Abstract

The Family Hope Program (PKH) is a conditional cash assistance program that aims to alleviate poverty through the family as the initial foundation in achieving family welfare. The Family Hope Program (PKH) is related to the Indonesian Sociology course, which is material on social problems in Indonesia. One of the materials is about poverty. And the Family Hope Program (PKH) is related to the Public Policy course. One of the materials is to alleviate poverty in Indonesia through PKH. However, PKH until now has reduced the poverty rate still resulting in a low number and the independent graduation process of PKH participants is still low, which indicates that this program is only a road in place. This research was conducted using a qualitative method. The selection of research informants was carried out by purposive sampling technique. Data collection, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis is carried out during data collection then reduces data, presents data, verifies and draws conclusions from research results. The results of the analysis show that community participation in the implementation of PKH in the field is running well and in accordance with applicable regulations. However, there are aspects that need to be improved such as standard operational procedures, the quality of the Government that holds the standard of recipient criteria, there are indications of discretion of the companion that has the potential to deviate.

Abstract

The vision of "Golden Indonesia 2045" targets Indonesia as a developed country based on Pancasila values to create solid national stability. The productive generation holds a strategic role as a pioneer in defending state sovereignty through strengthening the ideological values and character of the nation. This research identifies the application of Pancasila values in the defense and security sector as an important step to face global challenges, such as the threat of radicalism, disinformation, and cyberattacks. With a multidisciplinary approach involving education, government policies, technology, and community support, strengthening national resilience can be realized in a sustainable manner. This article also reviews the challenges of implementing Pancasila in the era of globalization and strategies to increase the role of the productive generation towards a Golden Indonesia 2045.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of determining the influence of work-life balance, work stress and work environment on employee performance at PT Multicentral Aryaguna. This research was conducted at PT Multicentral Aryaguna. The population in this study were 165 employees of PT Multicentral Aryaguna. The number of samples taken in this study used the Slovin formula technique with an error rate of 10% which resulted in 63 and rounded up to 65 respondents. The data taken from this research was obtained directly using a closed questionnaire. The multiple regression analysis tool was calculated with the help of the SPSS version 16 program. The results of the research were obtained using the t test and F test. The research instrument was carried out through validity and reliability tests. The research produced three main findings in accordance with the proposed hypothesis, namely: 1) Work Life Balance has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance. 2) Job Stress has a negative and significant influence on Employee Performance. 3) The work environment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

Accreditation of ISO/IEC 17025: 2017 for laboratory is carried out to guarantee the testing quality conducted by a laboratory. The Badung Regency Construction Materials Testing Laboratory is one of the government laboratories that has implemented the SNI ISO/IEC 17025:2008 quality management system and has been accredited by KAN (National Accreditation Committee). To be able to continue accreditation from KAN, the laboratory plans to take acreditation of ISO / IEC 17025 version 2017. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Laboratory quality management system that is measured according to the clauses of ISO / IEC 17025: 2017 and to develop strategies that can be performed to improve the implemention of ISO / IEC 17025: 2017. In phase I, data collection was conducted through interviews using checklist developed based on ISO / IEC 17025: 2017. The implementation was assesed based on of the quality standards ISO / IEC 17025: 2017 (clause 4 to clause 8). The results showed that the implementation of ISO / IEC 17025: 2017 was in good category with score of 75,91%. While, atphase II, data collection was conducted through Focus Group Discussion (FGD) to develop strategies that can be performed by the company to succeed the implementation of ISO / IEC 17025: 2017. The identified strategies include rearranging documents of the laboratory task and authority of laboratory personnel related to organizational structure, responsibility, training of lab personnel, implementation of laboratory quality management systems, conducting risk analysis to determine risk management actions in each work procedure so that work processes can be more efficient to produce products and services according to requirements that meet customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This paper discusses an innovative approach to English language learning for children through the integration of music and songs. The author seeks to understand how music influences students' learning motivation and improves their English language skills. The theory underpinning this research is Gardner's multiple intelligences, which recognizes that each individual has different types of intelligence, including linguistic intelligence. The research also links this theory to multimodality, an approach that utilizes different media or ways of learning to enrich the educational process. Preliminary findings suggest that music can be an effective tool for promoting language skills, provided the methods used are varied and appropriate to the needs of the students.

Abstract

This community service program aims to enhance the partner's business management skills for ceremonial offerings through financial bookkeeping and digital marketing training. The methods include training on financial bookkeeping using the Paper.id application, designing business logos and banners, and digital marketing training via social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook. The results indicate that the partner successfully understood and applied basic financial bookkeeping, designed business logos and banners, and utilized social media to expand market reach. This program effectively improved the partner's operational efficiency and business competitiveness.

Abstract

Unlawful Actions (PMH) in land cases is an important issue in the legal system in various countries, including Indonesia and France. Although both countries have similar basic principles regarding PMH, there are fundamental differences in the way they are regulated and implemented, especially in the land context. This research aims to analyze the comparison between the PMH concept in Indonesia and France, with a focus on resolving land disputes. The method used is a comparative approach, comparing the legal provisions applicable in both countries, as well as the dispute resolution mechanisms applied in practice. The research results show that although there are similarities in the aim of protecting land rights and providing compensation to injured parties, each country has different legal characteristics in dealing with unlawful acts in the land context. In Indonesia, dispute resolution is more formal and bureaucratic, while in France it prioritizes mediation and a social approach. Apart from that, the difference in the application of subjective and objective responsibility is also an important differentiating factor in law enforcement related to PMH.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the opportunities and challenges of marketing communication in the digital era, specifically KAMU Market in Denai Lama Village, Pantai Labu, Deli Serdang. The research methodology used is a case study of an interpretative nature, with data collection techniques including observation and literature study. The informants in this study consist of two managers and four visitors selected by purposive sampling. The data analysis technique in this research refers to the model by Matthew B. Miles and Michael Huberman (1984), namely: data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The theory used in this study is the dimensions found in e-WOM (Electronic Word of Mouth), specifically according to Goyette et al. (2010: 11), which includes intensity, valence of opinions, and content, particularly on Instagram @pasarkamu_. The results of this study indicate that The Management of Pasar KAMU has utilized Instagram for promotional purposes as an opportunity, focusing on content that incorporates elements of attractions, amenities, and accessibility in the context of tourism. Meanwhile, Pasar KAMU faces challenges in maximizing the potential of local influencers for promotional needs. Based on the dimensions of E-WoM, visitor engagement in receiving information about Pasar KAMU through social media is very high, accompanied by numerous positive comments and hashtags. However, accessibility-related content remains limited, and the Instagram account's visual presentation is still lacking in appeal.

Abstract

The responsibility of celebrities for advertisements carried out on social media is currently still a dilemma, because with the applicable laws and regulations, legal certainty has not been realized. Celebgram as an influencer who advertises products, goods and services is not meticulous in paying attention to product safety in accordance with applicable regulations, and does not pay attention to the online shop account in detail whether it is genuine or fake. This phenomenon was experienced by Alya Salsabila, a celebrity who committed negligence would choose a client without further examination and as a result harm consumers. The theories used in this study are the theory of Legal Certainty and the theory of Legal Accountability from Hans Kelsen, using a normative juridical approach method through the specification of descriptive research analysis. The data collection technique in this study is by literature study. The result of the study is that the legal certainty of the actions of celebrities in advertising on social media according to Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection and Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions has not clearly and in detail regulated the promotion of products, goods and services through social media carried out by celebrities and the responsibility of celebrities for actions that harm consumers due to advertising on social media. If there is a violation, the celebgram must also be responsible for the violation committed, because the losses experienced by consumers are an unlawful act because the celebgram conveys advertisements or promotions that are carried out not in accordance with the laws and regulations, then they can file a lawsuit.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial literacy, digital literacy, and family environment on entrepreneurial interest among students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta (FEB UMS). In today's digital era, developing entrepreneurial interest is very important to increase the competence and independence of students as the next generation of the nation. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents of FEB UMS students selected using the slovin method. The independent variables in this study include entrepreneurial literacy (X₁), digital literacy (X₂), and family environment (X₃), while the dependent variable is entrepreneurial interest (Y). Data analysis was carried out using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, as well as F test, t test, and coefficient of determination (R²).The results showed that simultaneously, entrepreneurial literacy (X1), digital literacy (X2), and family environment (X3) had a significant effect on student entrepreneurial interest. However, partially, only the family environment variable (X3) has a significant influence on student entrepreneurial interest. Meanwhile, entrepreneurial literacy (X1) and digital literacy (X2) did not show a significant effect individually. This finding indicates that support, encouragement, and parenting from the family play a major role in shaping students' entrepreneurial interest, while the level of entrepreneurial literacy and mastery of digital technology do not make a significant contribution directly.In conclusion, the family environment (X3) is the dominant factor influencing the entrepreneurial interest of FEB UMS students. The results of this study are expected to be a reference for families, educational institutions, and related parties to encourage the development of student entrepreneurial potential by providing support that is more focused on the family environment.
