Abstract

Pendidikan karakter merupakan dasar dalam membentuk manusia bermoral. Pendidikan karakter sangat penting pada pendidikan abad 21 ini sehingga perlu diterapkan pada lembaga formal maupun non formal. Hal ini juga berdampak pada Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) untuk menanamkan pendidikan karakter. Masih ada beberapa peserta didik tunarungu yang belum mengembangkan perilaku sehari-hari yang mencerminkan karakter postif di SLBS B Jati Wiyata Dharma Tuban. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan pengembangan pelaksanaan dan tantangan yang dihadapi dalam Pendidikan Karakter bagi PDBK Tunarungu di SLBS B Jati Wiyata Dharma Tuban. Adapun jenis penelitian yang digunakan ialah penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi partisipan, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini meggunakan model analisis data yang dicetuskan oleh Miles dan Huberman yang sering disebut dengan metode analisis data interaktif. Aktivitas dalam analisis data kualitatif ada tiga, yaitu tahap reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1) pengembangan pendidikan karakter terintegrasi melalui pembelajaran dan kegiatan ekstrakuikuler serta vokasional, 2) terdapat peningkatan karakter anak tunarungu pada aspek religius dan mandiri, 3) tantangan yang dihadapi selama implementasi pendidikan karakter adalah peserta didik tunarungu kesulitan pengembangan materi terkait pemahaman anak tunarungu fokus pada bahasa.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan media Penguji Pupuk Cair (PUGAR) yang layak dan efektif dalam pembelajaran berbasis proyek berorientasi chemo- enterpreneurship (CEP) untuk meningkatkan kreativitas peserta didik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang menggunakan model 4-D oleh Thiagarajan dengan tahapan define, design, development dan disseminate. Subyek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI SMK-SPPN Samarinda yang berjumlah 34 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui pre-test dan post test, angket respon peserta didik, lembar observasi pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan lembar uji kreativitas. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan statistika deskriptif. Hasil penelitian media PUGAR dikategorikan sangat layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran berbasis proyek berorientasi CEP. Kefektifan media ini digunakan dalam pembelajaran berada dalam kategori tinggi/ sangat efektif. Hasil nilai tes kreativitas peserta didik mengalami peningkatan dengan kategori baik. Sehingga disimpulkan bahwa media PUGAR efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran berbasis proyek berorientasi CEP dan meningkatkan daya kreativitas peserta didik.

Abstract

This study aims to improve critical thinking skills through a Problem Based Learning model assisted by a Gallery walk on economic growth and development material for students of class XII IPS-1 SMA Negeri 1 Rawalo. This research is a classroom action research that uses two cycles with the research design referring to the Kemmis-Mc.Taggart model. The implementation of each cycle goes through the stages of planning, action/observation, and reflection. Data were taken with test and non-test instruments which were analyzed by quantitative and qualitative descriptive. The results showed that there was an increase in students' skills from cycle I to cycle II in the aspects of providing simple explanations 22.58%, building basic skills 38.71%, managing strategies and tactics 25.81%, providing further explanations 38.71%, and skills conclude 22.58%. This has an impact on increasing student knowledge by 8.87% and student behavior experiencing positive changes from the active aspect 16.13%, confidence 25.81%, cooperation 9.68%, independent 9.68%, and all students have a positive response. positive towards learning. The application of Problem Based Learning with Gallery walk can improve students' critical thinking skills.

Abstract

  The purpose of this research and development THERA application is to improve English reading skills and introducing local culture for character building THERA application is designed for smartphones with android specifications. Specifications THERA application requires 32.62 MB of storage space and 340 KB of data. THERA application can be used both online and offline. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Blora class X MIPA with 108 students. This study measures the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of THERA educational game learning media to improve reading skills and enhance the character of loving local culture. The Research and Development method used is the Sugiyono and Dick & Carey development model. The flow of the research development model is: potential and problems, collection, product development, validation, revision, product testing, product revision and usage testing. The application has been validated by material experts and media experts and shows excellent results. Likewise, the results of using applications for learning English through tests also increased significantly. Students' attitudes towards local culture are measured using indicators of interest, loyalty, concern and appreciation. The results have increased significantly. It can be concluded that the THERA application in learning English improves reading skills and character of love for local culture. This is in accordance with the characteristics of students who like games.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe online Realistic Mathematics Education learning on the material of sequences and series. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The researchwas given to 36 students of class XI IPA 6 SMA Negeri 1 Driyorejo, consisting of 15 males and 21 females.The research was carried out by applying Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) online learning, using google classroom, WhatsApp group and Google meet. The results of learning observations indicate that the teacher has carried out learning in accordance with the online Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) learning design. The results of the student response questionnaire at the end of the learning activity after calculating the average percentage of students who gave a positive response was 77.8%. Based on the criteria that have been set, it can be said that the response of students to learning is good. Student learning outcomes increased after Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) learning was carried out. This is because in Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) learning, students use the real world to construct knowledge so that it is easier for them to understand the material.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kondisi awal perencanaan karir mahasiswa, menentukan perencanaan karir setelah menerima layanan informasi karir menggunakan teknik experiential learning, dan untuk mengetahui perbedaan tingkat perencanaan karir untuk studi lanjut menggunakan teknik experiential learning. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Bimbingan Konseling yang terdiri dari dua siklus yang terdiri dari empat langkah yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi, dan pengulangan. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa SMAN 1 Brebes yang memiliki tingkat perencanaan karir yang rendah yaitu pada kelas X MIPA 5 yang berjumlah 36 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setelah diberikan tindakan bimbingan karir teknik experiential learning pada siklus I sebesar 56,5% dengan kriteria sedang. Setelah dilakukan perbaikan pada siklus II diperoleh hasil sebesar 84,0% atau dalam kategori tinggi, artinya melalui penerapan layanan bimbingan karir dengan teknik experiential learning dapat meningkatkan perencanaan karir siswa untuk studi selanjutnya. Layanan informasi karir dengan teknik experiential learning efektif untuk meningkatkan perencanaan karir mahasiswa untuk studi lanjut. Guru BK diharapkan dapat memberikan perlakuan atau perhatian khusus kepada siswa yang memiliki keterampilan perencanaan karir yang rendah melalui pemberian layanan konseling individu dan bimbingan kelompok.

Abstract

This research is aimed to investigate is there any significant effect of using Mobile Assisted Language Learning (MALL) towards students’ listening and speaking skill on the eleventh grade of SMAN 1 Tirtayasa in academic year 2020-2021. The population is the second grade students of SMAN 1 Tirtayasa. The sample of the research is two classes. They are XI IPA 1 as the controlled class and XI IPA 3 as experimental class. It was conducted by using experimental research design. The experimental group was taught by using Mobile Assisted Language Learning (MALL) through Talk English Application (TEA) which is connected to the smartphone, while the controlled group was taught by using conventional technique. The instrument was used to collect the data by answering the questions of listening and make conversation video in pair for speaking. After analyzing the data, it was found that there was significant different effect between the class which taught by using MALL and the class taught by conventional with paired sample t-test. The result of the test shows a significance value of 2 tailed 0.000 <0.05. It means that alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted and null hypothesis (Ho) was rejected. The score of the result that teaching by using Mobile Assisted Language Learning (MALL) was higher than taught conventional. Then, the researcher confirmed the findings of the learning outcomes by using MALL besides being able to develop students' listening and speaking skills, Students have easier access to material about daily conversation. Students are assisted by an application that is integrated into their smartphones, an application that guides learning English interactively. Students also can hone their listening and speaking skills at the same time because in learning using Talk English Application (TEA) students are trained to understand the speaker's expressions and respond to what the speaker says.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menentukan karateristik mobile learning yang akan dikembangkan pada materi ikatan kimia; (2) menguji kelayakan dari mobile learning yang telah dikembangkan; dan (3) menguji efektifitas penggunaan mobile learning terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan mengadaptasi model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima tahapan yakni Analysis (analisis), Design (desain), Development (pengembangan), Implementation (Implemetasi) dan Evaluation (Evaluasi). Subjek penelitian terdiri dari subjek validasi produk dan subjek uji coba produk. Pada tahap development, mobile learning akan divalidasi oleh dua orang ahli yakni ahli materi dan ahli desain. Subjek uji coba yakni siswa kelas X Pelayaran Kapal Niaga tahun pelajaran 2020/2021. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) mobile learning yang dikembangkan berisikan materi ikatan kimia dalam bentuk teks, gambar, video serta dilengkapi uji kompetensi dengan penggunaannya yang tidak terbatas ruang, waktu dan jaringan internet ; (2) mobile learning yang dikembangkan dinyatakan layak digunakan berdasarkan penilaian oleh validator pada aspek materi dan desain, berdasarkan respon guru dan siswa pada uji coba kelompok kecil juga menunjukkan bahwa mobile learning layak digunakan bagi siswa; dan (3) penggunaan mobile learning efektif meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa dengan N-gain motivasi yakni 0,50 kategori sedang dan N-gain hasil belajar sebesar 0,79 kategori tinggi.

Abstract

Media was an effort to encourage the learning process to be more interesting and measurable. Lots of media were provided in the learning process, especially in physics subjects. One of them was using a vector board. This research was aimed to: 1) Developing physics learning media through vector boards for vector addition and decomposition, 2). Knowing the feasibility of the resulting media, and 3). Knowing the effectiveness of the media. The method used was the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Evaluation). This research was conducted at SMAN Cahaya Madani Banten Boarding School Pandeglang-Banten. The indicators of achievement in this research can be seen from the results of expert validation, the results of students’ responses as test users, and students' cognitive learning outcomes. The instrument used was a validation questionnaire instrument, student response questionnaire, and post test results. The results of validation were 92.19. It belonged to the very decent category. The validation results for student worksheets obtained 92.86 which was a very feasible category. The result of using the product was 75.75% which included in the feasible category. The results of the implementation in the classroom obtained a cognitive score with an average of 79 from the minimum completeness criteria limit (KKM) of 75, with the highest score was 100 and the lowest score was 54. In addition to student learning outcomes in the cognitive field, the results of student responses in using ve-board media were also obtained into 80.4% which included a very good category. This meant that students responded positively in learning activities using ve-board. In addition, 80% of students stated that making ve-board media was easy. From this research, it can be concluded that with this Vboard, vertol learning became more real, it was not just in the form of images.

Abstract

The subject matter of benzene taught in grade XII is a subject matter that is very closely related to phenomena in everyday life. Therefore, it needs a medium that is able to convey information appropriately, clearly and pleasantly so that the concept of the material is conveyed to the learner so that the learner understands the benzene material. Chemistry Mobile Learning is an android-based media that uses smart apps creator software. In this media there are several features, namely competencies, materials, evaluations, author, reference and about application that can be accessed with android. This study aims to find out the characteristics of chemistry mobile learning developed, to know the influence of chemistry mobile  learning on the activeness of learners in benzene learning, and to know the effectiveness of chemistry mobile learning media to improve students' critical thinking ability in chemistry. This type of research is research development with the model of analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation (ADDIE). Data is collected with response questionnaires, validation questionnaires, pretests and posttests. Data is analyzed with eligible percentages, qualified categorization, and N-gain tests. Response practitioners and students are highly qualified with 80.95% and 89.50% respectively. Effectiveness trial obtained 0.72 N-gain with high category. It can be concluded that chemistry mobile learning is effective to improve critical thinking ability in benzene material.
