Coopetition : Jurnal Ilmiah Manajemen (E-ISSN : 2615-4978, P-ISSN : 2086-4620) adalah jurnal ilmiah bidang manajemen yang diterbitkan oleh Program Studi Magister Manajemen, Institut Manajemen Koperasi Indonesia, yang semula dua kali dalam setahun, menjadi tiga kali dalam setahun yaitu bulan Maret, Juli dan Nopember. Jurnal ini mempublikasikan hasil penelitian berkaitan tentang konsep, teori, paradigma dan metodologi ilmu manajemen sesuai visi Program Studi Magister Manajemen Ikopin yaitu Unggul dalam menghasilkan lulusan magister manajemen yang berkualitas di bidang perkoperasian dan kewirausahaan untuk menghadapi persaingan global pada tahun 2027. Abstract

Retailing is the entire business activity associated with selling and providing services to end consumers. The retail business in Indonesia is progressing well which is always followed by very intense competition between companies. Although retail sales are on the rise, according to the financial statements for 2018 PT. Hero Supermarket Tbk shows a decline and loss is supported by the closing of several Giant Express stalls in various cities. As such, this study aimed to determine whether product completeness and location influenced the buying interest in Giant Express supermarkets. A total of 100 respondents were surveyed, using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis techniques used in this study are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, descriptive and hypothesis test. The results show that 1) Product completeness has a partial and significant effect on Consumer Buy Interest, 2) Location has a significant and significant effect on Consumer Buy Interest, and 3) Product completeness and Location Equity has a significant impact on Consumer Buy Interest.

Abstract

The results showed that Financial Literacy had a positive effect on Financial Behavior and Financial Behavior mediated in full the influence of Financial Literacy on Investment Decisions. The importance of increasing financial literacy especially for the younger generation / students as agents of change must have good financial attitudes and behavior, the importance of financial knowledge, skills and confidence from an early age, so that in the future they can carry out financial planning and goals, managing consumption, savings and investment, credit, budgeting, and personal income tax management, which can improve the financial well being of his life which will eventually become a stimulus or a stimulus for the progress of economic development. The next hope is that there will be research with increasing complexity both in terms of variables and the scope of the research sample.

Abstract

Spiritual leadership and Islamic leadership are considered to be the same thing frequently, but in reality illustrate differently. Spiritual leadership emphasizes the quality of relationships and the role of leaders in their organizations, while Islamic leadership focuses more on the characteristics of a leader. It is important to make a conceptual article that examines the differences between the two and synthesizes, so that the results are found with a more thorough concentration. This article attempts to synthesize spiritual leadership theory according to Fry (2003) and Islamic leadership according to Antonio (2013) and Nuruddin (2011). The results of the synthesis theories give a more moderate and comprehensive understanding.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Shopping Lifestyle and Positive Emotion on Impulse Buying both partially and simultaneously. This research is a type of survey research using descriptive and verification approaches. The object of consumer research shop UD Putra Tiga Saudara Majalengka.The results showed that 75.48% of consumers behaved in Shopping Lifestyle, 75.45% of consumers were in Positive Emotion conditions and 75.39% showed impulse buying behavior. Partially Shopping Lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on Impulse Buying with a contribution rate of 13.76%. Meanwhile, Positive Emotion has no effect on Impulse Buying with a contribution rate of 1.88%. However, simultaneous Shopping Lifestyle and Positive Emotion have a significant effect on Impulse Buying with a contribution rate of 15%. Seeing these results, it is important to do research again on the Positive Emotion variable.

Abstract

The Local Government Program is accelerating bureaucratic reform for the development of electronic governance in information technology systems. This proves that the government is trying to improve the quality of services to the community. Law Number 25 of 2009 concerning public services as a manifestation of the demands of the community in providing quality services that are efficient and effective. This, as a breakthrough and innovation was realized by the Regulation of the Minister of Administrative Reform number 23 of 2017 concerning the implementation of Public Service Malls (MPP) in the implementation of services for the community in Sumedang Regency with a total of 360 services for 23 agencies and a total number of 88,926 visitors. Problems encountered in public service malls are related to the server that is used and the lack of public use of facilities.

Abstract

The Environmental Agency of Rejang Lebong Regency is one of the Government Agencies that has assets of 277 volunteers in 2020, with 80 voluntary garbage collection workers. Human resources or voluntary workforce contribute and have an important role in the success and achievement of the agency's goals in this case the Rejang Lebong Environmental Agency. Based on data from The Hazardous and Non-Hazardous Waste Section in Rejang Lebong Environmental Agency in 2017, 2018 and 2019, the voluntary workforce of garbage collectors are able to collect waste as many as 14,999.82 tons, 15,191.71 tons and 16,230.88 tons tons or only 39.68%, 40.03%, and 42.65% of the targets planned by the Rejang Lebong Environmental Agency for 2017, 2018 and 2019 respectively 37,800 tons, 37,951.97 tons, and 38,103.78 tons. This shows that the targets achieved for 2017, 2018 and 2019 are still less than 50%. Based on the results of this research, it can be seen that there are several things that affect the motivation and performance of workers in achieving agency goals, including: job characteristics affect motivation, and individual characteristics, work environment, and motivation affect workforce performance.

Abstract

High and low of productive behavior of an employee really determines their work productivity, therefore it is necessary to foster the productive behavior. One way to foster productive behavior can be done with a conducive organizational climate. This study aims to determine how much influence the organizational climate on the productive behavior of employees in the Human Resources Section in the Regional Cleaning Company Bandung. The research method used is descriptive explanatory survey method. The data analysis technique used is a simple linear regression test and a significance test with the coefficient F. The results of the data analysis showed that the organizational climate on the Productive Behavior of employees was 32.442%. alternative hypothesis which states that there is a positive influence between organizational climate and employee productive behavior. The organizational climate and the productive behavior of employees as a whole are optimal, because the total scores obtained are both in the high category, but there are still things that must be considered, including management must be able to increase the empowerment of its employees so that the behavior and work performance of employees becomes more optimal.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate and analyze how occupational safety, occupational health and work productivity, and the influence of occupational health and safety to work productivity in one the private hospitals in Bandung, either simultaneously or partially. Type of this research is quantitative research and the method used in this research is survey descriptive and verification method. Independent variables in this research are Occupational Safety (X1) and Occupational Health (X2), and the dependent variable is labour productivity (Y). Respondent who used were employees in one of the private hospitals in Bandung with the number of samples were 280 people selected by simple random sampling techniques with the help of Isaac and Michael tabel. The data used are primary and secondary data. The main instrument of thi research is the questionnaire. To test the validity instrument is using Product Moment Pearson and the realibility using a - Cronbach. The statistical hypothesis is using path analysis. The research result shows that the occupational safety and health partially and simultaneously have an effect on work productivity. Partially, occupational safety have a more dominant effect on work productivity compared with occupational health.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the effect of financial literacy in each generation group (Gen Z, Gen Y, Gen X, and Baby Boomers) in investment decision making. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive. Respondents in this study were 137 investors who were members of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data collection was conducted in January 2020-February 2020. The results showed that the differences in financial literacy of each generation group had a significant influence on investment decisions. financial literacy and Investment experience is needed in the capital market in making investment decisions.

Abstract

The fashion industry plays an important role in the growth of the national creative industry which absorbs a lot of employment. Business actors selected as samples of this study were 4 distribution stores (Distros), located on Jl Padjadjaran, Bandung. Increasingly fierce competition is a major problem, marked by declining income and profitability. The purpose of this research is to formulate a distribution business strategy using SWOT analysis and BMC. Qualitative and quantitative descriptive research approaches were used in this study. Qualitative research to identify the factors of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The results of the study found several factors from the elements of the SWOT analysis, as a basis for conducting quantitative analysis, which resulted in an aggressive strategy that had to be developed. Based on this strategy it is formulated in the form of a business model canvas. The distros business needs to be developed more aggressively in terms of Customer Segment, value proposition, channels, and customer relationships so that company revenue can increase. Companies also need to emphasize the development of the aspects of key business activities, key partners and the effectiveness of utilizing key resources so that the company can carry out cost efficiency. The finding of this study is that BMC can be used to describe briefly but completely as an effort to formulate a strategy for the results of SWOT analysis.
