Abstract

The changed in consumer’s buying behavior and the accompanying factors is an important issue and an interesting topic for further study by marketers and academics nowadays. In this case, impulsive buying behavior and compulsive buying in Lombok local teenagers that is using halal cosmetic become the subject of this study. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of hedonic motivation on impulse buying and compulsive buying. The sampling technique used is the accidental sampling method with 200 samples. Data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that there is positive and significant influence and relationship between hedonic motivation and impulse buying. There is a positive and significant effect of impulsive buying on compulsive buying. There is no effect of hedonic motivation on compulsive buying.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the strategy of street vendors in maintaining business during the covid-19 pandemic in Sekarbela district. The research method used is a qualitative research method with data collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that during the Covid-19 pandemic, street vendors felt the impact of a decrease in sales turnover compared to the period before the pandemic, it is known that the implementation of health protocols, one of which is wearing a mask, is applied by several street vendors when serving consumers in addition to personal hygiene and hygiene. place of business is maintained. Street Vendors do not have a specific strategy, but several ways are used to survive against the turmoil of the Covid-19 pandemic, namely by promoting through social media accounts such as WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook. In addition, they implement sales through E-Commerce such as Go-Food and Grab-Food. Street vendors who do not understand the use of social media choose to continue selling with the traditional system. Street vendors provide a variety or variety of flavors in their sales to attract consumers. In terms of manpower, street vendors do not require a lot of manpower because street vendors are small businesses. The technology used by street vendors, they only use simple technology that is directly related to business production processes, such as milling tools for sugar cane, juicers for oranges, glass cup presses and gas stoves.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of asset structure and profitability on the capital structure of banking companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2014-2020. The type of research used is causal associative with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2020, namely 41 companies. The sample used in this study were 18 companies. The data used are secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id as well as several company websites that were sampled in the study. The analytical tools used are descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis tests consisting of t test, f test, and coefficient of determination R2 with SPSS version 22. The results of this study indicate that asset structure has a negative and significant effect on capital structure, profitability and significant negative effect on capital structure.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of net profit margin, return on investment and total asset turnover on profit growth at Indonesian cement companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2006-2020. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the financial reports of Indonesian cement companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The sample in this study was 15 years old with a purposive sampling technique as the sampling method. The results of this study indicate that the net profit margin variable has a significant effect on profit growth, return on investment has a significant negative effect on profit growth and total asset turnover has a significant effect on profit growth.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of dept to equity ratio (DER) and book value per share (BVS) on stock return at PT. Bisi International, Tbk. The population in this study is financial statements that have been registered on the IDX from 2007 – 2020, namely 13 years, while the sample used is 10 years, namely from 2011 – 2020 where the sample determination uses purposive sampling, namely using certain criteria, one of which is the completeness of the report. finance. Data collection techniques use documentation and literature study while data analysis techniques use classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, correlation and determination coefficients, t tests and F tests. the effect of book value per share and is significant on stock return, while simultaneously there is the influence of dept to equity and book value per share on stock return at PT. Abstract

The effect of compensation and organizational support on employee performance at the immigration office class III non TPI bima. This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation and organizational support on employee performance at the immigration office class III non TPI bima. This type of research used is associative research. The focus of this research includes whether compensation and organizational support affect employee performance. This study uses purposive sampling. Used a sample of 30 civil servants in the immigration office class III non TPI bima. The data of this study were obtained from questionnaires. The result of the multiple linear regression obtained Y=0,336 + 0,480 X1 + 0,506 X2. These result indicate that compensation and organizational support have an effect on employee performance at the class III immigration office non TPI bima.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of social media marketing on brand equity among consumers of Cordy Clothing Stores Bandar Lampung with online experiential mediation. This study used a descriptive quantitative method with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires. The population in this study were consumers at the Cordy Fashion Store in Bandar Lampung. The author takes the type of probability sample, namely the simple random sampling method with a total sample of 100 people. Furthermore, to analyze the researcher uses a Likert scale with the method used is the partial least squares (PLS) approach. The results of the t-test test show that social media marketing and online experiential have a significant effect on brand equity. The R2 test shows that the magnitude of the online experiential R2 value is 0.634 and brand equity is 0.696. This value indicates that online experiential variables and brand equity, social media marketing support has an effect on experiential online by 0.634%, and brand equity by 0.696%. So based on the four steps taken to test mediation with the causal step, it can be concluded that experiential online mediates social media marketing relationships on brand equity which are positive and significant on brand equity by partial mediation or mediation occurs, where social media marketing variables can directly affect variables brand equity or indirectly and involves online experiential mediation variables or it can be said that online experiential mediates social media marketing relationships and brand equity.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of competence, interpersonal communication and service quality on BPJS patient satisfaction at Padang Pariaman District Hospital. The method used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive and associative approach. The population in this study were 8,462 patients who came during 2021. The sample used was 100 people using a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that: (1) Competence has a positive and significant effect on BPJS patient satisfaction at Padang Pariaman District Hospital. (2) Interpersonal communication has a positive and significant effect on BPJS patient satisfaction at Padang Pariaman District Hospital. (3) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction at the BPJS RSUD Padang Pariaman Regency. (4) Competence, interpersonal communication and quality of service simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction at the BPJS RSUD Padang Pariaman Regency. The conclusion of the research results shows, the higher the competence, the higher patient satisfaction, conversely the lower the competence, the lower patient satisfaction. The better the interpersonal communication, the higher the patient satisfaction, conversely the worse the interpersonal communication, the lower the patient satisfaction. The higher the quality of service, the higher the patient satisfaction, conversely the lower the quality of service, the lower the patient satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of (1) work placement on the work motivation of BPKPD Kota Pariaman employees, (2) work ability on the work motivation of BPKPD Kota Pariaman employees, (3) career development on the work motivation of BPKPD Kota Pariaman employees, (4) promotion on the work motivation of BPKPD Kota Pariaman employees and (5) work placement, work ability, career development and promotion simultaneously on the work motivation of BPKPD Kota Pariaman employees. The sample is all employees at BPKPD Kota Pariaman as many as 60 people. Data processing uses Multiple Linear Regression using the SPSS 25 application program. The results of this study indicate that (1) Work placement has a significant positive effect on work motivation (2) Work ability has a positive influence on work motivation (3) Career development has a positive influence positive effect on employee motivation (4) Promotion has a positive effect on work motivation and (5) Work placement, work ability, career development and promotion simultaneously affect employee motivation in BPKPD Kota Pariaman.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence the open unemployment rate in Mataram city at 2020 - 2022. The research method used in this study is a type of quantitative method. The panel data used in this study were processed using Microsoft Excel and Stata 14. This study used panel data regression analysis with a random-effect model. The results of the study show that the labor force and education level have a significant effect on the open unemployment rate in districts/cities in the Province of NTB 2020 - 2022. On the other hand, the minimum wage and economic growth show insignificant results. Minimum wages, labor force, and economic growth have a negative effect on the unemployment rate in Mataram City in 2020 - 2022, while the level of education has a positive effect. Simultaneously the minimum wage, labor force, economic growth, and education level also have a significant effect on the open unemployment rate in Mataram City in 2020 - 2022
