Jurnal TUNAS adalah jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh LPPM STIKOM Tunas Bangsa Pematangsiantar yang Tujuan dari publikasi jurnal ini adalah untuk menyebarluaskan pemikiran konseptual atau ide dan hasil penelitian yang telah dicapai di bidang pengabdian masyarakat. Jurnal TUNAS: Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat, berisi berbagai kegiatan dalam menangani dan mengelola berbagai potensi, hambatan, tantangan, dan masalah yang ada di masyarakat. Implementasi kegiatan layanan juga melibatkan partisipasi masyarakat dan mitra. Kegiatan pelayanan diorganisasikan menjadi kegiatan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Silakan baca panduan ini dengan seksama. Penulis yang ingin menyerahkan naskah mereka ke redaksi Jurna TUNAS: Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat harus mematuhi pedoman penulisan. Jika naskah yang dikirimkan tidak sesuai dengan pedoman atau ditulis dalam format yang berbeda, naskah tersebut akan DITOLAK oleh editor sebelum ditinjau lebih lanjut. Para editor hanya akan menerima naskah yang memenuhi format yang ditugaskan. Jurnal TUNAS terbit 2 kali setahun. Pengiriman artikel tidak dipungut biaya, kemudian artikel yang diterima akan diterbitkan secara online dan dapat diakses secara gratis.

Product photos are indispensable for the world of marketing both online and offline. Therefore, it is important for entrepreneurs to be able to make attractive product photos so that potential consumers can be interested in exploring further or knowing more about the products being marketed and until a transaction occurs. To be able to make attractive product photos, it is necessary to provide knowledge and skills to prospective entrepreneurs in making product photos. S_M_K Ibu Kartini is a vocational high school that educates aspiring young entrepreneurs. Therefore the Informatics Management PkM Team collaborated with the school to carry out training on making these product photos. The result to be achieved is that prospective entrepreneurs are able to make attractive product photos using a smartphone. In the implementation of the training, which is still in a state of the Covid pandemic, the PkM team adapts to the Covid-19 process. In the training, after being given knowledge about interesting product photos, it was continued with the practice of shooting culinary products with smartphones. After completing the training, SMK I. Kartini asked for the willingness of the Informatics Management PkM Team so that in the next period there would be more training.

Tourism Awareness Groups (Pokdarwis) have been established in each and every village in the Kerambitan District as part of the government's ongoing effort to promote village tourism. The economic potential of the village's natural resources is underutilized because the Pokdarwis party does a poor job of managing and capitalizing on tourism opportunities to tap into these resources. Each of the Kerambitan District's villages features a Tourist Destination of Interest (DTW), which represents a golden opportunity to earn from tourism by creating and selling a customized tour package. Kerambitan District's DTW is mostly made up of natural tourism possibilities, such as rice fields and beaches. Kerambitan District's attractions rely only on entrance fees from tourists for revenue, hence there are no tour packages available at this time. The objective is that this package would encourage more people to visit Kerambitan District and enjoy its many attractions. SIGADis, a web-based tool, is used to aid partners in the Kerambitan District with promotions, reservations, and ticket sales. To develop an integrated system in the Kerambitan District, this SIGADis app provides details on DTW in the form of narratives and visuals, as well as tour packages, ancillary services, lodging options, and geographic coordinates. Partners receive support and training as they learn to use the SIGADis application. The effectiveness of the SIGADis application training was evaluated by administering surveys to course participants, with scores averaging between 80% and 90%. Members of the Indonesian Professional and Management MSME Association do not understand the implementation of digital marketing, while the current situation is that many people are using digital marketing in the business of selling, purchasing, marketing products and others, if they do not understand and follow the development of this technology, they will experience problems. left behind in the world of technology. The Community Service Team as PKM implementers assisted by lecturers and students as a solution in increasing the ability to provide training on digital marketing to partners. The purpose of this service activity is to provide knowledge about digital marketing. The method of implementing activities used is in the form of training, interactive discussion with all training participants. This activity uses knowledge in theory and practice in the room. This training provides an assessment to the participants through a written test using a pretest and posttest with 20 participants participating. The results of the final assessment of the activity, that the participants were able to understand the material well based on the results of the assessment scores from the posttest results, with an average value of 92.

The results of the socialization of the community service team that had been undertaken for 3 days at the Paluh Sebaji village location, Pantai pumpkin sub-district, Deli Serdang district, with village officials, community leaders, youth and the community in general both formally and written data undertaken in the field. Then we get some descriptions of the problem, i.e .the lack of knowledge about planned development and description. Problem faced by the Paluh Sebaji village government in planned development, especially the Village Office Building Development Planning, herewith as a community service team participant tries to implement the existing knowledge, i.e. helping to describe the construction planning of the Paluh Sibaji village office using the autocad application. and an estimate of the financing issued adjusted for discussions with the village government that will be undertaken the construction of the Paluh Sibaji Village office.

Terang Bangsa Vocational School students are young people as the next generation and human resources for national development. Therefore it is necessary to have efforts, programs and activities that continuously involve the participation of all parties, including families, educational institutions, youth organizations, the community and especially the younger generation themselves. In Indonesia itself, graphic design is in great demand. Current design technology really supports image processing and design, software that supports graphic design, this is very supportive in growing the creative industry in Indonesia. Responding that the creative industry opportunities in graphic design are very large, this is what encourages using graphic design to support a profession or job. Based on the findings of the problem, a solution is offered to provide graphic design training with Photoshop to produce photography of food products to Terang Bangsa Vocational High School students as potential entrepreneurs to support their product promotion with the aim of providing debriefing for APHP level XII students of Terang Bangsa Vocational High Schools. If they graduate and become entrepreneurs, they can have skills in making photos. products for promotional media. The achievement target to be achieved is that APHP students Terang Bangsa Vocational High Schools have the ability to make food photography products to create attractive promotional media. While the achievement indicators to be achieved are APHP students Terang Bangsa Vocational High Schools having knowledge and skills in arranging shooting objects, being able to use smartphones to produce attractive product photos. The output of PkM students of Agricultural Product Processing Agribusiness (APHP)Terang Bangsa Vocational High Schools are able to use product photos on promotional media to support promotion, while the output for D3 Informatics Management PkM team of Unisbank is article in devotional journals.

Haria village is an area that is easy to reach. By using fast sea transportation such as speed boats, tourists can arrive and enjoy the beauty of Batu Pintu, Haria Village. On the way, tourists can also enjoy the enchanting beauty of the Maluku sea. The development of the quality of the Batu Pintu tourist attraction in Haria Village is something that must be done because it has so many benefits. This description of science and technology is named Big Light, where the PKM Team wants to provide greater light for the tourist attractions in question and provide greater quality improvement of tourism services. Based on interviews, questions and answers and direct observations during this service activity, it provides results of understanding and knowledge related to Solar Cell; knowledge related to tourism development potential in Haria Village, especially Batu Pintu and understanding related to the implementation of management strategies in Haria Village tourism development. Construction followed with the installation of solar panels which was carried out jointly by the PKM team, Haria village youth, and village officials. There are 4 solar panels with a power of 60 watts that can be installed at the Batu Pintu tourist spot. After testing the system, the operation of the solar cell is left to the administrator. This community service activity aims to educate the public regarding accurate accounting aplikasi knowledge and skills. The target of this training is accounting students and practitioners, especially in Yogyakarta and its surroundings. The number of participants is approximately 80 people, and it is carried out online using Zoom Meeting. The training method is divided into several stages: preparation, implementation and evaluation of activities. The expected results of this community service activity are: 1. Participants are able to understand the general description of Accurate Accounting aplikasi applications such as accurate concepts and features. 2. Participants are able to practice accurate aplikasi installation, 3. Participants gain practical experience in doing initial setup and processing transactions both in service/trade companies using accurate applications and discussing problems in using accurate.

Community service is the process of implementing the knowledge learned in higher education in order to provide the widest possible benefit to the community. Community service activities must always be directed at activities whose benefits and impacts can be felt by the community directly. One form of service that can be done is in the form of literacy services. Therefore, through this literacy service, by visiting Jaring Halus Village, Langkat Regency with the aim of providing motivation to children in Jaring Halus Village so that they can continue to study until college. This activity is a collaboration between the University of Muhammadiyah North Sumatra Library and the Volunteer Library of the University of Muhammadiyah North Sumatra. The form of activities carried out in the form of training on technology, socialization of learning motivation, writing essays in the form of short stories, and competitions related to literacy.

Coffee Asymmetry is a coffee shop that wants to provide excellent service to its customers. Excellent service is considered very important to build customer comfort and loyalty. The partner's problem is that there are no guidelines for dealing with customer complaints based on communication management, therefore one of the efforts that needs to be done is to maximize communication skills in improving excellent service so that customers remain satisfied and comfortable. In realizing this goal, it is necessary to provide training to Coffee Asymmetry staff in improving communication skills. The debriefing was carried out by Lecturers of Informatics Engineering at Indraprasta PGRI University through the LPPM at Indraprasta PGRI University in the Community Service program. The debriefing is done offline at Coffee Asymmetry. The method of implementing this activity is material delivery, practical assistance, and discussion/question-and-answer. Based on further observations, the results obtained from this activity revealed that 1) all participants were able to understand how to provide excellent service and were able to communicate confidently; 2) all enthusiastic participants will try to practice communication management materials in dealing with customer complaints; 3) almost all participants looked confident when dealing with customers; 4) participants can clearly understand the importance of self-confidence in dealing with customer complaints; and 5) almost all participants already understand how to communicate properly when dealing with customer complaints, although they must continue to practice so that they are more flexible and not rigid.

One of the determinants of the success of UMKM is the importance of promotion. Promotion can be done conventionally by making brochures, flyers or banners but can also be done digitally through mass media. Making a promotional video for UMKM profiles is one of the ways to promote to the public by utilizing digital promotions in the form of videos. In the new normal era, promotions in the digital field are in great demand, and services without leaving the house are an alternative that will be chosen by the public. This research is intended to introduce an UMKM in order to promote these UMKM digitally to help increase sales in order to improve the economy after the Covid-19 pandemic. Making an interesting UMKM Video Profile is one of them by using the Wondershare Filmora 9 video editor application, but unfortunately the owner and workers in the field of UMKM do not know the use and utilization of these applications. For this reason, the writer and the team were asked to provide training in making UMKM profiles with the Wondershare Filmora application. It is hoped that this training can help UMKM owners and workers provide ideas in making interesting and interactive UMKM video profiles so that later they can increase revenue and sales of UMKM Lab Scarpe Products in Bandar Khalipah, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra. The training was carried out such as providing information and the use of Wondershare Filmora 9, in making UMKM video profiles.
