Abstract

Sexual education is an effort to prevent sexual harassment, especially against children. Sexual education is given to children from an early age as knowledge, guidance and prevention to face things in the future as they get older and to shape character and behavioral patterns so that they are able to avoid behavior that is at risk of sexual harassment or deviant sexual behavior. Sexual harassment can be experienced by both women and men. Sexual harassment is most likely to occur during adolescence, where adolescence is a transition period from childhood to adulthood so curiosity is very high. The role of parents is the most important in sexual education, their role as companions, educators, monitors in their children's sexual matters. The purpose of this journal literature is to provide information about the importance of sex education in preventing sexual harassment in adolescents. This research uses a literature study method for inclusive and non-inclusive journals, as well as a comparison of news source data from the previous year to the present. The research results obtained are the factors that cause sexual harassment, types of sexual harassment, sex education as a form of preventing sexual harassment in teenagers, and and forms of protection for victims of sexual harassment.

Abstract

This article aims to explain the meaning of Islamic education and explain the intellectual impact of K.H. Hasyim Asy’ari on the implementation of Islamic education. The research methodology used in this research is library research, which includes reading, writing and analyzing research materials, as well as utilizing library-centered information collection strategies. The author uses content analysis as a method for analyzing data in this research. Content analysis is used to compare the findings of a study with other studies related to the same issue. Textbooks and journal articles serve as sources of knowledge used to prepare this article. The research problem revolves around two key questions: "What is the definition of Islamic education proposed by K.H. Hasyim Asy’ari?" and "What is the specific intellectual impact of K.H. Hasyim Asy’ari on the progress of contemporary Islamic education?". The findings of this research explain that K.H. Hasyim Asy’ari's ideas regarding the conceptualization of Islamic education as found in the book Adabul 'Alim Wal Muta'alim and the impact of K.H. Hasyim Asy’ari's ideas on the implementation of Islamic education can be found in the formulation of Law no. 20 of 2003 concerning the Indonesian national education system.

Abstract

In this thesis, the object of cultural tourism in Lebak Regency with the capital city of Rangkasbitun is taken, with the title Preservation of Baduy village for tourism purposes. The Baduy tribe as a tribe that has a strong tradition of the village, house building/residential community. This research aims to find out the efforts that need to be made to preserve Baduy House as a traditional cultural tourism object. The condition of Baduy community and environment and how they utilize it wisely. The basic method used is survey method. The research was conducted in Kanekes Village, Leuwidamar District, Lebak Regency. Banten Province. The collected data, both primary and secondary data, were then analyzed by qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The conclusion of this research is that Inner Baduy Village is the residence of Baduy tribe who still maintain the tradition of their ancestors so firmly. While in Outer Baduy Village, the modern influence has begun to be seen, with the presence of household appliances made of glass, metal, although it is still well preserved. Both have uniqueness and beauty that cannot be doubted.

Abstract

This article explains the risk factors and social impact of online gambling and online loans that have become a trend among teenagers. Based on the research conducted, there are several interesting things, one of which is that online gambling can be a place to express or create in an instant way without them knowing if this activity has risk factors such as addiction without thinking about the social impact that will occur. This research method uses library research techniques or literature studies that take data from similar research or previous research.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the types of racism and the impact of racism depicted in Isayama Hajime's Shingeki no Kyojin manga. The data collection method was carried out using the documentation method and supported by the Listen and Note technique, as well as data analysis using a qualitative descriptive method, and presenting data analysis using an informal method. This study uses sociological theory according to Alan Swingewood and the theory of racism according to Beverly Daniel Tatum.Based on the research results, it is known that there are representations in the form of types of racism in the Shingeki no Kyojin manga. This can be seen in the Eldian race which was oppressed by the ruling party, namely the Marleyan race and it can be understood that the types of racism are categorized by (1) individual racism, (2) cultural racism, and (3) institutional racism. Furthermore, the results of the analysis regarding the impact of racism depicted in the Shingeki no Kyojin manga found the emergence of resistance movements, inner conflicts in the Eldian race, and differences of opinion between individuals.

Abstract

The Accelerating project completion must be done with proper planning. One of the alternatives that can be used to support the acceleration of work activities is by adding manpower and working hours, in order to address delays in a project. To achieve maximum benefits without compromising workplace safety and job quality. The aim of this research is to analyze the acceleration of the implementation of the safety riding center project by adding optimal manpower and working hours. The method used in this research is a descriptive method with a case study approach. The Crashing method is used to expedite the delay in the riding center project using Microsoft Office Project 2016 as a data processing tool. After analyzing the data, it can be concluded that there are 3 critical paths that affect the implementation of the safety riding center project, and adding optimal manpower and working hours is performed. The results obtained after the analysis show that the upper structure work has the longest critical path with an initial completion time of 161 days, which is accelerated by 38 days to become 123 days earlier with the addition of 8 workers. With an initial cost of 4,519,890,373 becoming 4,519,965,373. The higher the cost incurred, the faster the delayed work is completed.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi integrasi mekanisme resolusi sengketa tradisional dan inovasi teknologi modern dalam konteks sengketa internasional. Masalah utama yang dihadapi adalah efektivitas metode tradisional yang terkendala oleh perbedaan budaya, hukum, dan kesenjangan teknologi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji bagaimana teknologi seperti Online Dispute Resolution (ODR), kecerdasan buatan, dan blockchain dapat meningkatkan proses penyelesaian sengketa. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif melalui analisis dokumen dan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi teknologi dapat meningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, dan aksesibilitas, namun memerlukan penyesuaian regulasi dan jaminan keamanan data. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk kebijakan dan praktik hukum internasional yang lebih adaptif dan efektif.

Abstract

Dalam UU Republik Indonesia Nomor 5 Tahun 2017 tentang Pemajuan Kebudayaan, menimbang bahwa keanekaragaman kebudayaan merupakan identitas bangsa yang berharga. Melestarikan nilai sosial budaya merupakan kewajiban daerah yang juga memberi masyarakat peluang untuk berperan dalam pelestarian warisan berbudaya. Pemerintah Kabupaten Gresik saat ini mengajak masyarakat untuk bersinergi dalam berkontribusi dan berpartisipasi pada kebudayaan dan sejarah di Gresik. Pihak yang ikut peduli pada kebudayaan dan sejarah Gresik ialah Yayasan Masyarakat Pecinta Sejarah dan Budaya Gresik (Mataseger). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode sejarah yang terdiri dari heuristik, kritik, interpretasi, dan historiografi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa Yayasan Mataseger terbentuk dari pembahasan sejarah dan kebudayaan di Kabupaten Gresik oleh beberapa orang. Sampai pada tahun 2010 dibentuk Komunitas Masyarakat Pecinta Sejarah dan Budaya Gresik yang kemudian tanggal 11 April 2014 disahkan sebagai Yayasan Mataseger.

Abstract

This research aims to assess the influence of circulation services on patron satisfaction at the Bengkayang Library using a quantitative method. This method is considered scientific because it is rational, systematic, measurable, and objective. The study will depict the impact of circulation services on patron satisfaction at the Department of Library and Archives of Bengkayang Regency, employing statistical analysis through the SPSS data processing program version 26. The field study encompasses descriptive statistics involving research data, including an overview of respondents, research variables, measurement tool tests, and classical assumption tests. Ultimately, the research results indicate a positive correlation between circulation services and patron satisfaction. Incremental improvements in circulation services can enhance patron satisfaction at the Bengkayang Library. Questionnaire distribution results show that patrons are satisfied with circulation services, with an average score of 4.00 falling into the "satisfied" category. Recommendations: 1. Enhance the performance of library staff through specialized training to provide optimal service to patrons. 2. Improve circulation service facilities, including reading rooms, cutting-edge technology, and infrastructure such as computers and free Wi-Fi. 3. Add the latest library materials to attract patron interest. 4. Enhance the efficiency of circulation unit services to expedite the book borrowing and return processes. 5. Refine the book borrowing process to ensure smoother transactions without obstacles. By implementing these recommendations, it is expected that the influence of circulation services on patron satisfaction can be enhanced. Increased patron satisfaction will bring benefits to various aspects of circulation services, including facilities, service quality, and more.

Abstract

The available resources within an organization constitute the primary foundation for sustaining its existence. The role of librarians is crucial in constructing the system structure within a library. In 2018, the Library of UIN Salatiga achieved accreditation at level A. The library must continuously enhance its services, and the accomplishments attained by the library are inseparable from the human resources capital. Human resources are considered intellectual assets owned by the library. Effective human capital management is deemed essential to improve the quality of services and the capabilities of the library. The objective of this research is to understand how human resource management is conducted in the library of UIN Salatiga. The research employed a descriptive type, illustrating a phenomenon systematically and accurately regarding facts, characteristics, and relationships among the components being studied. Data collection techniques utilized questionnaires, with a population of 11 individuals in this study, employing total sampling. The research findings indicate that the Library of UIN Salatiga has effective human resource management by granting library staff permissions for early education based on the educational levels of the staff and the training attended by both librarians and non-librarian personnel. The library also emphasizes human capital by requiring library staff to participate in activities such as training, seminars, and other events supporting the development of library staff. To enhance human resource management in the Library of UIN Salatiga and maximize the educational and training experiences of the staff, creating a favorable working environment, the author suggests the following: the library head should establish a clear organizational structure. This will facilitate the allocation of tasks and responsibilities among the staff. The organizational structure serves as a guide for staff to understand their authority and responsibilities more precisely.
