Coopetition : Jurnal Ilmiah Manajemen
Coopetition : Jurnal Ilmiah Manajemen (E-ISSN : 2615-4978, P-ISSN : 2086-4620) adalah jurnal ilmiah bidang manajemen yang diterbitkan oleh Program Studi Magister Manajemen, Institut Manajemen Koperasi Indonesia, yang semula dua kali dalam setahun, menjadi tiga kali dalam setahun yaitu bulan Maret, Juli dan Nopember. Jurnal ini mempublikasikan hasil penelitian berkaitan tentang konsep, teori, paradigma dan metodologi ilmu manajemen sesuai visi Program Studi Magister Manajemen Ikopin yaitu Unggul dalam menghasilkan lulusan magister manajemen yang berkualitas di bidang perkoperasian dan kewirausahaan untuk menghadapi persaingan global pada tahun 2027. Infrastructure, utilities and transportation are one of the sectors that have been supported by President Joko Widodo since 2014, but the factors that influence in increasing the value of the company experience fluctuating movements until the end of 2018. Research with objects of the infrastructure, utilities and transportation sector companies still rarely found. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of investment decisions (PER), funding (DER), and dividends (DPR) on the company value (PBV) of the infrastructure, utilities and transportation sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2018 period. The analytical method used in this research is quantitative descriptive and verification using multiple linear regression models. Based on the results of hypothesis testing conducted by researchers using the Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) 24 application, investment and funding decisions have a significant effect on firm value, while dividends do not significantly influence firm value. Simultaneously note that investment decisions, funding, and dividends significantly influence the value of the company. The coefficient of determination is 76.6%.

This study aims to analyze the level of health of the Koperasi Simpan Pinjam dan Pembiayaan Syariah Al Uswah Indonesia Kota Banjar in 2019. This study uses quantitative methods with health assessment analysis with health research analysis guided by the Regulation of the Deputy for Supervision of the Ministry of Cooperatives and UKM No. 07 / Per / Dep.6 / IV / 2016. concerning Guidelines for Health Assessment of Sharia Savings and Loans and Financing Cooperatives and Sharia Financing Savings and Loans Units. Based on the results of research on 8 aspects of assessing the health level of savings and loan cooperatives and sharia financing at the Al Uswah Indonesia KSPPS Banjar City in 2019, it is at the predicate of the level of health under supervision.

This research was conducted at BUMDES Mart Banjaran Majalengka and aims to determine how the influence of Brand Image and Store Atmosphere on Purchasing Decisions of BUMDes Mart Banjaran consumers in order to increase the competitiveness of rural companies in the era of globalization. The population in this study is the infinite population and the sampling technique used. in this study is a non probability sampling with incidental sampling approach method. The research method used is a survey method with descriptive and verification approaches, the test instruments used in this study are validity and reliability tests. The data analysis used in this research is multiple regression analysis, the coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and store atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

The cash flow statement is a report that shows the flow of cash or cash that is in the company. The cash statement consists of cash inflows such as proceeds from receipts or sales and cash outflows which consist of expenses such as payment of expenses and expenses. The purpose of this study was to determine the ability of PT. Indosat Tbk. in managing cash flow, especially in determining the projected investment made, based on the cash flow conditions of PT. Indosat Tbk in the period 2016-2018. The results of this study indicate that the comparative analysis of cash flow statements on total cash and cash equivalents, cash flow at the end of the period during the 2016-2018 period shows a percentage of -48.93%, 4.10%, -45.75%, for three consecutive years, and on Trend analysis is at PT. Indosat Tbk. shows the percentage figures of 51.07%, 104.10%, 54.25% for three consecutive years in the 2016-2018 period. Per component analysis shows that cash inflows and outflows are dominated by cash flows from operating activities with a tendency that cash inflows decrease while cash outflows increase. In a special cash flow ratio analysis shows that the cash flow adequacy ratio of PT. Indosat Tbk, shows a figure of 1.57 and a reinvestment ratio which shows a ratio of 25.65% which means that PT. Indosat Tbk is quite good at meeting the company's cash needs.

This article analyzes the effectiveness and efficiency of the financial performance of waqf institutions in Indonesia in relation to legal foundations, supervision, nadzir governance, risk management and shari'ah compliance. This research was conducted in waqf institutions with a population and samples were obtained from 102 waqf institutions, each of which had 3 (three) nazirs who filled out the questionnaire for this study. The data were analyzed using descriptive and verification analysis as well as partial least square structural equation modeling. In general, the results of this study indicate that the effectiveness and efficiency of the financial performance of waqf institutions in Indonesia is influenced by legal foundations, supervision, nadzir governance, risk management and shari'ah compliance.

In connection with descriptive data analysis, this research will describe from the results of documentation and field observations from the analysis of learning management in the process of social emotional development of PAUD Az-Zahra Islamic Preschool Cicalengka, Bandung Regency The results of the analysis documentation carried out by researchers on the management of learning in the process of social emotional development aged 4-5 years of 17 children at PAUD Az-Zahra Islamic Preschool Cicalengka, Bandung Regency. There are several indicators in learning management 1) Planning 2) Implementation of learning, namely activities before entering class, preliminary activities, core activities, eating and resting activities, closing activities 3) Evaluation, namely Assessment, Reporting and follow-up. So it can be concluded that the management of learning in the process of social emotional development of PAUD Az-Zahra Islamic Preschool Cicalengka Bandung Regency has been done by the teacher well according to the indicator although there are still two indicators that have not been implemented, the success of the teacher can be seen from the level of achievement of emotional social development a good boy.

The present study aimed to find out the effect of financial and non-financial compensation on employees’ performance. The participants of the study were sixty employees of Credit Union Dharma Kita Savings and Loans Cooperative, Sleman, Yogyakarta. The data were collected using questionnaire. Multiple linear regression was applied to analyze the data. The result of the study showed that financial compensation did not affect the Credit Union Dharma Kita Savings and Loans Cooperative employees’ performance, whereas non-financial compensation was reported to affect the Credit Union Dharma Kita Savings and Loans Cooperative employees’ performance.

Performance allowance or also known as salary is an award or remuneration given by the company for the company's goals. In this case, the performance allowance means that the organization or institution should not ignore its existence in the company organization. The questions explored in this study are as subtle as the major influences that give performance or gratuities to the performance of 41 members of the Barelang Police. The purpose of this study is to use data analysis methods (namely descriptive analysis, simple linear regression analysis and data normality test using SPSS) to see whether it affects performance. The results showed that the performance permit variable (X1) has a significance value (Sig.) Of 0.001 in the Coefficientsa table, the α (significance) value of 0.05 means 0.001 <0.05 or has a significant effect, and the t test shows 3.520> t table (2.000 ).

Pilot’s leadership is one of the most important factors that profoundly influences flight safety. In addition, the career development requires leadership quality. Strong leadership begins first on the inside, yet it requires environmental support. The purpose of this research is to analyze the relationship between selfleadership, work environment, motivation and career development of Indonesian Pilots. Data was collected through structured survey using questionnaire with Category Scale. Probability sampling technique was used to collect data from 250 Captain Pilots in 10 different airlines in Indonesia. The tool of analysis which is used is partial least square 3.2.9 with structural equation model analysis (SEM). Partial measurement is analyzed by examine significant value. Simultaneous measurement is analyzed using Ftest calculation. And mediation is analyzed using t-test, Sobel-test and VAF-test. The study identified that: (1) self-leadership has a positive correlation to work environment (2) self-leadership has positive and significant effect on the career development (3) work environment has positive and significant effect on the career development (4) self-leadership and work environment have positive and significant effect on the career development simultaneously (5) self-leadership has positive and significant effect on the motivation (6) work environment has positive and significant effect on the motivation (7) self-leadership and work environment have positive and significant effect on the motivation simultaneously (8) motivation has positive and significant effect on the career development. This research, inclusively, have shown the structural equation model SEM PLS is adequate and the overall data processing is proven.

Along with developments and the demands of the situation, the work can be done not merely as business as usual, but needs to prioritize quality, effectiveness, and efficiency through innovation. These innovations can be created with the support of an organizational climate and good organizational culture. This study aims to determine the influence of climate and organizational culture, both partially and simultaneously on employee innovation, especially within the Legal Bureau of Ministry of Finance (MoF). The population in this study were employees in the Legal Bureau of Ministry of Finance, totaling 136 people. The research sample is determined by the survey method, meaning that all members of the population are sampled. This research is quantitative descriptive. The variables studied included the independent variables in the form of organizational climate and organizational culture and the dependent variables in the form of employee innovation. Research data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires. The data obtained were processed using Statistical Product and Services Solution version 18 (SPSS 18) software. The results showed that the organizational climate partially influences employee innovation. Likewise, organizational culturepartially influences employee innovation. Simultaneously, organizational climate and organizational culture influence employee innovation
