Abstract

The study was conducted to determine the effect of brand image, product quality, price and promotion on consumer satisfaction. The variables used in this study include brand image (X1), product quality (X2), price (X3), promotion (X4) and consumer satisfaction (Y). This research was conducted with a quantitative approach with a sampling method using purposive sampling using roscoe count so that 100 respondents who use Honda Beat can be taken. Data collection techniques with a Likert scale to make it easier for respondents to fill out the questionnaire. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS tools to see the results of the data obtained. The results showed that brand image, product quality, price and promotion had a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perkembangan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah yang bergerak di bidang makanan ringan di Kota Payakumbuh dan strategi yang diperlukan untuk mengembangkan industri kecil menengah di Kota Payakumbuh. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan yaitu studi lapangan dan studi perpustakaan.Analisa yang digunakan yaitu analisis SWOT. Analisa SWOT, menghasilkan strategi sekaligus posisi industri Makanan ringan diperoleh 9 strategi yaitu : (1) Optimalisasi Peningkatan Produksi, (2) Strategi perluasan pasar, (3) Strategi peningkatan inovasi dan pemanfaatan teknologi dalam produksi, (4) Strategi Pengembangan Produk, (5) Strategi Pengembangan kemitraan, (6) Strategi Pembinaan dan pelatihan dari pemerintah, (7) Strategi pengembangan Kawasan Industri, (8) Strategi peningkatan kualitas dan daya saing produk dan (9) Strategi Penguatan dan pengembangan pemasaran produk makanan ringan.

Abstract

The phenomenon of consumers’ behavior in shopping as the effect of the Covid-19 pandemic from offline to online indirectly has an impact on the prevalence of the increasing number of internet users in Indonesia. This study aims to identify whether there is a psychological influence of consumers such as the nature of materialism on impulsive buying and compulsive buying tendencies among adolescents in Mataram City. The sampling technique used was the purposive sampling method with a sample of 110. Data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence and relationship between the nature of materialism and impulsive buying. There is a positive and significant effect of materialism on compulsive buying tendencies. There is a positive and significant influence of impulsive buying on the tendency of compulsive buying in local teenagers in Mataram City.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of compensation, work environment, and job satisfaction to the turnover intention, partially and simultaneously. This type of study is associative research. Technique data collection using observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Population in this study were all employees as many as 60 employees. Sampling technique using probability sampling. The research variables consisted of 3 (three) variables independent namely compensation (X1), work environment (X2), and job satisfaction (X3) and the dependent variable, namely turnover intention (Y). The data were obtained by distributing 60 questionnaires to the respondents who were at Hotel The Chandi Boutique Resorts & Spa. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that the compensation variable of work environmental, and job satisfaction partially have a significant opposite direction effect on turnover intention. Variable compensation, work environment, and job satisfaction simultaneously has a significant effect on turnover intention. Result this study is also able to show that the independent variables (compensation, work environment, job satisfaction ) are able to explain the dependent variable, (turnover intention ) of 67%, while the remaining 33% turnover intention is influenced by other variables outside of compensation, work environment, job satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, product, and promotion on purchasing decisions for Sari Roti products in Karya Penggawa District, Pesisir Barat Regency. The sample of this research is 60 respondents who have filled out the questionnaires that have been distributed. Data analysis using validity test, reliability test, and hypothesis testing. The drawback of this research is that it only gets a few respondents. The hope for further research is to increase the number of respondents. The test results show that the quality of services, products, and promotions is highly approved and in great demand among the public.

Abstract

The occurrence of turnover is something that is not desired by the company and often results in losses for the company both in terms of costs, time and resources used. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of work stress, workload, on turnover intention which is moderated by salary satisfaction. This research was conducted by distributing 36 questionnaires to 40 respondents who were active employees of the company who received salaries. The test was carried out with the help of statistical tools in the form of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square version 3 by taking into account the factor loading value = 0.6, composite reliability with a value = 0.7 and the variance extracted value = 0.50. The results show that the independent variable workload has a significant positive effect on turnover intention. Likewise, the independent variable work stress also has a significant positive effect. As well as the moderating variable Salary Satisfaction weakens the relationship between workload and work stress. Keywords: workload, salary satisfaction, work stress, turnover intention

Abstract

The software development methodology used in this research is sourced from Luther and has been modified by Sutopo. The multimedia development methodology consists of six stages, namely concept, design, material collection, assembly, testing, and distribution. These six stages do not have to be sequential in practice, they can switch positions. The results or outputs achieved are the production of an application that can be run on electronic media such as mobile or Smartphone. . Abstract

This study uses a quantitative approach. The research was conducted on Natasha skincare consumers in Bandar Lampung. The research sample amounted to 100 respondents using non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. Collecting data through the distribution of questionnaires. The data analysis method in this study uses partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS3 software for data processing. The results show that the hypothesis is supported, namely that there is a positive and significant effect between variety seeking (X1) on brand switching (Y) on Natasha skincare consumers in Bandar Lampung. This is evidenced by the original sample (O) 0.438 T-statistic value 4.553 > 1.96 and P-Values ​​0.000 < 0.05, and there is a positive and significant effect between packaging (X2) on brand switching (Y) with an original sample value (O) of 0.343, a T-Statistic value of 3.197 > 1.96 and a P-Values ​​of 0.001 < 0.05. Based on R2, which is 0.464 or 46.4%, which means that variety seeking and packaging are able to explain the variability of the brand switching construct by 46.4%, and the remaining 54.6% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. variety seeking and packaging for brand switching on Natasha skincare consumers in Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see the implementation of leadership and exclusivism that occurred at Nahdlatul Wathan University Mataram. The research method used is descriptive using a questionnaire instrument given to 116 respondents with 11 question indicators. The analysis used is descriptive quantitative data analysis. The results of this study indicate: (1) Implementation of leadership that prioritizes two-way communication can form an institution with high organizational structure for its members. And become a fortress to minimize various factors that can weaken the implementation of leadership itself. And (2) Exclusivism which has a tendency to weaken both leadership and organization cannot affect it fundamentally, if the feelings of every member of the organization have been formed from the start to become a member of the organization at Nahdlatul Wathan University. Mataram.

Abstract

Agro Selaparang Lombok Timur is a company engaged in supply chain management : drinking water during the period (AMDK), animal feed, iodized salt, and block ice products, as for the objectives of this study, among others: 1) Knowing the supply chain management structure in PD. Agro Selaparang, 2) Analyze information systems (information communication technology, expert support, electronic business processes), used in dealing with suppliers, 3) Identifying how exposure is information systems in supply chain management, problems that occur currently in PD. Agro Selaparang, East Lombok, is a government obstacle such as lack of sanitarian personnel, allocation of funds, inspection of ice block product samples, feed, iodized salt and drinking water in a low AGRO period (AMDK), a burden double work. There are no strict sanctions and a lack of cooperation between sectors, too affects the quality of products that do not meet the requirements, so it affects on the product management process, besides the lack of feed stock due to the company as a distributor. Based on the problems that occur, the role of the system is needed information with supply chain management. The purpose of information systems can be help supply chain management in the company. The research was carried out with a qualitative approach through direct observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The results showed that in the supply chain management process PD. Agro Selaparang East Lombok uses an integrated information system and one doors, through financial information systems.
