This research aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction through the purchasing decision of airlines ticket products at Holiday Indonesia. This research is descriptive quantitative research, with a population of customers who have purchased airplane tickets at Holiday Indonesia at least two times in 2020 as many as 415 customers. The sampling technique in this study used the purposive sampling technique, namely 119 samples that had met the criteria. Data processing uses path analysis as the method used to determine the direct and indirect effects between variables and the Sobel test to determine whether purchasing decisions are capable of being a mediator between the relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction. The results show that service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and purchasing decisions have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. The relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction can be mediated by purchasing decisions with a Z value (mediation), and concluded that the purchasing decision variable has a significant influence as a mediator between the relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction.

Good working capital management can increase the value of cooperative profitability which is indicated by the residual value of operating results (SHU). This study aims to determine and analizy the management of working capital at Kopdit Obor Mas Cabang Utama Ende years 2018 - 2020 in increasing. The type of used is quantitative data sourced from secondary data in the form of financial balance report and calculations of remaining operating results for 2018 - 2020. The data analysis technique uses the analysis of working capital turnover ratio and profitability ratio The results of the study show that working capital turnover fluctuates where for 2019 it has increased but in 2020 it has decreased so that it affects the acquisition of fluctuating profitability value s indicated by the ratio NPM, ROA, ROE. Efforts to increase profitabiity can br done by using cash optimaly so that there is no idle cash, increasing receiveble collection so as not to cause a buildup of working capital on receivables and controlling operational and non operational cost

On January 30, 2020, WHO declared a global health emergency as a follow-up effort to the spread of covid-19. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the government imposed Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) or physical disatancing in most parts of Indonesia. The implementation of PSBB and physical disctancing provides changes to the social order in society, causing many business people who lose business or experience bankruptcy due to layoffs in both the formal and informal sectors. For this reason, this study was conducted to find out the picture of the increase in national unemployment during the pandemic. The type of research used in this study is associative quantitative research. The samples in this study are all the participants registered by BPS with total sampling techniques. The data source used is a secondary data source that is taken open access through the official BPS website. Based on the results of research that has been done, it is known that the percentage of national unemployment tends to be constant in 2019-2020 and increases in 2021. In 2021 Riau Island Province is the province with the highest number of unemployed for the past three years. Strategic steps to overcome unemployment during the COVID-19 pandemic can be done by developing labor-intensive and entrepreneurial programs.

This study aims to determine community perceptions of the benefits and preservation of mangrove forests in the Mukusaki Village, Wewaria District and Maukaro District, Ende District, East Nusa Tenggara Province. Community perceptions were analyzed using quantitative descriptive methods. The method used to measure community perceptions is the Likert scale method. The results of this study indicate that the community perception index of Mukusaki Village, Wewaria District and Maukaro District, categories strongly agree to the economic aspect as much as 80.4% and 80%.

This study aims to determine the effect of giving rewards and punishments on morale for BUMN employees in the city of Ende. The type of research used is quantitative research. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Because the population cannot be ascertained, 98 respondents were determined as samples. From the results of statistical testing t for the variable of reward and punishment has a value of tcount > t table with a significance value of <0.05. This shows that the variable of reward and punishment has a significant effect on work morale. For the adjusted R square value of 0.444, this shows that the percentage of the effect of giving rewards and punishments on work morale is 44.4%. While the rest is influenced by other factors that are not explained in this study.

Economic growth is a measure of the welfare of the Indonesian people. Over time, the factors that affect economic growth are growing. The emergence of Microfinance Institutions (MFIs) has its own impact on Indonesia's economic growth. This study aims to determine the effect of Microfinance Institutions on economic growth in Indonesia. By using the Random Effect Model (REM) panel data regression method covering 21 provinces in Indonesia in the 2019-2020 period, this study shows that, only the Labor variable is proven to have an effect on economic growth in Indonesia. While the variables for the number of MFIs and the amount of MSME loan funds have not been proven to have an effect on economic growth in Indonesia. This indicates that the human resource factor as a form of human capital is the main factor driving economic growth in Indonesia. So that the policy implication of this research is to encourage economic growth a policy to improve the quality of human resources is needed. Keywords: Economic Growth, Total Microfinance, Labor, REM

Financial distress is a kind of condition where a company has experiencing difficulties in financial in fulfilling its various obligations (insolvency). Several food & beverage sub sector companies have shown a significant decline in profits in their first quarter performance in 2019. This shows there is a threat of financial distress. This study tries to determine/examine the effect of financial ratios on financial distress in manufacturing companies engaged in the food and beverage in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for 2015 to 2019. 18 (eighteen) companies are examined. The statistical method used in this study is regression logistics. It can be concluded that the ratio of profitability, liquidity ratio, and ratios activity have no effect on financial distress. While, the market ratio, solvency ratio has an effect on financial distress.

New product development has become a way to enhance business growth. In this case, “Dendeng balado” as one of the Mnangkabau traditional cuisines that can be transformed into new type of products by using the concept of new product development. The purpose of this paper is to examine entrepreneurial activities from the implementation of new product development by producing new type of “dendeng balado” (beef jerky): dendeng balado as an instant food. This project was carried out through several stages, starting from problem solving concept development followed by idea validation and market validation. Business strategies were formulated by using business model canvas in order to make certain that this product can be accepeted by target markets. It was found that brand new "Nan Taraso" has succesfully attracted potential target markets as they like the new packaging including its colour and design. I terms of commercialization phase, it was found that it would have been better for this product to be sold to travellers and those who see this product as “oleh-oleh” from West Sumatra. His can be considered re-target market that signifies the importance of business strategies and market dynamics.

The purpose of this study were to analyze influence of job stress on organizational commitment, to analyze influence of job stress on perceived organizational support, to analyze influence of perceived organizational support on organizational commitment, and to analyze influence of job stress on organizational commitment through perceived organizational support. Population was all Public Health Center employees in Tegal Regency as many as 1,165 employees. Sampling technique used purposive sampling with criteria that employees who are members of the implementing team of task force for the acceleration of handling COVID-19 and vaccination and employees who are willing to fill out this research questionnaire. Rresults show that work stress has no influence on organizational commitment, work stress has a negative and significant influence on perceptions of organizational support, perceptions of organizational support have a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment, work stress has a negative and significant influence on organizational commitment through perceptions of organizational support.

Excellent service provided by service officers in the field of population registration, especially e-KTP loading, greatly affects the quality of service perceived by the community. Making e-KTP which take 2-4 weeks, lack of friendliness of employees is providing services, service provided are too bureaucratic, the numbers of officers who handle the e-KTP recording process is not comparable to the people who take care of making e-KTP are problems faced in managing the e-KTP. This study aims to determine the value of the community satisfaction index in getting public services at the office of population and civil registration in ende regency, especialy the process of making e-KTP. The population in this study amounted to 9.811 people with a total sampel of 99 people. Date collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The dat a of analysis technique uses an analysis of the community satisfaction index which is calculated using the weighted average value of each service element. The result of the study show that the community satisfaction index in obtaining e-KTP making services at the ende regency popilation and civil registration office uses 12 elements or assessment indicators coverted to 37,50 and is in the category of poor service quality, while the average value of the community satisfaction indeks studied based on the characteristics of the respondents is 1,39 and is the category of poor service quality
