Abstract

Integrated Thematic KKN for the community is to increase public awareness by playing an active role in developing the productivity of development resources according to their facilities. The UIKA Bogor Integrated Thematic KKN activity in 2023 is one of the activities with a community development approach, where in the implementation of this activity the planning process as well as the action of community assistance programs both in social, economic, health, education, legal, and religious aspects as well as appropriate technology in an integrated manner. The KKN held in 2023 by group 52 focused on the kencana village, which is a village that is leading to an urban village with an area of ± 227.727 Hectares, located in Kecana Village, Tanah Sareal District, Bogor City. The activities carried out by group 52 are divided into three programs. The flagship program is Seedling Planting which consists of 100 plant seeds such as (teak, avocado, durian). Supporting programs include teaching English, basic introduction to computers to al Ghani students, socialization and counseling on clean and healthy living behavior, Posbindu from toddlers to the elderly. Participation programs include recitation for the men of Kencana RW 09, teaching and learning activities at the Ar Roza Foundation, and celebrating the 78th Independence Day of the Republic of Indonesia.

Abstract

The forest fires that occurred at Mount Bromo due to tourists' carelessness in lighting flares during pre-wedding photoshoots are concerning issues that necessitate in-depth analysis. This article explores the issue of the Mount Bromo fire, including its environmental impact, the risk of fire, and the ensuing social and economic impact. This article analyzes the Mount Bromo fire case in the context of Pancasila ethical values, emphasizing the importance of applying these values in everyday life. The research methodology involved a qualitative and descriptive approach using the literature study method, with data collected from various sources about the fire and its relation to the application of Pancasila values. This study endeavors to explore the application of Pancasila values in pre-wedding photoshoot scenarios that cause fires on Mount Bromo, and how implementing these values can raise social responsibility and environmental awareness. Additionally, this article illuminates the measures taken to tackle these issues and promote sustainability in Indonesia, a nation abundant in natural beauty.

Abstract

Obtaining, Using, Storing and Disposal of drugs (DAGUSIBU) is part of the Drug Awareness Family Movement (GKSO) initiated by the Indonesian Pharmacist Association (IAI) in achieving understanding and awareness of the rational use of drugs. Community empowerment in Sembungan, Bangunjiwo, Kasihan, Bantul, D.I Yogyakarta hamlets aims to: (1) increase public understanding regarding the classification of drugs on the market and their differences (hard drugs, limited over-the-counter drugs, over-the-counter drugs, mandatory drug pharmacies), (2) increase public understanding regarding various types of drug preparations and how to use each to obtain the expected therapeutic effect, (3) increase public understanding regarding procedures for storing and disposing of unused drugs. This service activity uses lecture methods and interactive discussions. Before the speaker delivers the material, the respondent is given a pretest to determine the level of knowledge. While the posttest is given at the end of the delivery of the material to find out changes in knowledge. The pretest results show 64.8% (Enough). After the intervention, there was a change in the level of knowledge to 74.4% (Good). Based on these results it can be concluded that PKK cadres in Sembungan, Bangunjiwo, Kasihan, Bantul, D.I Yogyakarta have good knowledge about DAGUSIBU.

Abstract

The problem in this research is that there are problems at MT's Nahdatul Islam school, namely the lack of students reading the Al-Qur'an using tajwid knowledge and the low level of students reading the Al-Qur'an. By applying the Qiro'ati One Day One Page method, the aim is to find out how this method influences the quality of Al-Qur'an reading in class VII MT's Nahdatul Islam Mancang. There is a type of research, namely quantitative experiment, which is a quantitative research method used to determine the effect of independent variables (treatment) on dependent variables (outcomes) under controlled conditions. From the coefficient results it can be concluded that the correlation value of "r" product moment at the 5% and 1% significance levels shows that r = 0.483 is greater than rabe at both the 5% and 1% significance levels (0.5052 and 0.6178) with a comparative formulation, namely (0.4830.5052 and 0.6178).

Abstract

Known as khat, or the art of beautiful writing, calligraphy is one type of Islamic art that has gained popularity among Muslims. These beautiful carvings serve as a reminder of God’s existence and a display of beauty. The history of the development of Islamic calligraphy art from the time of Daulah Bani Umayyah to its development in Indonesia is the main topic of the research. The research uses descriptive qualitative analysis, namely the library esearch method. The results of the discussion show that the development of Islamic calligraphy art actually began since the time of the Prophet and Khulafaur Rasyidin, continuing through the Umayyad, Abbasid, and Post-Abbasid periods. During its development, various styles of writing or khat emerged. In Indonesia, the art of Islamic calligraphy has developed through a long journey, involving the Pioneer Force, the Pesantren Force, the Painter and Breaker Force, and the MTQ (Musabaqah Tilawatil Qur’an) Cadre Force.

Abstract

Environmental problems are important because the quality of the environment will directly affect the quality of human life. In addition, the quality of the environment also affects the quality of human life in the future. Since 2018, Green Sukuk has been presented as a new alternative for people who want to invest their funds in bonds that combine the sharia system and use targets for companies that are promoting environmental care principles. It is also an alternative for local governments who need funding for infrastructure development in the region. This study aims to analyze the potential of Green Sukuk in infrastructure financing in the province of Aceh. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Sampling in this study uses a purposive sampling technique. This research is an analytical study with a SWOT analysis to determine the formulation in the preparation of long-term strategies. The population in this study are the stakeholders involved in uncovering the potential of green Sukuk in infrastructure financing in Aceh

Abstract

This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to identify and increase the owner's understanding and knowledge of how to train employees to support a competitive advantage in the competition in order to increase business income and can recommend the right mix of strategies or compositions. In this Community Service, there are 4 stages for the method that has been passed which consists of preparation, screening, implementation of activities and evaluation. The results of this PKM show that socialization to workers can increase competitiveness in the tempe and toge business (Blessing), and motivate employees to increase production quality. It is also hoped that this PKM activity will also have an impact on increasing the insight and understanding of business owners on how to make quality performance.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to investigate the impact of independent variables (currency, exports, imports, savings, and credit) on the dependent variable (BI Rate) using the Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) method. The data utilized in this research are sourced from Bank Indonesia, the Central Statistics Agency (Biro Pusat Statistik), and the World Bank, spanning the years 2010 to 2022. The focus of this research is on the macroeconomic conditions in Indonesia.The findings reveal that among the five independent variables, only the exchange rate (Kurs) exerts a partial influence on the BI Rate as the dependent variable. Moreover, collectively, the independent variables, comprising imports, exports, exchange rates, loans credit, and public savings, demonstrate a significant influence on the BI Rate as the dependent variable.

Abstract

This community service is carried out by providing communication skills training to Karang Taruna in Sibanggede Village. Communication problems that occur due to misunderstandings between recipients of information and givers of information among Karang Taruna members need to be addressed in order to create effective communication and increase the productivity of the Sibanggede Village Karang Taruna organization. The methods used in this community service are training and education methods. The education provided is related to effective communication and organizational communication. The training provided is in the form of persuasive communication exercises using the role play method. This community service activity provides benefits for all members of the Sibanggede Village Youth Organization, namely increasing understanding and providing new skills in communicating between members of the organization and communicating with the village community.

In this study the aim was to determine the performance of sharia-based finance in improving company performance (a case study on Islamic Indonesian people's banks listed on the Indonesian stock exchange , the type of data used is secondary data , data collection techniques used are data analysis techniques and quantitative descriptive methods.
