Abstract

Learning Center for Midwifery Service Management and Entrepreneurship to manage management reports, proposals, and role plays. The first purpose and benefit of this research is to design and build a prototype software application "E-MPKK" as a Learning Media for Clinical Practice Management of Midwifery and Entrepreneurship Services for Midwifery Department Students, FKUB so that the learning process is more effective and efficient, including easy access to reporting, monitoring student assignments, and the effectiveness of the duration of clinical guidance between lecturers and students. With this software application, students are expected to be able to analyze the correct information with the right method and time. The right time is meant to shorten the time to work on data collection, problem analysis, and making strategic plans. the process of storing the resulting soft file. assessment, analysis results, and planning to be better, structured, and measurable. Even so, a firm answer is needed about whether empathy is influenced by organizational justice more comprehensively in its dimensions. Objective to determine the effect of multidimensional organizational justice on nurse empathy. This study uses a quantitative survey research method with a cross-sectional study approach with a sample of 126 nurse respondents. The sample used is purposive sampling. Data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling SEM AMOS 22.00. The results of the analysis p = 0.026, accepted, meaning that the procedural justice variable has a significant effect on empathy. The results of the analysis obtained that the value of p = 0.033, n is accepted, meaning that the Distributive Justice variable has a significant effect on empathy. The results of the analysis obtained the p*** value, accepted, meaning that the Interpersonal Justice variable had a significant effect on empathy. 4) The results of the analysis obtained that the value of p = 0.8 was rejected, meaning that there was no influence of Informational Justice on Empathy. Abstract

Regeneration of a lost tissue is known to be great challenge for several years, in the recent past the research on regenerative medicine has gained great importance and scientific advancements in the field of molecular biology. Understanding the biological concepts in the tissue regeneration coupled with experiments on stem cells is likely to result in a great shift in the therapeutic medicine. Stem cells have been successfully isolated from variety of human tissues. Initial evidence from pioneering studies has documented that stem cells play vital role in treatment for various life-threatening diseases that have so far defeated modern medical care. The recent studies have been exploring the role of stem cells and their applications. This review discusses in brief the origin of stem cells, their properties, characteristics. It also focuses on current research, their potential applications and the various challenges and barriers that we must overcome before translating laboratory results to successful clinical applications.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of nutrion health education on students' knowledge and attitudes through the development of the E-Module "Against Stunting" at SMU Negeri 1 Makassar City. The research method used is a Quasi Experiment, with a total sample of 64 students based on inclusion and exclusion criteria and then divided into the intervention group and the control group. Before the intervention, a pre-test was carried out on the two groups, then students in the intervention group were given nutrition education through an e-module containing knowledge about stunting, its causes and prevention continuously every week and at the end, a post test was carried out on the intervention group and the control group. The data collected were analyzed using the Man Whitney test. The results showed that there was an effect of nutrition heath education on increasing the knowledge and attitudes of students at SMU Negeri 1 Makassar City.

The type of research used is quantitative with descriptive correlational research method. The research instrument used was a questionnaire in the form of a google form and this questionnaire was not tested for validity with a value of 0.912 and a reliability test of 0.956. Respondents in this study consisted of 43 parents at Mekarsari, desa Jenarsari, Kecamatan Gemuh, kabupaten Kendal, which were taken using a total sampling technique and using the Spearman Rank test. The results of the study showed a p value of 0.004 and Rho = 0.429 where Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, meaning that there is a relationship between parenting styles and effective communication in pre-school children at Mekarsari.
