Abstract

ABSTRACT The formulation of the problem compiled by the author is whether there is an effect of instructional communication on student attitudes about entrepreneurial learning either partially or simultaneously, also the authors formulate which variable is the most dominant of the independent variables on the dependent variable From the research results obtained by the regression equation as follows: Y = 0.739 + 0.382X1 + 0.461 X2 From these results can be interpreted: 1. The constant value is 0.739, it states that without the influence of the independent variables X1 (lecture) and X2 (teaching), the value of the dependent variable Y (student attitude) is 0.739. 2. The value of the regression coefficient of the independent variable X1 (lecture) is 0.382 The coefficient value means that if the value of the independent variable X1 is increased by one unit it will cause an increase in the value of the dependent variable Y (student attitude) of 0.382 units. In this case it is assumed that the value of the other independent variables is constant or zero. 3. The regression coefficient value of the independent variable X2 (teaching) is 0.461. The coefficient value means that if the value of the independent variable X2 is increased by one unit, it will cause an increase in the value of the dependent variable, namely Y (student attitude) of 0.461 units. In this case it is assumed that the value of the other independent variables is constant or zero. The coefficient value (R) is 0.624 or close to 1. It means that the relationship between the independent variables includes X1 X1 (lecture) and X2 (teaching) to the dependent variable, which is the attitude of students in the same direction. This means that if the independent variables which include X1 (lecture) and X2 (teaching) are increased, then the dependent variable is the attitude of students will also increase, and vice versa. The percentage of the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable shown by the coefficient of simultaneous determination (R2) is 0.589 or 58.9%. This means that the rise and fall of the dependent variable that is the attitude of students is influenced by independent variables which include X1 (lecture) and X2 (teaching) of 58.9% and the remaining 41.1% is influenced by other variables outside this study. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Laporan keuangan pada Koperasi Tani Catur Karya Kecamatan Sungai Loban Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan teknik analisis data menggunakan 6 Aspek yaitu Aspek Permodalan, Aspek Kualitas Aktiva Produktif, Aspek Efisiensi, Aspek Likuiditas, Aspek Kemandirian dan Pertumbuhan, dan Aspek Jati Diri Koperasi untuk mengetahui tingkat kesehatan laporan keuangan Koperasi Tani Catur Karya Desa Sari Mulya Kecamatan Sungai Loban Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu.

Abstract

The Partnership Program is a revolving aid distribution program from State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) towards the economic development of the community, especially micro small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), which focuses on capital aspects. This research is to describe the implementation of the SOEs Partnership Program on the empowerment of MSMEs in Banjarbaru City. This type of research is qualitative research with a case study design. Data collection techniques are in-depth interviews with certain informants with informants deliberately chosen include program coordinators in 3 (three) SOEs, namely PT Telkom Witel Banjarmasin, PT Pelindo III Regional Kalimantan, and PT Pegadaian Banjarmasin, then participant observation of fostered partners, and documentation studies. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of the SOEs Partnership Program is running effectively to increase the efforts of MSMEs to be strong and independent. There are two forms of activities in the SOEs Partnership Program, namely granting loans with administrative services 3 percent per year and grants in the form of coaching, training, apprenticeship, and exhibitions for fostered partners. However, there are weaknesses found among others (1) the absence of partner partners for coaching on an ongoing basis, (2) many MSMEs do not know with the program, and (3) the attitude of the fostered partners who are still lacking discipline in payment. The expectation of this research is to be able to complete the existing SOEs evaluation report and provide input so that it can improve better performance.

Abstract

Quality of service emphasizes the orientation of fulfilling public satisfaction in general in Banjarmasin Barat Subdistrict, Banjarmasin City. In this research, quality of service is the main focus to find a relationship with public satisfaction. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach with survey data collection procedures. Research location at Banjarmasin Barat Subdistrict Office. The measuring scale used in this study is the Likert Scale. Determination of samples in this study uses the probability sampling methode. Based on the result and discussion of data, quality of service not spread at all level of categories from Chi Square Goodness of Fit (X2 = 59,750; p = 0,000). These results are compared with table X2 with a significance level of 5% is 12,592. So, X2 count value is greater than X2 table (59,750 > 12,592). Public satisfaction not spread at all level of categories with X2 count value is 19,000 with level of categories value is 0,025. These result are compared with table X2 with a significance level of 5% is 16,919. So, X2 count value is greater than X2 table (19,000 > 16,919). Quality of service and satisfaction level (0,204 > 0,05) has a relationship, therefore quality of service and public satisfaction has a relationship too.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to find out the influence of financial fundamental and macroeconomic factors on stock price. Financial fundamental factors used are ROA, CR, and EPS, while the maroeconomic factor used is inflation.Using purposive sampling method, found 7 companies from 18 plantation sub sector listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange since 2016 until 2018. Data was proced and analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis and prior to the classic assumption test such as normality, multicolinearity, heteroskedasticity, and autocorrelation. The result indicates that simultaneously, ROA, CR, EPS, and inflation have significant influence on stock price. By partially, EPS have significant influence on stock price, while ROA, CR and inflation have insignificant influence on stock price. Keywords: ROA, CR, EPS, Inflation

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the level of satisfaction in first grade junior high school students at the Martapura Darul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School which was seen from the service quality factors which involved physical / tangible evidence, reliability, responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy.The research method used is descriptive quantitative type by discussing a study with numbers. Figures obtained from a questionnaire were distributed to 100 students and later the percentage index will be calculated to determine the level of satisfaction of service quality variables. The results showed that all the quality variables of LPK-AL-Hijrah service received a Satisfied Enough value by students who obtained the Percentage Index result with an interpretation distance of 20% from the 5 choice categories was 48.31%.

Abstract

Penelitian dengan menggunakan model Altman Z-score non manufaktur ini, merupakan penelitian lanjutan bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan potensi Financial Distress dari PT.Bank Tabungan Negara (PERSERO) Tbk, di tahun 2016 dan 2017. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa PT. Bank BTN (persero) Tbk memiliki nilai Z-score yang cenderung membaik ditahun 2016 dan 2017 dari pada tahun 2014 dan tahun 2015. PT. Bank BTN (Persero) Tbk. dikategorikan sebagai perusahaan yang berpotensi mengalami financial distress di tahun 2014 dan 2015, dimana nilai z-score yang dimiliki PT. Bank BTN (persero) Tbk. pada saat itu di bawah 1,2 yaitu 0,86 pada tahun 2014, melemah menjadi 0,67 pada tahun 2015. Sedangkan pada tahun 2016 nilai Z-score PT. Bank BTN (persero) Tbk naik menjadi 1,1 dan di tahun 2017 menjadi 1,2 atau sudah berpindah di “grey area” ini menunujukan adanya perbaikan kinerja keuangan yang cukup baik dan signifikan dari pihak manajemen dalam memperkuat ratio-ratio penilaian. Harapannya adalah bahwa dengan adanya perbaikan kinerja keuangan secara terus menerus dan konsisten, posisi kesehatan keuangan PT. Bank BTN (persero) Tbk dapat segera berpindah ke “zona aman ”

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Budaya Organisasi dan Motivasi Kerja. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari Budaya Organisasi dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada 76 orang Pegawai Dinas Ketahanan Pangan, Pertanian Dan Perikanan Kabupaten Barito Selatan dan dilakukan selama 4 bulan. Kesimpulan bahwa secara simultan variabel Budaya Organisasi dan Motivasi berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Ketahanan Pangan, Pertanian Dan Perikanan Kabupaten Barito Selatan, variabel Budaya Organisasi dan Motivasi secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Ketahanan Pangan, Pertanian Dan Perikanan Kabupaten Barito Selatan, dan Variabel yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas

Abstract

Abstract, The main objective in this study is to examine and analyze (1) the effect of quality and price on people's buying interest in Citra Graha City housing. (2) the effect of quality on people's buying interest in Citra Graha City housing. (3) the effect of prices on people's buying interest in Citra Graha City housing. (4) To see which variable has greater influence on people's buying interest in Citra Graha City housing. The targets in this study include (1) To be able to see how much influence the two variables in this study are quality and price in influencing public buying interest in Citra Graha City housing. (2) Being a reference material for consumers to be able to determine the purchasing policy after knowing about the quality and price set by the City of Citra Graha. (3) From the results of this study, it can be used as a reference as a policy making in product pricing strategies. (4) Making the results of this research as textbook reference material, especially in the field of marketing management. This research was conducted with a quantitative method and using the analysis method with SPSS Windows For Data as a data analysis tool. To facilitate the justification, a 5-point Likert scale is used. Likert scale is a scale used in questionnaires to facilitate respondents in answering questions, then respondents answer questions in accordance with the code in the questionnaire. Before testing with regression analysis, the research data were tested with a classic assumption test consisting of: normality test, heterokedasticity test, and multicollinearity test. Then for simultaneous hypothesis testing using the F test, and for partial hypothesis testing using the t test. Meanwhile, to determine the most dominant variable affecting the level of employee job satisfaction using the standardized coefficient beta. Based on the results of the study it can be found that the variable of quality and price is very significant in influencing the buying interest of consumers or prospective consumers to be able to purchase housing units in the City of Citra Graha, this can be proven with a probability level of more than 0.05 or less than 5%. In addition to the level of probability can also be proven by table 5.8 it turns out that F count is greater (33,108) than F table (2.3092), so the decision is to reject H0 and accept Ha, which means the variables X1, X2 together affect the consumer's buying interest will the purchase of housing units in the City of Citra Graha. Job Characteristics Variable has a significant and positive effect on the level of employee job satisfaction with a significance level of 0.473 or 47.3%. This means that if the characteristics of this work are considered it will increase employee job satisfaction by 47.3%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan fungsi manajemen pada kantor kelurahan Rantau Kiwa Kecamatan Tapin Utara Kabupaten Tapin yang selama ini dan membahas bagaimana penerapan fungsi manajemen yang seharusnya. Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif yang memberikan gambaran mengenai penerapan fungsi-fungsi manajemen pada Kelurahan Rantau Kiwa Kecamatan Tapin Utara Kabupaten Tapin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pekerjaan yang dilakukan di kantor kelurahan Rantau Kiwa masih ada yang dilaksanakan tumpang tindih, banyak pelayanan yang diharapkan masyarakat dalam penyelesaiannya terlambat dan cenderung lama, karena masing-masing pegawai saling menunggu siapa yang menyelesaikan pekerjaan, belum adanya evaluasi sehingga tidak dapat diukur dengan jelas sejauh mana kinerja masing-masing dalam bekerja memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat.
