Abstract

When we talk about Indonesia as a state of law, we also consider the duties of the government and constitution in terms of the rule of law formed or collected in the Basic Law. But, therefore, the constitution was not implemented effectively enough to address technical issues. Because the state is an organization of power, (HAN) is needed as a tool to supervise the use of state power. The study addresses two issues: the critical limitations of law and regulation. Policies and decisions are based on the principles and standards of HAN and HAN in making laws and regulations, policy rules and decisions. This study is carried out together using a normative legal approach or study. Law Library. According to the results of this study, regulations are essentially abstract or general normative laws that are binding in general (generally applicable) whose task is to regulate things that are essentially general. For the time being, political regulations only function to regulate state affairs and laws and regulations cannot be changed or withdrawn. Finally, Guarantees (Veiligheidsclausule) can shake the basis of legal certainty, so that it can be concluded that it is useless and does not overlap. Such formulations violate the principle of legal certainty on the one hand and the principle of valid presumption on the other.

Abstract

This research aims to discuss epistemological issues by focusing on several key epistemological concepts, such as the meaning of science, objects of knowledge, sources of information, validity of science, and appropriate methods for obtaining and using knowledge. We will first discuss the idea of epistemology as a subfield of philosophy before turning to epistemological principles in Islamic and Western contexts. The study of epistemology, which is often called Theory of Science, is very important for the progress of a country's civilization and culture. Every culture develops an epistemology according to its worldview. As a result, each civilization—including Islamic and Western epistemologies—has its own epistemology. There is a unique principle that distinguishes these two epistemologies. Their different worldviews explain the real differences between Islamic and Western epistemologies. Islamic epistemology is based on the study of metaphysics, while Western epistemology is based on assumptions. Islamic epistemology refers to the Koran, common sense, the five senses, and intuition, while Western epistemology exclusively considers reason (ratio) and empirical facts as sources of knowledge.

Abstract

The project of strengthening the profile of Pancasila students is a new flagship activity in the Merdeka curriculum. This project is a learning activity through various disciplines where students can observe and solve problems in the school environment or the surrounding environment. SD 2 Puyoh is one of the elementary schools in Kudus Regency that chose the independent school path to change in the implementation of the independent curriculum. Because it is not a driving school, SD 2 Puyoh does not receive special assistance by incentive from other agencies/parties. Schools have difficulties in making project modules to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students. Thus, special assistance is needed to create project modules so that project activities to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students can run smoothly according to the expected results. Thus, the general purpose of this service activity is to provide assistance for teachers at SD 2 Puyoh to design and create project modules to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students by the topics, themes, and dimensions determined by the school. The method chosen in service activities is in the form of lectures, discussions/questions answers, and assignments. The result of this service activity is that teachers at Sd 2 Puyoh can design and make project modules to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students by the themes, topics, and dimensions that have been determined as well as the characteristics of the school environment.

Abstract

Nutritional status is a measure of success in balancing the needs and fulfillment of children's nutrition, as indicated by the weight and height of children based on their age (Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia, n.d.). Malnutrition is a serious condition in which a person's food intake does not match the nutrients they need. The 2018 Global Nutrition Report shows that Indonesia is among 17 countries that have three nutrition problems at once, called multiple nutrition problems. These include stunting, wasting, and overweight (obesity) (Global Nutrition Report, 2018). The most common nutritional problem in Indonesia is undernutrition. Children under five years old (0–5 years) are the age group that most often suffers from malnutrition or is one of the groups of people who are vulnerable to nutrition. The most decisive intervention in reducing the prevalence of stunting is in the first 1000 days of life of the child, or before the age of 2 years, because the growth of children aged 2-3 years has slowed down so that the process of catching up at this age has a smaller chance than the age of 6–24 months (Kusuma, 2013; TNP2K, 2017). The form of efforts made to prevent and overcome malnutrition in children is by providing counseling related to child growth and development and balanced nutrition in children to increase mothers' knowledge related to growth and development and balanced nutrition. This activity began by approaching partners to determine the date and process of activities planned for June 16, 2023, at the Teratai Putih Posyandu, Paseban Village, Senen District.
