Abstract

Mental illness is a condition where the sufferer has problems related to mental, physical, developmental and social disorders which can hinder the life process in interacting with the environment or other people properly. Limited mental health service facilities and a lack of understanding about mental illness often cause sufferers to ignore their condition, which can worsen their illness. From this problem, so it is necessary to have an expert system that can diagnose mental illness. This research aims to produce the design and development of an expert system for diagnosing mental illness so that it is able to overcome existing limitations and reduce the level of risk of mental illness. The Dempster Shafer method is used to assess the level of confidence in decision making regarding a disease by paying attention to each selected symptom value. This research produces an expert system that includes 28 symptom data and 5 disease data providing output in the form of diagnosis results, symptoms, the highest percentage of a disease and appropriate advice. This system has been tested with 15 test data, with an accuracy success rate of 86.6%.

Abstract

Various types of smartphones come with different prices and specifications, causing sellers to sometimes struggle with providing recommendations to consumers who want to buy a smartphone that meets their desired specifications and price range. This challenge arises because it is difficult for sellers to remember the specifications of each smartphone for sale. K-Means Clustering aims to group existing specification data into several clusters, where the data in each cluster share similar characteristics. By forming these smartphone groups, it becomes easier for sellers to recommend appropriate smartphones to customers. The research results show that various smartphone brands are categorized into three groups: the Recommended Group, which includes 225 items; the Most Recommended Group, which includes 98 items; and the Less Recommended Group, which includes 27 items. This clustering is expected to help sellers easily increase the stock of recommended smartphones according to consumer needs in terms of price and specifications.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology in today's world has led to significant progress in various aspects of human life, including healthcare. Nowadays, numerous advanced medical devices are being created to facilitate healthcare services. Health is a crucial element in human life, which is why regular monitoring through laboratory tests is essential. Blood type and Rh factor are critical pieces of information in the medical field, especially for blood transfusions and specific medical treatments. However, determining a person's blood type still relies on manual methods, requiring experienced professionals and a considerable amount of time to analyze blood samples. To address this challenge, an Internet of Things (IoT)-based blood type and Rh factor detection device is being developed.The main objective of this research is to design and implement an efficient, fast, and user-friendly device for detecting blood type and Rh factor using IoT technology. Furthermore, this device aims to simplify data storage after conducting a large number of blood type checks, eliminating the need for repeated testing. The creation of this blood type and Rh factor detection device requires several components, including the WiFi module ESP8266, Arduino Uno, and a light sensor built with LDR components. The results will be displayed on a 16x2 LCD and the data obtained from the testing process will be sent to a designated web page. This data will be stored in a MySQL database and subsequently presented on a website.

Abstract

SDGs are a global concern of the international community, including the Indonesian nation. There are many activities carried out by the international community to address this SDGs issue. Starting from real actions in the field to a continuous data collection process. In Indonesia, data collection has been carried out repeatedly, but the follow-up to each data collection is felt to be lacking, therefore Hamzanwadi University, using the Gemilang Village Thematic KKN application, has also played an active role in the data collection process. However, up to now, information about data collection results and follow-up actions has not been provided properly, in fact none of the data collection results have been processed to obtain clear and measurable information. Through internal higher education research carried out by Hamzanwadi University, an attempt was made to carry out research starting with the SDGs data processing process, namely education and health, to provide knowledge and information about whether or not there is an influence of education on the health of the people of Suralaga District, East Lombok Regency, so that if the influence If education plays a significant role, the Suralaga District Government can take concrete steps to improve it in the future. From the results of data processing it can be concluded that the influence of education on the level of public health is very high, using 90% training data and 10% testing data can achieve an accuracy of 88.61%, which means 700 data show a positive trend of education on the level of public health

Abstract

Student achievement is very important and meaningful in the world of education, this picture can be seen from the grouping of classrooms, determining talents and interests as well as the level of ability and willingness of students according to the abilities of each individual. This is why researchers conducted research at MIS NW 03 Pancor with data from class 4 as many as 23 students, class 5 as many as 27 students, and class 6 as many as 25 students which were related to variables in student learning achievement. In determining this matter, the school still uses conventional decision-making methods, so it is still difficult to determine student achievement according to their abilities. Thus, schools need to make changes that can help employees and institutions improve education quality by knowing student learning achievements. As for this problem, the author provides a solution that requires a calculation system with the concept of data mining. Mastery of learning material is one of the benchmarks for obtaining student grades and this is one of the policies in determining student achievement. Apart from grades, there are also attitudes and skills which are factors in determining student achievement at school. This can be solved with one of the techniques in data mining that can be used for grouping, namely clustering. The results of this research are a system that can make it easier for schools to quickly and accurately group student achievement using k-means which is optimized using the elbow method with the results obtained, namely cluster 1 "good" with 9 students, cluster 2 "very good" with 6 students, cluster 3 is "fairly good" as many as 8 students and the Davies Bouldin value is 0.711 and the AVG within centroid distance is 18.821 so it can help the school in determining student achievement groups

Abstract

Health and Education are the main capital in realizing the nation's progress. Because quality and productive human resources are those who have a good level of health. People who have low education usually cannot receive current information about health, they prefer traditional health care such as going to a shaman or healer rather than going to the doctor. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of educational factors on public health. Data obtained through surveys and data collection carried out in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) program or what we can interpret as sustainable development goals. 4429 data were obtained which included: economic data, health data, poverty data, gender data, education data and environmental data. The data obtained is used by researchers as attributes or variables to support decision making. This research uses a classification method with the Naïve Bayes algorithm with the accuracy value as the final value of the research. Data processing uses Rapid Miner software. From the test results it turns out to have an accuracy rate of 65.19%. Testing was carried out using k-fold validation, starting from k-fold validation 2 to 10. And the highest accuracy value was found at k-fold 6

Abstract

The development of information technology has influenced the structure of industries and global business practices, posing significant challenges related to job terminations or layoffs. This research aims to analyze the dynamics of global and Indonesian layoffs using data visualization tools such as Tableau, with a focus on their impact on economic growth, employment, and the achievement of SDG number 8. The research method involves five stages, from problem identification to conclusions, with an emphasis on layoff dynamics in the technology sector. The analysis results indicate that the year 2021 recorded the highest number of employee layoffs globally, particularly in North America, especially in the consumer and retail sectors. Industry analysis highlights the vulnerability of 'post-IPO' companies to layoffs, while early-stage startups tend to be more stable. In Asia, there has been an increase in layoffs, with India being the most affected country, while in Indonesia, the transportation sector, especially GoTo Group, recorded the highest number of layoffs. Recommendations include adaptive labor policies and support for affected workers to mitigate the socio-economic impact of layoffs globally

Abstract

This study aims to analyze what factors influence student acceptance of QRIS at Mandalika Education University using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) as the basis for the research model. The factors analyzed include perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitude toward using, behavioral intention to use, and actual system use. The research method used is quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to Mandalika Education University students. Respondents who were sampled in this study amounted to 120 respondents with criteria that have been determined by the author with technical random sampling Data collection using a 5 Likert scale questionnaire method The data collected were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of AMOS software. The results showed that perceived ease of use has a significant effect on perceived usefulness, attitude towards using has a significant effect on behavioral intention to use, behavioral intention to use has a significant effect on actual system use

Abstract

Electricity is one of the basic needs of everyday life. Nowadays, humans are heavily dependent on the availability of electricity, where a stable power supply is essential for lighting and operating various electronic devices. The average electricity consumption of the Indonesian population continued to increase every year during the period 1971–2022. That's a straightforward comparison to the ever-increasing electricity tariff. One attempt to save on the cost of electricity use, for example, is to use it wisely. The research aims to make it easier for users to control electrical devices and monitor the use of electricity at home even when they are not there. The method used is the Internet of Things (IoT) and Blynk technologies that installed on smartphones connected to the Internet. The research results show that users can control electrical devices at home and monitor the power used at home remotely only through their smartphones, as long as their smartphone has an internet connection. With the control and monitoring system, it will be easier for users to manage electricity usage and address instances of electricity wastage caused by user negligence in turning off the electricity when leaving the house

Abstract

The water area in Indonesia is wider than the land area, therefore Indonesia is known as a maritime country. Indonesia also has many natural resources that come from the ocean, for example fish. Coastal communities use fish as their livelihood, where most of them become fishermen. Fishing is a daily job to meet the family's economic needs. The Fishermen's Community can be called a group of people who mostly work as fishermen. This group of people is different from people who live in lowland and highland areas, they have different characteristics, natural factors have changed their lifestyle and also their economy. It is because of the uniqueness of their lifestyle that makes the author interested in conducting research. This research uses existing data to obtain new information from that data. Researchers will predict the level of welfare of fishing communities in East Lombok using the Naive Bayes algorithm. To support the results of the decisions that will be evaluated, researchers use five variables, namely: Education, family members, wells, employment and housing. From these five variables, researchers hope to get good final results that can be used to predict the level of welfare of the fishing community in East Lombok. Evaluation is carried out using the Naive Bayes algorithm, this algorithm was chosen because it suits the characteristics of the data we have. Naive Bayes is a simple algorithm. The final results of this research were 99% for accuracy value, 81% for precision value and 100% for recall
