Abstract

Indonesia kaya akan berbagai macam adat istiadat, budaya dan suku. Keanekaragaman ini membuat Indonesia menjadi kaya di mata dunia. Salah satu budaya yang kental dengan negara Indonesia adalah budaya tionghoa yang sudah menjadi satu keluarga dari budaya Indonesia sendiri. Kota Jakarta sebagai ibukota Negara Indonesia merupakan destinasi tujuan wisata dimana didalam nya terdapat Petak 9 yang menjadi salah satu destinasi Budaya Tionghoa. Di Kota Jakarta, terdapat Duta Ambasador Budaya Tionghoa Yaitu Koko Cici Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dimana melakukan wawancara langsung dengan narasumber dari tahun 2018, 2019, dan 2021. Hasil yang didapat adalah Peran keterlibatan Koko Cici Jakarta pada pengembangan serta pelestarian pariwisata dan kebudayaan karena mereka merupakan ujung tombak cerminan muda-mudi yang berkepribadian baik untuk menjadi contoh bagi masyarakat. Peran berikutnya adalah sumber informasi kepada wisatawan yang dating ke destinasi tersebut untuk alat bantu promosi. Harapannya Duta Wisata Koko Cici Jakarta mampu bersinergi dengan Dinas Kebudayaan DKI Jakarta adalah strategi yang digunakan mengembangkan bidang kepariwisataan dengan ikut melibatkan duta wisata Koko Cici sebagai pemuda pemudi daerah yang memiliki ketertarikan terhadap bidang pariwisata tidak hanya untuk mengembangkan namun juga melestarikan dan mempromosikan pariwisata dan kebudayaan Tionghoa khususnya kawasan Pecinan petak sembilan.

Abstract

Munculnya pandemi Covid-19 di Indonesia sejak Maret 2020 membawa dampak yang sangat signifikan bagi seluruh sektor kehidupan. Salah satunya sektor pariwisata yang terkena dampak cukup besar, dimana seluruh kegiatan industri pariwisata harus dihentikan. Beberapa studi kasus menyatakan bahwa beberapa masyarakat yang berusia dibawah 25 tahun dan perempuan cenderung senang melakukan kegiatan wisata, akan tetapi hal tersebut terkendala dengan penyebaran Covid-19 yang terus memakan korban. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh jenis kelamin dan usia terhadap kecenderungan berwisata selama masa pandemi COVID-19. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah random probability sampling menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Sedangkan variabel bebas atau variabel independen ada dua variabel yaitu Jenis Kelamin (X1) dan (X2) adalah usia dan Kecenderungan Berwisata (Y).  Hasil penelitian diperoleh Usia dan Jenis Kelamin berpengaruh secara signifikan secara positif terhadap kecenderungan berwisata selama masa pandemi COVID-19. Semakin tua usia orang tersebut maka semakin cenderung orang tersebut dalam melakukan kunjungan wisata dan sebaliknya. Sementara itu, Nilai positif pada jenis kelamin menunjukan adanya perbedaan jumlah responden yang cenderung melakukan kunjungan wisata dimana jumlah pengunjung perempuan lebih banyak dibandingkan dengan jumlah pengunjung oleh laki-laki selama masa pandemi COVID-19.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi CHSE sesuai standar SOP CHSE dan upaya peningkatan citra daya tarik wisata di Taman Tirta Gangga. Jenis data yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif yang bersumber dari data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengumpulan informan menggunakan purposive sampling dan analisis data kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukka bahwa penerapan CHSE di Taman Tirta Gangga sesuai pedoman CHSE bagi daya tarik wisata. Upaya peningkatan produk wisata dan pelayanan melakukan kampanye iklan, promosi berkelanjutan, media sosial, kualitas produk dan pelayanan, bekerjasama dengan influencer, mengadakan festival, menaikkan mutu dan berkembang.

Abstract

The increasing development of hotels in Indonesia makes competition in the hospitality sector even higher. Every hotel is required to be able to compete in the market and provide quality services or products so that consumers are satisfied with the services or products provided. One of the departement in the hotel that produces a product (Food and Beverage) is food and beverage. Food and Beverage can develop move attractive Food and Beverage products and always make an updated menu to encourage the interest of guests who stay and do not stay and are interested in buying products made by Food and Beverage. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality from Food and Beverage at Hotel Grand Savero Bogor on customer for satisfaction.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative descriptive study that aims to analyze the application of Green Human Resource Management to management commitment, especially in the human resources department, which will lead to the formation of green employee performance in carrying out their work in operations. This research was conducted at New Sunari Lovina Beach Resort for three months with data collection methods, namely interviews, observation, documentation, and literature study. The sample used in the interview process is hotel management, totaling eight people, namely department heads in all departments. The results of this study indicate that the application of Green Human Resource Management at New Sunari Lovina Beach Resort has been implemented but is not optimal. The not yet optimal implementation of Green Human Resources Management at New Sunari Lovina Beach Resort is caused by several factors, including the unstructured Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), management commitment, and a limited budget.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh: (1) Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Budaya Organisasi terhdap loyalitas karyawan (2) Loyalitas Karyawan Grand Hyatt Jakarta.Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif . Objek penelitian ini adalah Gaya Kepemimpinan dari pada Front Office Leader serta Budaya Organisasi Grand Hyatt Jakarta, sedangkan subjek penelitian adalah Karyawan Front Office Grand Hyatt Jakarta, dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk dari loyalitas terhadap perusahaan dengan mengambil sample jenuh, dengan menyebarkan kuesioner keseluruh karyawan Front Office. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Adanya dari korelasi dari Gaya Kepemimpinan serta Budaya Organisasi serta memiliki hubungan terhadap loyalitas karyawan sebesar 0,849; menunjukan bahwa hubungan yang dimiliki  oleh Gaya Kepemimpinan serta Budaya Organisasi terhadap loyalitas karyawan dapat dikategorikan dalam tingkat hubungan yang kuat dan memiliki hubungan yang nyata atau signifikan. Oleh karena itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel bebas berpengaruh sebesar 70% dan 30% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel yang tidak dibahas oleh penulis. Regresi linear  berganda dari Gaya Kepemimpian dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan adalah: Y = 2.699 + 0.057 +1.277 . Dari persamaan di atas, dapat dijelaskan bahwa nilai regresi berganda dari Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan sebesar 1.277; dapat diartikan bahwa setiap penilaian dari responden terhadap variable loyalitas karyawan meningkatkan rasa kesetiaan terhadap hotel.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is knowing the effect of attractions, amenities, Accessibility to Satisfaction Visitors Tourists in Camping Gayatri Citeko Ground. Inside approach This research is a quantitative approach with the survey method with distribute 50 questionnaires to 50 respondents. Researchers use Techniques data collection through interviews and questionnaire. While this research method in the form of variable operationalization. The results showed that Attraction variable has an effect on tourist interest. Attractions that is at Camping Ground Gayatri has attraction to tourists so that able to have an impact on interest tourist visitors. The accessibility consists of the availability of car transportation jeep, good road conditions can impact on interest tourist visitors. Amenity owned by the Gayatri Camping Ground which consisting of accommodation, rental camping tent, toilet, spot for Outbound, spot for jeeps, places worship, and Camping Ground guards able to have an impact on interest tourist visitors.

Abstract

Providing travel incentives as a form of appreciation is one of many ways used by companies to boost their employee’s motivation that could be resulting in a better performance. This research aims to identify the significant influence of travel incentive towards employee performance; influence of travel incentive towards work motivation; influence of work motivation towards employee performance; and to explain the mediating role of employee motivation between travel incentives and employee performance. The data provided for this research is collected through questionnaires and document study, whilst the analysis technique for this quantitative research is using statistic descriptive and inferential analysis using SmartPLS3. Samples of this research are the insurance agent of AXA Financial Indonesia (AFI) Ltd. Surakarta Branch. The result of this research shows that there is no direct influence between travel incentive towards employee performance. However, travel incentive has strong significance influence towards work motivation and work motivation has significance influence towards employee performance. With t-statistics of travel incentive towards work motivation is 12,231 whilst t-statistics of work motivation towards employee performance is 6,497. Moreover, work motivation has a role as partial mediator between travel incentive and employee performance with a Variance Accounted For (VAF) value of 0,78 .

Abstract

Various tourist attractions in Indonesia were closed due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and caused a drastic reduction in tourists visiting Indonesia. Tourism supporting sectors. Singkawang City is one of 14 regencies or cities in West Kalimantan Province which is 145 km north of Pontianak City. Judging from the type of data, this study uses a mixed-method approach, namely research that combines two approaches, namely quantitative and qualitative. The strategy carried out by the mayor of Singkawang in the development of regional tourism, which includes the provision of tourism facilities and infrastructure, regional tourist attractions, increasing community participation and increasing the participation of the private sector. Local governments must make various efforts in the development of facilities and infrastructure. The focus on developing tourist attractions in Singkawang is done by developing tourist objects in the area, natural tourism in the Singkawang area. gold then now this lake is improving by increasing the accessibility provided by the government making this lake attractive. The participation of the private sector in the Singkawang city area is very good where this year the government, namely the mayor of Singkawang, has received assistance for the development of the area around the Serantangan lake by investors. Community Participation In developing regional tourism objects in Nganjuk Regency, it is very important that the active role of the surrounding community is needed.

Abstract

Along with the development of tourism in Banyuwangi Regency, there is a beach that has the potential to be developed, the beach is Blibis Beach which is located in District Blimbingsari. However, the ecological sustainability of Blibis Beach is a problem that must be resolved considering the massive amount of waste accompanied by abrasion that often occurs, management that is still far from expectations and minimal government involvement has caused Blibis Beach to be neglected. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the risks that arise in Blibis Beach with a risk management approach. The results of this research study are expected to be used as a reference for further development of Blibis Beach. The method used is descriptive quantitative with a risk management approach as for the stages: risk identification, risk assessment (risk matrix), risk response, and risk control. The results show that there are 9 risks that arise and threaten ecological sustainability, with details of 4 risks from Human Resources and 5 risks from Natural Resources, if classified by level, there are 3 extreme risks, 2 high risks, 2 moderate risks, and 2 risks. low. From all the risks that arise, it is necessary to immediately respond and control risks appropriately and involve all related parties, so that the ecological sustainability of Blibis Beach can be developed into one of the best tourist attractions in Banyuwangi.
