Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the knowledge of the members of the council about the budget on the supervision of the Papua special autonomy fund with accountability and community participation as moderating variables that will strengthen or weaken the relationship. The unit of analysis in this study is a member of the council at the office of the Papuan People's Representative Council (DPRP) and employees of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Papua Province. The number of respondents in this study were 111 respondents. Data was collected using direct surveys and the research hypotheses were tested using multiple regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that the board's knowledge of the budget variable has an effect on the supervision of Papua's special autonomy funds. In addition, it can also be proven that the interaction between public participation and knowledge of the budget affects the supervision of special autonomy funds. On the other hand, the interaction between accountability and the board's knowledge of the budget does not affect the supervision of special autonomy funds.

The purpose of this research in general is to obtain an overview, describe, and reveal this research. The focus of the specific objectives is to obtain an overview of 1) environmental analysis, 2) strategy formulation, 3) strategy implementation, 4) evaluation and control, and 5) supporting and inhibiting factors of this research. The research procedure uses qualitative methods, through the process: 1) Observation; 2) Interview; 3) Documentation. Which was developed through the triangulation process, processed using descriptive logic analysis. The findings of this study include 1) environmental analysis carried out in two stages, namely: internal environmental analysis which includes components of strengths and weaknesses that are owned and faced, and external environmental analysis with two main components, namely opportunities and challenges/threats, 2) strategy formulation is carried out systematically. systematic with elements consisting of vision, mission, goals, policies, and main strategies in the application of this research. 3) strategy implementation is the process of realizing a strategy formulation which includes programs, budgets, and procedures, 4) evaluation and control of the program implementation of this research is a control measure from the start of the program being compiled, then implemented and the program ends, and 5) human resources (HR) is a factor supporting the implementation of this research and the mindset of the management who still doesn't understand is the obstacle.

Abstract

Literary appreciation is the real goal in learning Balaghah. So we need a balaghah learning module that can harmonize balaghah learning with the real goal, namely the appreciation of literature. This research is intended to: 1) reveal the steps of making assignment-based Balaghah learning modules to improve Literary Appreciation; 2) Measure the effectiveness of using assignment-based Balaghah learning modules as an effort to increase literary appreciation. The researcher uses a qualitative and quantitative approach with the design of the Borg and Gall R&D research method which is simplified into six steps, namely: needs analysis, design of teaching materials, validity from experts, revisions, field tests, and refinement of modules as textbooks. The data collection methods used by researchers are observation, interviews, questionnaires, tests, and documentation studies. The results of this study: 1) The realization of the Balaghah learning module along with its characteristics and advantages, namely a module that can increase assignment-based literary appreciation in the learning process so that students can communicate and apply Arabic language skills with beautiful language and literary styles. 2) The Balaghah learning module developed is proven to be effective in increasing literary appreciation, based on the conclusion that the t-test with a level of 9,000 is greater than t-table 2.101 and a significance value of 0.000 is less than alpha of 0.050, from this it shows that there is a clear difference after the application assignment-based Balaghah Science Learning module to increase literary appreciation at the Adnan Al-Charis Islamic Boarding School Bojonegoro

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the accountability of the general election administration in the Minahasa Regency. This research uses qualitative methods, direct research to data sources and researchers are the key instruments. Qualitative research emphasizes the process of searching for the meaning behind the phenomena that arise in research with the aim that the problems studied are more in-depth, natural, and as they are without interference from researchers. From the results of the study, it was found that accountability is an ethical concept that is close to government public administration (government executive institutions, parliamentary legislative institutions, and judicial institutions) this is often used synonymously with concepts such as accountability, the ability to provide answers (answerability) that can be blamed (blameworthiness) and which have liability, including other terms that have no connection with the hope of being able to explain part of one aspect of public administration. The technical guidance received by PPS and KPPS is just a matter of election procedures. Submission of other information to voters is still carried out directly by the KPU and its implementation is not too optimal and not yet accountable, where the limitations of KPU members are not good in quantity. Then for suggestions to make it even better, it is recommended that the implementation of the Regional Election for the Regional Head Election of the Minahasa Regency KPUD should be more accountable from the preparation stage to the announcement stage of the Pilkada winner.

This study was designed to describe lesbian performativity and heteronormativity in the novel Lesbian Laki-Laki (Male Lesbian) by Deojha's using the Judith Butler's theory of Queer. This study used a descriptive qualitative research method. The results showed that gender and sexual identity discourse are constructed by language and body markers. The heterosexual discourse of acceptable gender identity only involves masculinity and femininity, then sexually divided into two parts, called male and female. The analysis also proved that although the novel voiced lesbian order but still in the norms of heteronormativity

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the effect of economic determinants on Capital Structure as measured by Profitability, Company Size, Company Growth, Asset Structure, Liquidity, Effective Tax Rate, Business Risk in LQ 45 Manufacturing Companies Listed on the IDX in the 2015 – 2019 Period. Used in this study was obtained from the Annual Report published to the public, either through the Indonesia Stock Exchange or the company's website. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with a total sample of 135 samples. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Previously, the data has been tested with classical assumption testing, including descriptive analysis, chow test, Hausman test, LM test, data normality, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, and autocorrelation. During the observation period, it was shown that the research data were normally distributed. Based on the normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test, no variables deviated from the classical assumptions. This shows that the available data has met the requirements using the multiple linear regression equation models. This study indicates that the variables of Company Size, Company Growth, Effective Tax Rate, and Business Risk do not show a significant effect on capital structure. Profitability, Asset Structure, and Liquidity variables significantly affect capital structure.
