Abstract

Gepeng (gelandangan dan pengemis) merupakan fenomena yang menjadi perhatian di setiap daerah perkotaan di seluruh wilayah di Indonesia termasuk di Yogyakarta, karena beberapa kerugian yang ditimbulkan dan menghasilkan sebuah pemandangan yang tidak nyaman untuk dilihat. Banyaknya gepeng di daerah Yogyakarta menjadi pekerjaan rumah bagi pemerintah kota dalam memberikan penanganan yang sesuai terutama bagi balai rehabilitasi, khususnya Balai Rehabilitasi Bina Karya dan Karya. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk melihat peran konseling logoterapi melalui komunikasi transendental pada gepeng yang ada di BRSBKL Yogyakarta dalam membantu proses introspeksi diri yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa magang UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi yang bersifat deskriptif. Informan dalam penelitan ini adalah mahasiswa magang sebagai konselor, gepeng sebagai klien dan pekerja sosial sebagai pamong. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi dan wawancara semiterstruktur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya perubahan yang terjadi dalam diri klien: 1) mengakui segala kesalahan yang pernah dilakukan kepada ibunya dan ingin meminta maaf, 2) kesadaran tentang diri meningkat dan merasa lebih dekat dengan Tuhan, 3) lebih semangat dalam menjalankan aktivitas sehari-hari dan motivasi meningkat.

Abstract

Setiap awal tahun ajaran baru, sudah menjadi kegiatan rutin lembaga pendidikan membuat branding dan ikon yang marketable untuk memikat para orang tua dalam memilih lembaga pendidikan sebagai tempat belajar bagi anak. Pada umumnya lembaga pendidikan menampakkan berbagai sisi positif yang dimiliki, seperti halnya ketersediaan fasilitas gedung dan profesionalisme pengajar serta keberhasilan para alumni yang sukses dengan salah satu bidang pekerjaan. Keadaan tersebut bertolak belakang dengan apa yang terjadi di pondok pesantren Miftahul Ulum Bettet Pamekasan, lembaga pendidikan ini tidak pernah mempromosikan alumninya yang sukses baik dalam dunia praktis dan pragmatis, meskipun demikian tidak sedikit para orang tua memilih pondok pesantren tersebut sebagai tempat pendidikan bagi anaknya. Berbalik antara data dan fakta maka penelitian ini mencoba mengkaji preferensi orang tua dalam memilih pondok pesantren sebagai tempat pendidikan bagi anak. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus penelitian ini mencoba mengkaji lebih dalam tentang persepsi para orang tua terhadap pondok pesantren serta faktor yang mempengaruhi para orang tua dalam memilih pondok pesantren Miftahul Ulum Bettet Pamekasan sebagai tempat pendidikan bagi anak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, para orang tua memiliki persepsi bahwa sistem pondok dipandang sebagai sesuatu yang strategis, berjalan di atas nilai yang hidup pada jiwa kiyai, ustadz, dan santri yang digerakkan oleh nilai keikhlasan dan semangat pengabdian. Adapun yang menjadi faktor pendorong para orang tua memilih pondok pesantren sebagai tempat pendidikan bagi anak adalah ingin mendalami ilmu agama. Hal ini mengindikasikan adanya pergeseran kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pendidikan, yaitu peralihan orientasi kerja dari yang berorientasi kapital menuju kepada nilai spiritual. Pilihan sikap ini bagian dari aktualisasi diri para wali yang memiliki kematangan jiwa yang telah bergeser dari materi menuju meta-motivation.

Abstract

The position of morals in human life occupies a very important place, because whether an individual or a society is bad or bad depends on how good they are. Moral education in the family is carried out with examples and examples from parents. The behavior and manners of people in the social relationship between mother and father, the treatment of parents towards their children, and the treatment of parents towards other people in the family and community circles will be role models for children. So the child's moral education begins with the education provided by both parents, because the child will imitate the behavior of his parents. If the parents exemplify good behavior, then the child will be good, but on the contrary, if the parents do not reflect good morals, how will they provide good moral education to their children. This study aims to describe how the moral education of adolescents in the family in Kandang Village, Mekarwangi Village RT 04 RW 02 Cisauk Tangerang. Through a phenomenological approach with this qualitative type, it tries to examine more deeply the application of adolescent moral education in families in Mekarwangi village. Research results The results showed that parents in Mekarwangi village have been carried out well, it can be seen from the role of parents as the main mentors who have to teach about morals, so that teenagers will get used to good morals, habituation to adolescents, provide examples. firstly to adolescents also advise children to continue to behave in a moral way. The conclusion is that the moral education of adolescents in the family in Mekarwangi Village RT 04/02 has been carried out well, this can be seen from the parents who have applied morals towards the family, especially for their children. And parents provide good teaching and examples to their children.

Abstract

This research was intended to measure the effectiveness of simbolic modelling technique to increase teenagers’ self-esteem who come in broken home family. The subject for this study are 54 teenagers who come in broken home family at SMKN 1 and SMKN 3 Pamekasan. This research used purposive sampling. This research used experimental design with Randomized Two-groups Design, Post Test Only. Self-esteem scale used as the measurement of the research. The data analysis used independent sample t-test. The result of t-computed is 2.17 while t-table is 0.034 (p < 0.05). This indicates that there is significant different mean of control group and experiment group. Mean score of experiment group (mean=165.70) is greater than mean score of control group (mean = 147. 89) it concludes that simbolic modelling technique effective to increase teenagers’ self-esteem in broken home family.

Abstract

One of the important problems faced by Al-Qur'an teachers is overcoming the disorderly students during the teaching and learning process and overcoming the irregularity of the Koran. In order for Al-Qur'an learning activities to run smoothly, many solutions are used, namely methods. In this case the researcher wants to reveal a method of reading the Koran, namely the tilawati method. The purpose of this study was to determine the students 'ability to read the Koran, the application of the tilawati method, supporting and inhibiting factors and to determine the results of students' ability to read the Koran after the implementation of the tilawati method at SDIT Bintang Tangerang Selatan. This research uses qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. This research took place at SDIT Bintang Serpong Utara, South Tangerang. The informants in this study were the principal, teachers, staff and employees of SDIT Bintang. The data collection techniques by interview, observation, documentation and triangulation. The analysis technique used is data presentation, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. This study found that the implementation of Al-Qur'an learning using the tilawati method at SDIT Bintang has gone well in accordance with the tilawati method learning guidelines. The learning outcomes prioritize the improvement in students' reading ability of the Al-Qur'an, with stages namely learning targets, learning process, material and learning evaluation. Then the results of learning Al-Qur'an using the tilawati method are very good so that children get their own pleasure in the learning process and improve much better, this can be seen from the results of the assessment or munaqosyah that have been implemented.

Abstract

The Covid-19 outbreak provided surprises and also provided challenges for various educational institutions, including universities. The government has banned universities from conducting face-to-face lectures. The government has issued a policy for implementing temporary courses online (Ministry of Education and Culture Dikti Circular No.1 2020). All universities are required to be able to conduct online or online learning. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of online lectures during the Covid-19 Pandemic for UAD Wates. This research method uses descriptive analysis method through a survey with a google form questionnaire which is conducted online. The sample in this study were students of UAD Wates class of 2017, 2018, and 2020. The respondents in this study were 15 respondents. The effectiveness of online lectures during the Covid-19 Pandemic for students at UAD Wates was quite effective in preventing the transmission of the Covid-19 virus. However, the results of the study also show that online lectures have not been running effectively, because there are still lecturers who do not conduct online lectures. The learning method used is still dominant with assigning assignments to students so that many students are overwhelmed in doing coursework.

Abstract

This research aims to produce a digital parenting e-booklet which discusses ways to prevent gadget addiction in early childhood. This research is a development research (Research and Development) with the ADDIE model. The stages in the study consisted of analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation.The data collection methods were interview and questionnaire. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results showed that the digital parenting ebooklet product which discusses ways to prevent gadget addiction was successfully created through the development process (Research and Development) with the ADDIE model. Through the validation process, there were scores of 52 (86.67%) %) from two material experts, 122 ( 90.37%) scores of two media experts, and 44,125 (88.25%) of the eight parents who were used as users. Based on the results of validation of the material, media experts and users in trials can conclude that theparenting digital e-booklet media is appropriate to be used as a medium of information for parents of early childhood.

Abstract

This article aims to explain the concept of strengthening self-efficacy in individuals who experience personal introverts through a community approach. The offer of the concept of activities designed by the supervisor by reaching out to intellectual, humanist and religiosity activities by emphasizing three main aspects of the individual namely cognitive, effective and psychomotor. Whereas in self-efficacy, increasing activities are needed: positive experiences (Mastery experience), other people's experiences (Vicarious experience), verbal persuasion and physiological and emotional states. Abstract

Most students carry out formal communication such as presenting assignments or expressing opinions in formal forums and there is anxiety about public speaking in their implementation. Virtual reality based on cognitive behavior therapy (VR-CBT) is one of the psychological interventions that can be applied in this study with the aim of reducing the level of anxiety in public speaking. The public speaking anxiety scale, TMAS, and psychological tests were used as measures to determine the subject's anxiety level. Collecting data using observation and interviews with subjects and related parties. This research design uses descriptive qualitative with a case study approach (case study). This study consisted of one subject who was a 20 year old sixth semester student. The VR CBT consisted of 10 sessions (+60 minutes / session). The data analysis technique used qualitative data analysis. The results showed that the subject's public speaking anxiety level decreased. That is, VR CBT is effective in reducing the level of public speaking anxiety.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was determine the effect of self efficacy on work readiness of vocational students. This research is quantitative research. The population in this study were all students of the 11th grade of the all department at SMK Al Ghazaly as many as 90 students. The population is limited less than 100, all subjects in this study were used as research samples This research use descriptive and verificative methods. The sample of the Analytical techniques used are simple linear regression. Normality test uses the Kolmogorov-smirnov test and simple linear regression. All data calculation using IBM SPSS v. 25 for Windows. The result showed that self efficacy effect toward work readiness The magnitude of the influence of self efficacy against the results of work readiness by 0,275 (27,5%) while the remaining 0,725 (72,5%) is affected by other factors.
