Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan mengetahui pemberdayaan sumber daya manusia pada PT. CARSURIN. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Subjek penelitian 15 karyawan di PT. CARSURIN Banjarbaru. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dengan informan, peneliti melakukan pengamatan, serta membuat telaah dokumen untuk mendapatkan gambaran kegiatan pemberdayaan di perusahaan, data penelitian dianalisis dengan cara mengklasifikasikan data berdasarkan ragam data yang ada, lalu menghubungkannya dengan data dan informasi yang diperoleh dari literatur, dokumen, survei, wawancara, dan observasi di lapangan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa implementasi pemberdayaan Sumber Daya Manusia di PT. CARSURIN Banjarbaru: 1) Dimensi pemberdayaan yang telah diimplementasikan dengan baik adalah motivasi dan pengambilan keputusan, dimensi yang sedang dilakukan namun masih perlu peningkatan adalah kepercayaan, dimensi yang paling lemah serta perlu mendapat perhatian lebih adalah dimensi stagnan mind-sets. 2) kajian mengenai potensi Human capital, ditemukan bahwa perusahaan memiliki potensi Human capital yang cukup besar, dimensi pengetahuan dan kemampuan, dimensi yang sedang dilakukan namun masih memerlukan upaya-upaya yang dapat mengoptimalkan potensi tersebut, di bidang keahlian dan keterampilan. Faktor penghambat dan tantangan dalam Pemberdayaan Sumber Daya Manusia dalam mengoptimalkan potensi Human capital: 1) Manajemen PT. Carsurin Banjarbaru perlu memiliki konsep dan paradigma yang jelas mengenai dimensi pemberdayaan sumber daya manusia dan pemahaman tentang Human capital. 2) PT. Carsurin Banjarbaru perlu meningkatkan peran kepercayaan kepada karyawan. Implementasi yang perlu dilakukan oleh perusahaan memberikan pemberdayaan secara maksimal dan merata keseluruh karyawan. Perbaikan pemberdayaan karyawan dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan kepercayaan, motivasi, peran pengambilan keputusan, dan stagnan mind-sets. Abstract

This study aims to: (1) Analyze whether service quality in the form of reliability, responsiveness, empathy, beliefs and direct evidence simultaneously affect customer satisfaction. (2) Analyzing whether service quality in the form of reliability, responsiveness, empathy, beliefs and direct evidence partially influences customer satisfaction. (3) Analyze the most dominant variables that affect customer satisfaction. With the purposive sampling method, there were 50 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression.The results of this study are: (1) Service quality in the form of reliability, responsiveness, empathy, beliefs and direct evidence simultaneously affected customer satisfaction by 44.7% while the remaining 55.3% was influenced by other variables. (2) Only empathy and belief that have a partial effect on customer satisfaction, while reliability, responsiveness and direct evidence have no partial effect on customer satisfaction. (3) Reliability is not a variable that has a dominant influence on customer satisfaction at AXA Mandiri Branch A. Yani Banjarmasin.

Abstract

Unemployment is a classic problem in many countries. Entrepreneurship is one of way to reduce unemployment. But, not at all the people who interested in entrepreneurship. The purpose of the study is to determine whether a person’s internal and external factors influence entrepreneurial interest. The study was conducted on students of the STIE Pancasetia Banjarmasin. The sample in this study were 230 active students of STIE Pancasetia Banjarmasin. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires online. The results showed that the innovation, profit expectations and the environment had a significant effect on the entrepreneurial interest and the dominant variable is innovation. Entrepreneurship requires a person to be more observant in capturing opportunities amid tight competition. Innovation is one of the important factor for someone to at least enter, survive and compete. Entrepreneurship allows flexibility in determining time, operational and return. Entrepreneurship interest should be developed in order to resolve the unemployment and employment creation.

Abstract

Accounting Department of the Banjarmasin Pancasetia Economics School in 2015. The study was entitled "Analysis of Village Financial Management in the Pasar Lama Village Government in KarangIntan District, Banjar Regenc. This study aims to describe the Analysis of Village Financial Management in the Pasar Lama Village Government in KarangIntan District, Banjar Regency, covering planning, implementation, administration, reporting and accountability of village finance. Know and analyze how the comparison of Village Financial Management according to the format of Banjar Regent Regulation Number 3 of 2017 with Village Financial Management in the Pasar Lama Village Government. This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive analysis approach. File collection techniques are carried out by interview, observation, documentation and literature. File analysis uses interactive analysis techniques, namely through collectionfile, reduction file, presentation file and conclusion drawing. The results showed that although there were errors in the administration of the arrangement but overall the financial management of Pasar Lama Village was almost the same as the management according to the format of the Banjar Regent Regulation Number 3 of 2017. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untukmengidentifikasi strategi yang ditetapkan PT. Titipan kilat Banjarmasin dan memberikan solusi mengenai strategi pemasaran yang harus dilakukan agarmeningkatkan volume penjualan PT. Titipan kilat Banjarmasin menggunakan teori Philip Kotler Marketing Mix 7P. Tehnik analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif, digunakan untuk memberikan gambaran yang lebih lengkap mengenai suatu fenomena, baik itu suatu fenomena yang sedang berlangsung saat ini maupun fenomena yang terjadi dimasa lalu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa belum efektifnya strategi pemasaran Product, Promotion, People yang berpengaruh pada meningkatkan volume penjualan pada PT. Titipan Kilat Banjarmasin.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and determine the leading sectors in Bandung City to illustrate leading economics activities that can be developed in order to boost economics potential in Bandung City. The analysis tools used include Shift-Share, Location Quotient (LQ) and Growth Ratio Model (GRM) analyses. The results of the study show that: (1) shift-share analysis showed that the economy of Bandung City during the period 2010-2017 increased by Rp. 70,697,045.9 million. The increase in economic performance in Bandung City can be seen from 16 (sixteen) sectors of economic activity that are positive; (2) based on the Location Quotient (LQ) analysis, the leading sectors in Bandung City consisting of 13 (thirteen) sectors, i.e. water supply procurement; garbage, waste and recycling management; construction sector; retail and wholesale trade; car and motorcycle repair; transportation and warehousing sector; accommodation and food provision; information and communication sector; financial and insurance services sector; real estate sector; corporate services sector; government administration, defense and social security; education services sector; health services sector and social activities and other service sectors; (3) the analysis of the Growth Ratio Model (GRM) showed that the dominant sectors of growth and large contributions consist of the construction sector, transportation and warehousing sector, accommodation and food provision sector, information and communication sector, corporate services sector, education services sector, health services sector and social activities and other service sectors; (4) weighting results based on Shift-Share, Location Quotient (LQ) analysis, and Growth Ratio Model (GRM) showed that 5 (five) sectors based on the highest potential weighting results are the information and communication sector, retail and wholesale trade sectors , car and motorcycle repair, transportation and warehousing sector, accommodation and food provision sector and other service sectors.

Abstract

Abstract: Social factors on employee work performance can be identified regarding whether there is a significant relationship between financial factors and the work performance of Bank Kalimantan Selatan employees. The research objective is to find out the significant relationship between financial factors and the work performance of Bank Kalimantan Selatan employees. To prove the bivariate variable relationship is tested by t test which measures the significance of whether or not the independent variables partially on work performance. It turns out that based on the results of data processing through SPSS with financial factor t test has a significant level with Y below 0.05 and found t count with a significant level of 0.0299 Thus it can be said that financial factors have a significant relationship with work performance. Keywords : financial factor and work performance Abstrak: Faktor sosial terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan dapat diidentifikasi menyangkut apakah terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara factor financial dengan prestasi kerja karyawan bank kalsel. Tujuan penelitian yang ingin dicapai adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan yang signifikan antara factor financial dengan prestasi kerja karyawan bank kalsel. Untuk membuktikan hubungan variable secara bivariate dilakukan pengujian dengan uji t yang mengukur signifikan tidaknya variable bebas secara parsial terhadap prestasi kerja. Ternyata berdasarkan hasil olah data melalui SPSS dengan uji t factor finansial memiliki level signifikan dengan Y dibawah 0.05 dan ditemukan t hitung dengan level signifikan sebesar 0.0299 Dengan demikian dapatlah dikatakan bahwa faktor finansial memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan prestasi kerja. Kata Kunci: faktor finansial dan prestasi kerja

Abstract

: The main objective in this research is to study and analyze (1) How entrepreneurial factors consisting of social and family environment, innovation and creative, and technological environment influence the interest in entrepreneurship. (2) How does the social and family environment influence the interests of entrepreneurship. (3) How the influence of innovation and creativity on entrepreneurial interest. (4) How is the influence of the technological environment on entrepreneurial interest. The targets in this study include (1) the results of these researchers can be input for other researchers to conduct similar studies in the future. (2) Input materials can be used to enhance the development of student interest in entrepreneurship. (3) The results of this study are expected to be used as evaluations and useful information to make improvements oriented to the future, especially on students' interest in entrepreneurship. This research was conducted with quantitative methods and using analysis methods with SPSS Windows For Data as a data analysis tool.

Abstract

Abstract: The objectives of this research are (1) To find out, study and analyze the development of creative economy products in Sasirangan fabric in the city of Banjarmasin. (2) To find out, study and analyze the application of integrated marketing communication strategies in Sasirangan fabric creative economy products in Banjarmasin City. (3) To find out, study and analyze the attractiveness of the city of Banjarmasin as a tourism destination from the perspective of tourists. (4) To find out, study and analyze how much influence the sasirangan fabric creative economic product development and the application of integrated marketing communication strategies to the attractiveness of Banjarmasin City as a tourism destination. This study uses an explanatory survey method, because it will explain the relationship between the variables studied. While the type of relationship between variables used in this study is causality, that is, the independent variable / independent variable influences the dependent variable / dependent variable. the results showed that in general the integrated marketing communication strategy in the creative economy products in the City of Banjarmasin had been implemented well. This can be seen from the majority of respondents' answers that stated agreed with the questions asked. But of the four factors forming integrated marketing communication, aspects of public relations and publicity and advertising are the forming factors that have the most powerful role and have been implemented quite well. This means that as a whole the management of tourism and the creative economy tourism industry has conducted a series of promotions to introduce what is owned by all prospective tourists through various media. Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to study the social role at PT. Banjarbaru Fleet Mix as a form of corporate social responsibility to the environment around the company that is carried out and carried out by the company so far can provide input on the basic concepts of social responsibility accounting which are carried out in accordance with the theory carried out. The method used is a description method that discusses the evaluations carried out by companies that are conceptualized in social responsibility carried out by Social Responsibility Measurement and Reporting. In conducting this research, the author uses the method of data collection by means of observation, interviews and documentation. From the research that has been done, the writer obtained from the research conducted by PT. Banjarbaru Fleet has conducted several activities which include companies for the community, contributing companies to the environment and contributing companies to human resources. and contributing companies to products and services. Financial Statements, Social Responsibility conceptualized through Descriptive, cost planning incurred and cost planning Benefits will make changes to the company in accordance with the concept of good accountability.
