Abstract

This study aims to get to know more about Antimonopoly and Unfair Competition, The current busyness of business activities does not escape the presence of rivals. Competition can encourage people to break the law in pursuit of maximum profit. Even so, they engage in an unfair form of competition. This unhealthy business competition harms society as a whole. Competition is fierce in today's business operations throughout Indonesia and other countries. Although the regulation of unfair competition based on Article 1365 of the Civil Code concerning acts contrary to the law and Article 382 bis of the Criminal Code before Law No. 5 was passed in 1999, the provision no longer applies. With the rapid development of the business sector in Indonesia, both the industrial and service sectors are becoming increasingly competitive. This is something that should be seen as a good thing, as it will spur entrepreneurs in this field to work harder than ever to provide customers with the best products and services. This article examines the factors that influence antitrust and unfair business competition, including globalization, competition, business owners, and a literature review on strategic management. The findings of this article's literature review are: First, the effect of economic globalization on antitrust and unfair business competition; two, the impact of unfair business competition; and third, the influence of business owners on antitrust and unfair competition.

Abstract

The policy known as fiscal policy controls or manages state revenues and expenditures with the aim of maintaining stability and promoting economic growth. One of the tools of fiscal policy is government revenue and expenditure. Except for distribution theory, none of the literature on fiscal policy discusses ethical issues. Even in this case, it is still limited to distribution theory. Liberal studies are used in this research approach. The conclusion of this discussion shows that Islamic fiscal policy has always relied on a balanced budget system, or balanced budget, managed by the baitul mal since the time of the prophet SAW. The terms zakat, infaq, shadaqah, waqf, ghanimah, fa'i, kharaj, jizyah, u'shur, and khums are some of the tools used in Islamic fiscal policy. This research is organized using a type of research known as a literature review. A systematic literature review framework follows a top-down approach, where relevant scholarly journals or databases are searched thoroughly to identify synthesized documents.

Abstract

The main loss is the aspect of example and instilling values that are crystallized in teaching objectives. Because the goal of directing students originates more from the teacher than from the student, even though that goal is formulated by educational staff who have a higher position in the bureaucratic structure. Students are human beings who are capable of being educated and need education in order to actualize their potential and to gain knowledge to meet life’s needs and as a provision for worshiping Allah. Therefore, it is appropriate for students before studying to equip themselves with noble morals as an effort to prepare themselves for success.. Learning Methods Ibn Jama’ah’s concept of learning methods places a lot of emphasis on memorization rather than other methods. The memorization method does not provide opportunities for the mind to make maximum use of the thinking process, however, memorization actually challenges the mind’s ability to always be active and concentrate on the knowledge gained.
