Coopetition : Jurnal Ilmiah Manajemen (E-ISSN : 2615-4978, P-ISSN : 2086-4620) adalah jurnal ilmiah bidang manajemen yang diterbitkan oleh Program Studi Magister Manajemen, Institut Manajemen Koperasi Indonesia, yang semula dua kali dalam setahun, menjadi tiga kali dalam setahun yaitu bulan Maret, Juli dan Nopember. Jurnal ini mempublikasikan hasil penelitian berkaitan tentang konsep, teori, paradigma dan metodologi ilmu manajemen sesuai visi Program Studi Magister Manajemen Ikopin yaitu Unggul dalam menghasilkan lulusan magister manajemen yang berkualitas di bidang perkoperasian dan kewirausahaan untuk menghadapi persaingan global pada tahun 2027. Abstract

The focus of this study is to describe the competency of employees at the Trans Studio Bandung Departement Show and production. This study aims to describe employee competencies and solutions in dealing with these obstacles. Good employee competency can support the success of a company in achieving its goals. The results obtained show that the competency of Trans Studio Bandung employees is good enough, for knowledge and understanding must be added again seen from the achievement of targets that are still lacking. And for solutions to deal with obstacles employees are able to overcome them well to achieve the work in accordance with expectations, and the company needs to reinstate the appreciation or initiative to employees who have good competence.

Abstract

This research aims to apply the Balanced Scorecard method to measure cooperative performance comprehensively (thoroughly). Balanced Scorecard is one of the simple methods based on data from cooperative financial statements and questionnaires so that cooperative management can find out cooperative performance accurately and comprehensively through four main perspectives in the Balanced Scorecard , namely financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business perspective, and learning perspective and growth. Thus, cooperatives can find out and measure their performance both financial performance (short-term performance) and non-financial performance (long-term performance).

Abstract

This study is entitled "Analysis of Competitive Advantage Aspects at SDS Nugraha, Bandung". The writing of this research is motivated by the demand for quality educational institutions that will be able to create Schools that have Competitive Advantages. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Respondents consisted of the Principal, Deputy Principal, teachers, and also staff in SDS Nugraha Bandung. The results showed that SDS Nugraha, Bandung already had advantages in the areas of strategic location, the breadth of the curriculum used, the program of collaboration with outsiders, adequate qualifications and quality of teachers, and also student achievement. For all this, SDS Nugraha will always continue to improve its capabilities so that schools can have a sustainable competitive advantage.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of fixed asset turnover at PT Air Asia Indonesia Tbk. Asset is still one of several requirements that must be owned by the company in supporting the company's operational activities. The purpose of this study was to determine the Fixed Asset Ratio applied to PT Air Asia Indonesi Tbk. presentation and disclosure of fixed assets in the financial statements. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The research instrument used was financial statement data in the form of a balance sheet. The population used is the company's financial statement data for 19 years from 1999-2018 The sample used in this study is financial data for 5 years (2014-2018) and the sampling used in this study is purposive sampling, data collection techniques used namely literature study. The data analysis technique used is the t one sample. Asset Turnover Results, on average, the turnover of fixed assets at PT Air Asia Indonesia Tbk continues to increase until 2018.

Abstract

Increasing competitiveness in MSMEs must be gradual, meaning increasing competitiveness begins with efforts to win the competition. To find out the various conditions of MSME competitiveness, it is necessary to have a form of continuous development, in order to improve the standard of living for MSMEs in the country. The orientation and focus of empowering MSMEs need to be improved, such empowerment includes providing easy access to company functions and providing supporting facilitation, so that MSMEs are truly able to apply the general rules that apply in the economy in a consistent and consistent and effective manner. One effort that can be done is to conduct a strong business network. Business Network is one of the important factors in the UMKM business to increase economies of scale, manage business efficiently and expand market share. MSMEs that have a strong business network will be the capital to be able to carry out their operations effectively and efficiently, so that the business network can also become a capital for company competitiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the working capital turnover and accounts receivable turnover on profitability at PT. Hanjaya mandala Sampoerna Tbk. The research used is through the descriptive and verification method approach where the results of the study indicate that the size of the working capital turnover and accounts receivable turnover have a contribution to profitability.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Effect of Competence and Compensation on the Performance of Cooperative Primary Employees in the Koperasi Primer Kartika Artileri Berdaya Guna Sepanjang Masa Pusat Kesenjataan Artileri Medan Kota Cimahi. The results of the study show that competence and compensation simultaneously influence and significantly affect employee performance. Partially, the competency variable on employee performance has a significant effect, then for compensation variables on employee performance a significant effect is obtained. Thus if good competence with the field of work is carried out, and also supported by the provision of good compensation given to employees, then employees will always be able to provide optimal work results for an organization.

Abstract

The Tarakan Regional General Hospital, North Kalimantan was originally established in 1947 with the status of the Swatantra Regency Government of the Bulungan Regency with a Class D Hospital. This establishment aims to provide adequate health care facilities for the general public in the Tarakan island environment. The sample was 210 female nurses. conduct analysis to meet normality test requirements, descriptive statistics, perform multiple linear regression analysis and T test to answer hypotheses. In the gender role variable, the regression coefficient is 0.429 with a value of t = 7.213 with p = 0.000 or p <0.05. That is, some gender roles have a positive and significant influence on nurse performance. Thus, the H1 hypothesis can be accepted. In the work stress variable regression coefficient obtained -0.272 with a value of t = -4.726 with p = 0.000 or p <0.05. This means that work stress partially has a negative and significant effect on nurse performance. Thus, the H2 hypothesis can be accepted.

Abstract

The exchange rate is macroeconomic that is important for the sustainability of the economy in a country, previous research shows the effect of the exchange rate on stock prices. These conditions indicate that investors view the exchange rate as a signal to a country's economy, so investors consider the exchange rate to make investments. This study uses a quantitative approach that is tested by multiple regression to determine the effect of exchange rates on stock prices, the data of this study are from January 1, 2020, to May 8, 2020, the data collection is based on the state of the world economy that is weakening due to the COVID-19 outbreak. The results show that the exchange rate has an influence on the stock prices of the financial sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, these results have similarities and differences with the results of research in other emerging market countries.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the Good Corporate Governance and financial performance on stock prices on food and beverage sector companies listed on the Stock Exchange. Good corporate governance can be seen from the board of directors, independent commissioners, and institutional ownership, in addition one of the ratios which can be used to see financial performance. The share price is identified by the closing price when the financial statements are published. The results showed that the board of directors, independent commissioners, institutional ownership and ROE had an influence on the stock prices of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011-2018.
