Abstract

The application of behavioral concepts in the form of privacy, and public space is present at Orasis Art Space. The pattern of visitor distribution causes social interaction for visitors to do activities at Orasis Art Space. The pattern of visitor distribution has a great influence on the number of visitors and the quality of social interaction created in Orasis Art Space. This research aims to gain a deeper understanding of the various elements of interior design, from lighting, spatial layout, use of color, to the arrangement of artwork exhibitions, and how the combination of all these factors can create an atmosphere that influences visitors' perceptions, emotions, and interactions with the artworks on display. The methodology in this study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The qualitative descriptive approach aims to describe the current situation with observation techniques and data collection methods using the Person Centered Mapping method, which is used to determine the activity patterns of a group of people in the tendency to spread patterns of social interaction and space utilization. or grouping their behavior in a certain situation, time and place. The results of this study are to describe the principles and characters of behavioral architecture, and identify the relationship between usage behavior and design in Orasis Art Space.

Abstract

Public health is affected by environmental health. Poor sanitation conditions will have a bad impact on human life, ranging from a decrease in the quality of the community's environment to the pollution of drinking water sources, which can lead to an increase in cases of diarrhea and other diseases. Clean water sources, healthy latrines, and standardized Wastewater Treatment Systems (SPAL) are essential. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between basic sanitation conditions in households and the risk of diarrhea in toddlers. A quantitative method with a cross-sectional design was used in this study to identify the relationship between basic home sanitation, which includes the availability of clean water, the availability of healthy latrines, and the management of SPAL RT, and the possibility of diarrhea in toddlers. In this study, 63 samples of mothers from 74 populations had babies. To get information, questionnaires are distributed. The data were tested with chis-quare, and an error rate of 0.05% was taken into account. The results showed that the availability of clean water had a correlation with the possibility of diarrhea with a P_value of 0.004, the management of household waste sewers had a correlation with P_value 0.008, and the availability of good latrines had no correlation with the possibility of diarrhea with a P_value of 0.262. The results show that the Ujong Fatihah Health Center must continue to make efforts and socialization to increase public knowledge. Health staff must be educated by village officials on the importance of maintaining daily hygiene.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to calculate the impact of Barenbliss brand ambassadors on consumer propensity to buy products, identify how price affects consumer choices in buying Barenbliss products, and find out how much price and Beby Tsabina as brand ambassadors influence people's choices to buy Barenbliss products. This research method uses a survey approach developed through the use of questionnaires prepared based on literature and statement items. The results were, first, that the brand ambassador (X1) had a positive impact on the purchase decision (Y) on the Barenbliss brand, so the first hypothesis was accepted; second, the price (X2) also has a positive impact on the purchase decision (Y) on the Barenbliss brand, so the second hypothesis is accepted; and third, simultaneously, brand ambassador (X1) and price (X2) positively impact the purchase decision (Y) on the Barenbliss brand, so the third hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze Temporal Leadership, Transformational Leadership, Self-Efficacy, and Psychological Empowerment, as well as to examine the influence of Temporal Leadership and Transformational Leadership on Self-Efficacy, the influence of Self-Efficacy on Psychological Empowerment, and the influence of Temporal Leadership and Transformational Leadership on Psychological Empowerment. The design of this study was carried out by means of hypothesis testing which was used to test the influence of Temporal Leadership and Transformational Leadership on Self-Efficacy and Psychological Empowerment in Generation Z Private Employees in DKI Jakarta. As a result, this study concluded that Generation Z private employees in DKI Jakarta felt the existence of Temporal Leadership and Transformational Leadership in their companies, which affected their Self-Efficacy and Psychological Empowerment. Statistical descriptions show that employees feel comfortable with Temporal Leadership because convenience is the main factor in decision-making, and Transformational Leadership increases confidence, enthusiasm, and creativity at work.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the extent of the influence of socioeconomic status and political participation on the political orientation of women voters in the 2019 General Election in the Thousand Islands Regency, DKI Jakarta Province. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach, namely with one of the characteristics commonly found in quantitative research with causality, which tries to explain the question "why" to examine the cause of an empirical event or phenomenon. The results showed that employment, involvement in community organizations, and participation in elections partially had a significant effect on the political orientation of women voters, while income, education, and involvement in political parties did not. These findings highlight the importance of considering the various aspects that affect voter participation in each region, although the study also highlights limitations, such as the geographical characteristics of the archipelago and weather factors that affect data collection

Abstract

This study aims to analyze Spiritual Leadership, Employee Resilience, Work Engagement, and Employee Performance, as well as the relationship between them, including the influence of Work Engagement mediation. Hypothesis testing was used to test the influence of Spiritual Leadership and Employee Resilience research on Employee Performance mediated by Work Engagement on employees of State-Owned Banks in East Jakarta City. Since the relationship between variables is explained, a type of correlational research is used. Because the data used is only used once per period, it is cross-sectional and the unit of analysis is an individual, namely an employee of a state-owned bank in East Jakarta City. The results of hypothesis testing show that there are great benefits between Spiritual Leadership and Employee Resilience on Employee Performance, as well as between Spiritual Leadership and Employee Resilience on Work Engagement. However, there was no significant positive effect between Work Engagement on Employee Performance, nor the effect of Work Engagement mediation on the relationship between Spiritual Leadership and Employee Resilience on Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study examines the role of Kiai in the 2020 Blitar Regency Regent and Deputy Regent Election, especially in supporting the incumbent candidate pair. The main focus is to understand how Kiai, as part of a non-party social network, captures voter support and why they failed to win over the incumbent candidate's pair. This study also explores the motivation of Kiai in providing support and the form of patron-client relationship between Kiai and students or the voting community. Through qualitative descriptive methods, this study reveals that although the support of Kiai and ulama is important, the personal charisma of the candidates and the limitations of the campaign due to the Covid-19 pandemic also greatly affect the election results. The results of this study are expected to provide insight into local political dynamics and the important role of Kiai in political contestation in Blitar Regency.

Abstract

This study investigates the effect of profitability, liquidity, and firm size on the capital structure of firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Using data from manufacturing firms, the study found that profitability and liquidity have a negative and significant influence on capital structure decisions, with more profitable firms tending to rely on less debt and more internal sources of funds. However, firm size does not consistently have a significant negative impact on capital structure, suggesting that external factors such as capital market conditions and economic policies have a more dominant role in determining a firm's capital structure. These results provide important insights for financial practitioners in designing appropriate funding strategies to maximise firm value and effectively manage financial risk in the Indonesian capital market.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are as follows: 1) To find out how transparent management of village funds affects the welfare of the people of Umanen Lawalu Village, Central Malaka District. 2) To find out how the Accountability of Village Fund Management affects the welfare of the Community of Umanen Lawalu Village, Central Malaka District. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method. Research methods are scientific procedures, practices, or procedures for obtaining data for research purposes that have certain useful and usable objectives. Based on the results and conclusions of the research, it shows that accountability and transparency in processing funds in Umanen Lawalu village, Central Malaka have a positive effect. If accountability and transparency are able to provide a positive response and are able to account for the proper use of funds for the community.

Abstract

This research is needed to provide the latest views on the Public Relations and Digital Communication Study Program through online media, namely the website. In addition, in order to increase interaction with the community, especially prospective new students who are looking for information about the Public Relations and Digital Communication study program, as well as to help agencies to continue to adapt to technological developments as an implementation of the implementation of digital communication. This research is a qualitative research with a constructivist approach. The researcher uses constructivists to find out the maximum response of website visitors in disseminating information in the community related to the Study Program through the website. In addition, the constructivist approach was chosen so that researchers have a deeper understanding, not just mere knowledge but are expected to be able to build knowledge and understanding through direct experience and reflection on websites. The implementation of the website development strategy to strengthen the profile of the study program in improving the brand image as one of the applied undergraduate study programs at the State University of Jakarta is a sustainable task and requires continuous efforts to brand this study program to the general public, Personal and Historical Approach to Websites, and Engineering and Aesthetics in the Application of Digital Communication, as well as the Management and Maintenance of Website Development of the Study Program Displaying topics of interest, namely the latest curriculum, topics about curriculum lecturers and topics of graduate job prospects.
