Abstract

Fetal stimulation is an attempt made by parents to stimulate the fetus to increase its fundamental abilities so that it can grow and develop properly after birth. Fetal stimulation is in keeping with the government's First 1000 Days of Life program, which states that from the time the baby is formed in the womb until the kid is 2 (two) years old, there is an accelerated phase of growth and development. This study aimed to ascertain pregnant women's perceptions of stimulating the fetus. As there are still many pregnant women who don't know how to properly stimulate the fetus, this type of research is still uncommon but highly intriguing to examine. A qualitative research method with a phenomenological perspective was employed in this study. 15 pregnant ladies were interviewed in-depth and their conversations were recorded on audio files. employing a system of purposeful sampling to find informants. This study's analysis was conducted using NVivo 12 Plus. The study's findings focused on two themes: how to comprehend fetal stimulation and how gestational age affects fetal stimulation. The mother's comprehension of and gestational age in stimulating the fetus affects the mother's impression of stimulating the fetus. For pregnant women's perceptions of fetus stimulation, the majority of moms already know how to stimulate the fetus, notably through caressing, conversing, reading the Qur’an, and listening to murottal and music. However, there are still women who are unaware of fetal stimulation. The sort of fetal stimulation was administered by pregnant women at the same time in this study, thus it was not committed to specific forms of stimulation.

Abstract

Antioxidants are found in various types of fruits and vegetables, one of which is tomatoes ( Licopersicon esculentum Mill ). Tomatoes contain lycopene, flavonoids and vitamin C compounds as antioxidants. Tomato fruit is made into juice by using the extraction method. Tomatoes with direct use are less effective, so they are made in the form of pharmaceutical preparations in the form of hand body lotion gel using tomato juice. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of tomatoes as antioxidants in handbody lotion gel preparations using the DPPH method. This research used experimental research method with 3 concentration formulas of tomato juice handbody lotion, namely 5%, 10% and 15%. The physical evaluation test showed that the results had met the physical requirements of the handbody lotion (organoleptic, homogeneity, spreadability, adhesion, viscosity, pH, lotion type and hedonic test). The results showed that tomatoes have effectiveness as antioxidants. This test was carried out using the DPPH method on the preparation of handbody lotion gel tomato juice formula II, the IC50 was 6,620 g/mL, which was greater than formulas I and III. The smallest IC50 value was obtained from formula III, which was 5,205 g/mL. The smaller the IC50 value, the stronger the antioxidant power.

Abstract

The pandemic situation poses great challenges for health care facilities such as rapidly changing hospitals in meeting the demands of infrastructure and operations. In addition to the need for adaptation related to the services provided, hospitals must be able to reduce the number of Covid-19 deaths as a top priority for health authorities. Uncertain conditions lead to the emergence of risks that cause losses so it is important to have risk management in hospitals This study was conducted to review risk management in hospitals in Semarang City that already have a framework for dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic and assess the impact of implementing the framework to the risk management process. This study is a cross-sectional study to see the relationship between the application of a risk management framework to the implementation of the Covid-19 risk management process in hospitals. The population in this study is all regulatory documents and reports on the implementation of the COVID-19 risk management process in hospitals in Semarang City in the period January 2020 to December 2021. Data is collected from documents and recording data in hospital related to regulations and risk management assessment instrument. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) software with SmartPLS 3.0 to test the hypothesis by looking at the probability value and its t-statistics. The study shows that the framework has a positive effect on the implementation of the risk management process in hospitals (T-Statistic > 1.96, p value < 0.05). The stronger the implementation of the COVID-19 risk management framework, the more positive the implementation of the COVID-19 risk management process will be.

Abstract

Congestion during rush hours has always been a significant problem for the government, impacting travel time, vehicle operations and air pollution, and health problems. The government has proposed some policies through traffic engineering management and other management applications with the latest technology to overcome such issues. Research related to travel patterns during peak hours is beneficial, which will impact road users' decision-making, particularly during these days when everyone's activities are starting again after COVID-19 restrictions. In this paper, data processing (from Google Maps Distance Matrix API, Typical Google Maps, and Community Mobility Reports) was carried out for almost one month to obtain data on speed and travel time. These data are gathered from four pairs of locations with specific origin/destination of travel patterns in the southern Bali region. The community's travel pattern can be explained based on the one-way ANOVA with Bonferroni and the Kruskal Wallis Test. This paper found that people are in a hurried movement in the morning compared to other busy times, marked by the differences in speed and travel time in the morning commute to afternoon and evening commute during rush hours. This condition illustrates the irregular traffic flow after the Covid-19 restriction rules; thus, drivers can still choose the desired speed to travel. The irregular traffic flow can be seen on community mobility data and typical green traffic during peak hours. This result is significant because of the importance of traffic management during peak hours to optimize the level of road service.
