Based on preliminary observations at KB Kartika, it was found that the independence of toileting at KB Kartika was still quite low. Considering the importance of self-reliance in toilet and considering the potential that based on PERMENDIKBUD No. 137 of 2014 children aged 3-4 years have been able to say 5-6 words, this study takes the formulation of the problem of how the influence of toilet training on the independence of children aged 3-4 years in KB Kartika Kepundungan Srono Banyuwangi. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of toilet training on the independence of children aged 3-4 years in KB Kartika Kepundungan srono Banyuwangi. This type of research used in this study is field research, which is a study of the reality of people's social lives directly. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The validity of the data uses triangulation of techniques and sources. The results of this study are that there is an influence of toilet training on the independence of the toilet of children aged 3-4 years at KB Kartika under the Srono Banyuwangi. The improvement that occurs every child is different. However, overall all children experience an increase in independence after toilet training.

This preliminary study aims to identify, describe and analyze innovation-based head of vocational schools as well as their implications, particularly with regard to managerial innovation. Reality later showed the proliferation of schools in Banyuwangi establish formal educational institutions, particularly vocational schools (SMK). Though conceptually management, between schools and vocational embracing the concept of different management. Management schools tend to be centralized, while the vocational school as a formal educational institution adheres desentralitik management system. Thus, it does require changes in the system, both organizationally and managerially. One side of the Head of SMK should be able to secure the values uniquely pesantren as the "owner" SMK. On the other hand, the Head of SMK demanded to carry out government policy as a regulator. If between the school and the government have the same concept, the heads SMK implement its stay in the school's policy, but if the government mandates between schools and different policies, then this is where the head of CMS is required to find the concept of managerial innovation for the continuation of its stakeholders

Secararepsentatif.keberadaan umat islam di ?identik? dengankemiskinan, keterbelakangan dan level negatif lainnya.Pada bagian lain, keradaan Islam sebagai agama tidakhanya melahirkan konsep ritual semata, tetapi hadirsebagai sistem nilai yang dapat mewarnai perilakuumatnya ke arah khidupan yang lebih baik. Melalui susdutpandang ini, zakat -khususnya zakat profesi- memilikipotensi strategis yang layak dikembangkan menjadi salahsatu instrumen pemerataan pendapatan umat islamdilndonesia. Upaya pengenatasan kemiskinan sebenarnyatelah banyak dilakukan oleh pemerintah, terutama dengankeluaranya paket kebijakan UU Nomor 32 Tahun 2004Tentang Pemerintahan Daerah, yang salah satumaksudnya adalah untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraanmayarakat daerah yang dimekarkan. Namu setelah dievaluasi, ternyata paket tersebut hanya mampumelahirkan ?pemerataan? kemiskinan, atau ?migrasikemiskinan? dari daerah induk ke daerah pemakaranMengingat umat islam di Indonesia merupakan pendudukmayoritas, maka merupakan sebuah keniscayaan apabilapotensi yang dimiliki kita kembangkan untuk kepentinganpihak lain yang lebih membutuhkan. Potensi yang lebihberpeluang untuk dikembangkan adalah zakat sebagaibagian integral dari norma keberaagamaan umat islam.

The selection of appropriate research methods is very important in the process of research. Research that want to find the quantitative truth can use quantitative research methods, such as experimental, survey, and ex post facto design. Research that want to describe a phenomenon by using expressions or descriptions can use qualitative research methods, such as action research, phenomenology, and case study. Research that want to make a product can use research and development methods. Research that would like to get the data in the form of quantitative and qualitative at once in one study can use mixed methods research. Research methodology course is a course that substantially in the development of the quality of research students. Therefore, the learning on research methodology courses should emphasize on contextual learning.

Religious education is delivered at the school level, in order to impart the basics of faith and devotion to God Almighty, the learners who aim to embody human piety and noble character, as well as generating an honest man, fair, ethical, ethical, mutual appreciates, discipline, harmonious and productive, both personal and social. Character education is very urgent need to be studied. It has long been understood that a Government condition is determined by the character of the people. Library is one means a place to get information.Today many libraries are still not maximized utilization. This is due to several factors, including the old paradigm that sees the library just as "barn book". Another factor is the lack of knowledge about good library management, lack of interest in reading, limited library collections, lack of facilities and supporting infrastructure, and so forth. The above conditions also appear in the library that are in boarding school. Although general awareness in Indonesian pesantren education institutions about the significance of libraries have started to grow, but generally the management of the boarding school libraries are still not maximized. Pondok Pesantren Darussalam, Blokagung, Tegalsari, Banyuwangi regency as the oldest boarding school inBanyuwangi and one of the largest in Banyuwangi, the number of students more than 5500 people, boarding can be a model for other boarding institution. To improve the quality and speed of access libraries library services should be conducted library training management and implementation of library services and materials based library automation and digital. The training given to the librarian about library management system followed by the application of library automation services. The result has been based on library services and digital automation systems that facilitate services to benefit the library and librarians, libraries and library users.

This study aims to describe the role of the government in the village of women empowerment and child protection. This study sought to measure what it does and that is not the Government of the village close to Government targets in support of Banyuwangi Regency related issues of women empowerment and child protection based on the perspective of public policy. Type of this research is descriptive-qualitative approach uses. The role of the village in the empowerment of women and protection of children in other countries still need to have the support of the various parties are still weak because of the role of terkaiit village in the empowerment of women and children. The Government funds the village to permberdayaan women and child protection in addition to the still minimal, yet can drive civil society organisations to be able to participate in women's empowerment and child protection.

penelitian mengkaji tentang pemanfaatan mediaaudio visual untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menyimakcerita. Subjek penelitian ini adalah keterampilan menyimakcerita pada siswa kelas V Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Miftahul UlumBengkak Wongsorejo Banyuwangi. Variabel dalam penelitianini yaitu keterampilan menyimak cerita dan penggunaanmedia audio visual. Setiap siklus terdapat instrumen yangberwujud tes dan nontes. Instrumen tes berupa hasilketerampilan menyimak cerita, sedangkan instrumen nontesberupa hasil observasi, jurnal dan wawancara. Analisis datadilakukan secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Penelitian inimenggunakan desain penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiriatas dua siklus. Hasil analisis data penelitian menunjukanbahwa keterampilan menyimak cerita pada siklus I dan siklusII menunjukkan peningkatan nilai rata-rata kelas. Pada siklusI nilai rata-rata kelas 68,78, pada siklus II mengalamipeningkatan dari nilai rata-rata siklus I sebesar 13 poin atau16% dengan nilai rata-rata 81,82. Hasil observasi, jurnal danwawancara menunjukkan adanya perubahan perilaku siswake arah positif pada tiap siklus. Hal tersebut terlihat padakeaktifan siswa dan keantusiasan siswa dalam mengikutipembelajaran menyimak cerita melalui media audio visual.

Etymologically Islamic Studies is a translation of theArabic Dirasah Islamiyah. While Islamic Studies in the westknown as the Islamic Studies. Then Islamic studies are literallythe study on matters related to Islam. This meaning is socommon that there needs to be understanding terminologicalspecification of Islamic studies in a systematic and integratedstudies. Of social phenomena that occur in society, Islam isattractive to serve as the object of study and in studying Islam,surely we must be guided by two authentic sources of the Qur'anand the hadith. The relationship between the two can not beseparated, but are clearly distinguishable. Their relationshipdoes not stand alone and face to face, but both woven,intertwined and interwoven such that both together in onewholeness solid and compact. The deepest meaning andmoralitaskeagamaan still there, still emphasized and underlinedin understanding the vagaries of the phenomenon of humandiversity, then he automatically can not escape from the chainsand pitfalls of space and time.
