Coopetition : Jurnal Ilmiah Manajemen (E-ISSN : 2615-4978, P-ISSN : 2086-4620) adalah jurnal ilmiah bidang manajemen yang diterbitkan oleh Program Studi Magister Manajemen, Institut Manajemen Koperasi Indonesia, yang semula dua kali dalam setahun, menjadi tiga kali dalam setahun yaitu bulan Maret, Juli dan Nopember. Jurnal ini mempublikasikan hasil penelitian berkaitan tentang konsep, teori, paradigma dan metodologi ilmu manajemen sesuai visi Program Studi Magister Manajemen Ikopin yaitu Unggul dalam menghasilkan lulusan magister manajemen yang berkualitas di bidang perkoperasian dan kewirausahaan untuk menghadapi persaingan global pada tahun 2027. Abstract

Basically a natural partnership will achieve its goal if mutual requirements, mutual reinforcement, and mutual benefit can be maintained and made a strong fundamental commitment among partners. Nevertheless the development seems very slow. The cause is the presence of specific and different conditions and structure factors compared to other countries. Along with that, we still encounter various forms of gaps, such as inequality among regions, among income groups, between sectors, among economic actors, and so forth. The next problem is that in business entities including cooperatives and micro and small enterprises in running their business activities requires business partnerships with medium and large enterprises in order to improve business performance and business scale. While on the other hand our economic conditions and structures are not yet fully conducive to fostering partnerships based on purely business considerations or competitive market motivations but the business partnership of the foundation is strong enough in our country's constitution. Partnerships will work if partners are equally benefiting. Our concept of partnership is like that, although in the short term, there is a party or a party benefiting more from the other side.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how big the impact of Marketing Mix Strategy and Service Quality to Member Participation Level As a cooperative user, the sample in this research is 97 members of cooperative work of prosperous PT.Polyfin Canggih as respondents who answered the statement of the questionnaire distributed then analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. Data from equation test is known F-count value is 114,782 while with -table value 3,94. This means that F-stat> F-table (114,782> 3,94) means that at 95% confidence level, Marketing Strategy and Service Quality variables have a significant influence simultaneously on the variable Member participation rate as a Cooperative User. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.709. Member Participation Rate of 70.9% is influenced by the Marketing Mix Strategy and Service Quality and the balance of 29.1% is influenced by other factors outside the model.

Abstract

The results of the analysis show the principal leadership style, teacher work motivation simultaneously significant and significant to teacher performance, thus hypothesis. Based on the results of data processing and research results there was an influence between the leadership style of principals and work motivation on the performance of madrasah teachers by 26.9%. So it can be said the better the quality of leadership style of principal and work motivation, the better the performance of teachers. Based on these findings, it can be concluded: (1) There is a positive and significant influence between principal leadership style and four sub-variables on Executive Style and Developer Style (2) There is a positive and significant influence between principal leadership style on teacher performance Madrasah Tsanawiyah / MTsS (3) There is a positive and significant influence between work motivation on teacher performance, achievement of financial motivation. (4) There is a positive and significant influence between the principal's leadership style and the motivation of cooperation on teacher performance. (5) Managerial efforts to improve the principal's leadership style and work motivation and teacher performance by increasing the dimensions that determine these variables.

Abstract

Micro Small Enterprises (MSEs) have an important role in the national economy. The roles of this sector include in various work, sources of income, materials services to meet the needs and means to develop human resources through entrepreneurship practices. The number of MSEs in Sumedang District has continued to increase. Based on data from the Cooperative Office of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises, the number of MSMEs in Sumedang Regency in 2013 reached 6,872 business units. This increase in MSMEs contributes greatly to the Economic Growth Rate in Sumedang Regency which currently reaches 4.69%. However, UMK still has many weaknesses in running its business. Therefore, in the empowerment of MSEs here needs a more comprehensive and appropriate planning that is able to facilitate MSEs in solving the problems it faces. This sector can survive and grow, can play a bigger role in the regional climate. Keywords: Micro Small Business, Problems, Empowerment

Abstract

Implementation of the Service Marketing Mix Implementation in order to improve performance is expected to be a strength of the school so that the school becomes the choice of the community. The results of the research show that the implementation of the marketing mix of services consisting of products, prices, promotions, places, people / human resources, physical evidence, customer processes and services partially has a significant effect on student decisions, and simultaneously has a significant effect on the decisions of students choosing Private Vocational Schools Bandung. The most dominant variable is the factor of the location of the school, while the influence simultaneously is the decision of students so that other influences are influenced by other factors that need to be further investigated.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: (1) To determine the effect of transactional leadership style on the performance of BRI Purworejo Branch employees; and (2) To determine the effect of transformational leadership style on the performance of BRI Purworejo Branch employees. The sample in this study were all employees of BRI BRI Purworejo Branch, totaling 80 people. Therefore the sampling method in this study uses the census method. The results showed that the transactional leadership style had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Competition in the growing world of commerce has an impact on strategy for a company. Every company wants an increase in sales and revenue along with meeting customer needs. Distribution system as one of the elements in the marketing mix has an important role in fulfilling customer needs. Selecting the right distribution channel in marketing products can be an alternative to fulfill customer needs efficiently. PT Nutrifood Indonesia as an FMCG company needs a fast product distribution cycle because of this the process must be carried out efficiently. This study uses the DEA method in calculating the relative efficiency value of each DMU by using each of its inputs and outputs. The study was conducted in 13 marketing distribution areas of Java, which are Bandung, Banjar, Banyuwangi, Bekasi, Bogor, Bojonegoro, Jakarta, Karawang, Majalengka, Semarang, Tangerang, Tegal and Yogyakarta. The results showed that there were 8 out of 13 areas of product marketing distribution that were technically inefficient based on the results of the DEA calculation of the BCC model with the assumption of VRS output orientation. The improvement target is carried out in the inefficient DMU in order to increase its efficiency value by reducing the input variable and increasing the output variable.

Abstract

Job satisfaction is interesting and is considered important because of perceived job satisfaction can affect the overall organization of his net. To get optimal results, job satisfaction is one important factor, when a person feels satisfaction in working of course he will do everything possible with his ability to complete his work. Thus the results of its work will improve optimally.The results showed that participative procedural justice and organizational support had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction, which means better procedural participative justice and the better the organizational support to employees will increase job satisfaction.

Abstract

The size of the use of e-money does not affect students using e-money because the use of e-money is the same as cash / cash (the function is the same). Sig value e-money convenience variable significantly influences student interest in using e-money. The easier e-money is used, the higher the interest of students using it. Sig value E-money security affects the interest of students using e-money. The higher the security of e-money, the higher the interest of students in using e-money.

Abstract

The Objective from this research is to determine how much an Audit Quality can be affected from Auditor Independence, Moral reasoning and Auditor Professional Skepticism at Representative Audit Board of West Java Province. This research is using descriptive and verification approach as a method. The results of this study show that the higher the independence, moral reasoning and professional skepticism of the auditor can make higher the quality of the audit produced as well.
