Abstract

The aim of the research was to find out the profitability and firm size on value firm with capital structure as intervening variable of LQ 45 firm in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The samples consist of 26 LQ 45 firm listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during he period of 2014-2016, the research method use structural equation meodeling (SEM) with the help of software AMOS 21.0. The result of the research indicate that profitability, firm size and capital structure have a influence positive and significant on value firm. Profitability have a influence positive and not significant on capital structure and firm size have a influence positive and significant on capital structure. Futhermore, capital structure can function as intervening variable in the effect negative and significant of firm size but it does not effect of profitability in the effect positive and not significant.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between product quality, brand image on purchasing decisions through buying interest. In order for sales strategies conducted by Alfamart can also increase sales, reinforced with product quality and brand image. The result of the research used primary data in the form of questionnaire to 109 responder which is Alfamart customer who is shopping or have experience to buy private label product Alfamart with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method result show that there is no simultaneous relationship between brand image and purchase decision. There is a positive and significant influence between product quality and purchasing decision through buying interest indicating that higher product quality can increase buying interest so that purchasing decision will also increase.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction at Dunkin' Donuts South Jakarta. The results of this study using primary data in the form of a questionnaire with descriptive and inferential analysis methods. The population in this study is an unlimited population and the sample of this study were 100 respondents. The results of the study state that product quality has a significant and positive effect on customer satisfaction. Service quality has a significant and positive effect on customer satisfaction. Product quality and service have a significant and positive effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of company size, profitability, liquidity and leverage on firm value in pharmaceutical sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2015. This research was conducted by taking a sample of 7 pharmaceutical companies. Samples were taken from the financial statements for each year during 2012-2015. The method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and data testing is carried out with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 23 program. The test results show that the overall percentage of company size, profitability, liquidity and leverage on firm value is 74.6% while the rest is explained by other variables not included in this study. The results showed that company size has a positive and significant effect on firm value, profitability has a negative and weakly significant effect on firm value, liquidity has a negative and significant effect on firm value, leverage has a negative and significant effect on Company Value. Suggestions that can be given are that future research by adding a longer time span and using a larger and wider sample to obtain consistency in research results.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability (return on assets), liquidity (current ratio), company size and business risk on capital structure in companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) for the period 2015-2017. The samples in this study were 16 companies that met the research criteria through non probability sampling method - purposive sampling. The analysis method used in this research is multiple linear analysis method processed with eviews 9 software. The results of this study indicate that profitability and liquidity have a negative and significant effect on capital structure, while company size and business risk have a positive and significant effect on capital structure.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how much influence the work rotation, physical work environment and work stress on performance. This Study used primary data by distributing questionaires of 92 respondents and the respondents are SATPOL PP in the administration city of east Jakarta. Data were analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression Correlation analysis. The results showed a positive and significant effect on performance, which is shown in the Coefficients table in the regression equation model Y = 6.373 + 0.197 + 0.390 + 0.126. The feasibility test results of the model shown with a significance value of 0,000 shown in the ANOVA table which means that the model in this study is feasible based on the significance value obtained. And the conclusion of the hypothesis by t-test partially obtained the significance value on the variable work rotation by 0.038, then on the physical work environment variable at 0,000, and the significance on the brand image variable at 0.049. Then it is concluded that the three independent variables partially have a significant influence on the dependent variable. In order for the management of related agencies to pay more attention to the work environment that has the greatest contribution value and to be better at managing work rotation policies and procedures as well as maintaining work stress conditions to its members so that employees are more motivated to provide the best performance, which will have an impact on achieving common goals.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how much influence brand image, product quality and customer loyalty have on purchasing decisions for Aqua brand AMDK in the Mampang area of South Jakarta. The population in this study are agents in the Mampang area, South Jakarta and the number is unlimited. The sample for this research consisted of 100 respondents. With purposive sampling techniques (consideration samples) and quota sampling (quota samples). The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis obtained the regression equation Y = 2.611 + 0.199 X1 + 0.094 X2 + 0.137 X3. Based on the analysis and discussion, it is recommended that companies continue to maintain brand image, product quality and increase customer loyalty in accordance with consumer needs and desires as well as carry out new innovations in terms of promotions.

Abstract

This research focuses on assessing the impact of product quality, celebrity endorser, and word of mouth on the purchase decision of Garnier Sakura White Day Cream in Pejaten Village, South Jakarta. The primary data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents who had used Garnier Sakura White Day Cream. The data were analyzed using the multiple linear regression method with SPSS version 22.0. The findings indicate that product quality, celebrity endorser, and word of mouth have a positive and significant influence on the purchase decision of Garnier Sakura White Day Cream in Pejaten Village, South Jakarta. This implies that consumers in this area consider these factors when making decisions about purchasing the mentioned skincare product. The study contributes valuable insights for businesses, highlighting the importance of maintaining product quality, utilizing effective celebrity endorsements, and fostering positive word of mouth to enhance consumer decision-making in the competitive skincare market.

Abstract

Cattle farming is a vital sector in the livestock industry, but it is also faced with various complex business risks. This literature review aims to provide an in-depth understanding of the risks associated with cattle farming. Through a thorough analysis of various literature sources, we explore the main aspects that influence risk in the cattle industry, including external factors such as fluctuations in feed prices, changes in government policies, and market uncertainty, as well as internal factors such as livestock health, financial management, and operational efficiency. By thoroughly understanding these risks, cattle farmers can develop effective mitigation strategies to increase the resilience of their business amidst the challenges facing the cattle farming industry.

Abstract

Technological developments have had a significant impact on various sectors, including economics, politics and business competition in this era of globalization. The internet, as an example of rapid technological development, is a major driver of progress in various aspects of human life. Competition in the business environment is increasing along with developments in technology and knowledge, so entrepreneurs need to continue to design effective marketing strategies. One of the key aspects of marketing strategy is the ability to understand and adapt to constantly changing market trends. In the context of social media marketing, the use of Brand Ambassadors is a tactic often used by e-commerce to increase the popularity of their platforms. This research aims to evaluate the influence of EXO as a Brand Ambassador and the Scarlett brand image on consumer purchasing decisions. The research method used is quantitative with survey techniques using questionnaires. The research results show that both EXO as a Brand Ambassador and the Scarlett brand image have a significant positive influence on consumer purchasing decisions.
