 Bantaeng Kindergarten is then associated with relevant theories by referring to the 4P concept of the marketing mix or marketing mix (Promotion, Place, Price, Person) and then concluded. Based on the results of data collection from the Kemala Bhayangkari 16 Bantaeng Kindergarten school, it can be concluded that the marketing strategy of educational services used in terms of increasing trust in users is by carrying out various kinds of promotions about schools through social media, distributing brochures to the general public, strengthening and adding relations with various media and friends, improve the quality and ability of educators and students

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of employee development on work productivity at PT. Bank BTPN Sungguminasa Branch, Gowa Regency. Employee development is one of several factors that can affect the level of work productivity. Development is an additional basic salary that is not expected by employees, but only part of it can be given only having certain achievements or certain skills and do not bother when asked to complete as soon as possible, such as reports or receipts that must be reported. This research was conducted using a simple linear regression analysis tool, R2 test and t test to analyze the close relationship of 1 variable, and the results of the discussion that the value of the variable regression coefficient (X) or employee development is 0.458 so it can be said that the employee development variable (X) positive effect on work productivity by 45.8%. From the results of the regression analysis, the t-count value was 3.524 t-table was 2.042 and the significance value (sig.) was 0.001 0.05. So it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that employee development (X) has a significant effect on work productivity

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the effect of cash turnover and accounts receivable turnover on profitability ratios at PT. Astra International, Tbk. This type of research is associative. The research instrument used is a list of tables containing data on net sales, average cash, average receivables, net income after tax, and total assets at PT. Astra Internasional, Tbk for 10 years, from 2011 to 2020. The population used in this study is the entire financial report of PT. Astra Internasional, Tbk for 30 years since being listed on the IDX for 30 years, namely from 1990 to 2020. The sample in this study is the financial statements of PT. Astra Internasional, Tbk for 10 years, namely from 2011 to 2020. The sampling technique used in this study is a purposive sampling technique, with the criteria (1) financial statement data is available for 10 consecutive years, namely 2011-2020 (2 ) 10-year sample data already represents existing population data for research needs. Data collection techniques used are documentation and literature study. The data analysis technique used is component analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation coefficient, determination test, t test and f test. The results showed that cash turnover and accounts receivable turnover together had a significant effect on profitability at PT. Astra International, Tbk.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are (1) Occupational Health and Safety partially affect employee productivity at PT. Luwu Raya Petroleum, Parepare City. (2). Occupational Health and Safety simultaneously affect the performance of employees at PT. Luwu Raya Petroleum City of Parepare. The data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews, documentation and literature studies and then processed using the SPSS.25 analysis method. In this study, the population is the employees of PT. Luwu Raya Petroleum, Parepare City, totaling 63 people. In order for this study to provide generalizations with a very small error rate, and considering the total population of 63 people, this study used a sampling technique, namely saturated sampling (census). Thus the number of samples in this study was 63 people. The results of this study indicate that (1) Health (X1) has a positive (0.282) and significant (0.003 0.05) effect on the performance of PT. Luwu Raya Petroleum, Parepare City. (2). Safety (X2) has a positive (0.488) and significant (0.000 0.05) effect on the performance of PT. Luwu Raya Petroleum, Parepare City. (3). Occupational Health and Safety has a positive and significant effect (0.000 0.05) simultaneously on employee performance on the performance of employees of PT. Luwu Raya Petroleum, Parepare City. The result of the coefficient of determination or R Square (R2) is 0.772 which means that the independent variable, namely Health and Safety is able to explain the dependent variable, namely Productivity of 77.2% while the remaining 22.8% is explained by other factors not included in the model. this research

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work involvement, work environment and job satisfaction on turnover intention of employees at CV. Joglo Furniture Yogyakarta. This type of research is research with a quantitative approach. This study uses the saturated sample method, where the entire population is the research sample. The number of samples is 48 respondents and the results of the analysis use SPSS Version 25. Based on the results of data analysis on the t test, it can be concluded that work involvement has no negative and significant effect on turnover intention, as evidenced by the regression coefficient value of 3,004, while the significant value is 0.025 0.050. The work environment is stated to have a negative and significant influence on turnover intention, as evidenced by the coefficient value of -3.098, while the significant value is 0.013 0.050, which means that the worse the work environment for employees, the higher the turnover intention. Job satisfaction has a negative and insignificant effect on turnover intention, as evidenced by the regression coefficient value of -0.167, while the significant value is 0.7210.050. In the F test results, work involvement, work environment and job satisfaction simultaneously affect turnover intention, which is indicated by a significant value of 0.031 0.05.

PT. Harian Kedaulatan Rakyat. This survey research method uses data collection and analysis techniques in the form of opinions/facts from the subjects studied (respondents) through question and answer using questionnaires (oralquestions) which are directly communicated with respondents, and intervies (oralquestions). The study will explain the relationship between influencing and being influenced by the variables studied,namely the behavior of various knowledge,organizational culture, work discipline, and employee performance. 100 respondents employees of PT. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of affective commitment, compensation, organizational climate on employee job satisfaction at the Department of Transportation of the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative using multiple regression statistical correlation to analyze the effect of the independent variable and the dependent variable on the study. The population in this study were employees at the Department of Transportation of the Special Region of Yogyakarta, with a sample of 50 respondents. The results of the study stated that affective commitment, compensation, organizational climate have a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of website quality, brand image, brand trust on repuschase intention through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable (study on consumers at Mutiara Cosmetics Yogyakarta stores). This research was conducted in the city of Yogyakarta by distributing questionnaires to a research sample of 100 respondents through probability sampling technique. The data were analyzed using SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that the website quality variable has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, obtaining a significant value of 0.000. The variable brand image has an effect on customer satisfaction, obtaining a significant value of 0.050. The variable brand trust has an effect on customer satisfaction, obtaining a significant value of 0.031. The customer satisfaction variable has no effect on repurchase intention to obtain a significant value of 0.254. The variable wesite quality has an effect on repurchase intention has a significant value of 0.002. The variable brand image has an effect on repurchase intention to obtain a significant value of 0.000. The variable brand trust has an effect on repurchase intention to obtain a significant value of 0.045.
