Abstract

The emergence of service system problems that are carried out manually which causes inefficiencies that take a long time. The absence of records and data archive management becomes difficult to track finances, decision-making processes and evaluate the overall performance of RTs making a lack of transparency and accountability. The purpose of this research is to design the user interface of the RT administration system application with the design thinking method so as to produce an easy-to-use application user interface as needed as a solution to existing problems. This research uses the design thinking method. The nature of design thinking is human-centered. Design thinking uses strategic innovation to design for users through an empathetic process by trying to understand user needs and focusing on human behavior and emotions to produce optimal innovation. As a result, the creation of the RT administration application user interface utilizes the design thinking method that produces prototypes according to user needs. This prototype became the basis for designing an RT service application with an easy-to-use and intuitive UI. The application of the design thinking method has been proven to help produce an easy-to-use application, which is expected to improve RT services and create a more engaged and informed community of citizens.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to design a spatial regression model with an inverse distance weighting matrix formed from the crime rates in the provinces of Bali and East Java, based on influencing factors, and to explore the interconnection between crime rates in one district/city with others. This study utilizes crime rate data obtained from the 2023 publications of the Statistics Indonesia (BPS) of Bali and East Java, covering 47 districts/cities. Spatial regression with inverse distance matrix is employed to analyze the factors influencing crime rates in both provinces, including spatial autocorrelation. The research findings indicate interconnection among districts/cities in the two provinces. The Spatial Error Model (SEM) shows that factors such as average length of schooling, population density, gender ratio, and GDP per capita significantly influence crime rates. This model has an AIC value of 525.06 and a pseudo-R2 value of 64.10%.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the relationship between the Basic Economic Sector and Labor Absorption for the 2018-2022 period. This research uses secondary data with a quantitative approach. The population in this study is data from the Annual Gross Regional Domestic Product Report for East Java and Sidoarjo Regency and data on Labor Absorption of Sidoarjo Regency. The sample used is annual Gross Regional Domestic Product data based on constant prices, basic sectors and labor absorption using a sample of the last 5 years, namely 2018 to 2022. The analysis method used in this research is the LQ method and data regression analysis method using SPSS software in carrying out data processing. The results of this research show that the Sidoarjo Regency Base Sector analysis in 2018-2022 produced 3 superior sectors, namely the Processing Industry Sector, the Electricity and Gas Procurement Sector, and the Transportation and Warehousing Sector. Meanwhile, the simultaneous results of the Base Sector variable have a significant effect on Labor Absorption. Partially, the Base Sector has a positive and significant effect on Labor Absorption. The Base Sector variable is able to explain variations in the Cooperative Capital variable of 98.4% and 1.6% is influenced by other factors not included in the research variables

Abstract

It is important for an organization or institution to have an effective and quality violence prevention strategy in carrying out the vision and mission that has been made to realize the goals for the organization or institution itself. This study aims to find out the handling strategies carried out by the ABC Islamic Boarding School from the stage of student safety planning to supervision evaluation to improve environmental safety for its students. This research is a qualitative descriptive research that uses the design thinking method. The informants in this study are the principal, teachers, and students of the ABC Islamic Boarding School. This research is located at the ABC Islamic Boarding School. The data collection methods used are interviews, observations, and documentation studies. As a result, the application of the design thinking model has proven to be effective in identifying the root cause of the problem and creating innovative solutions to prevent bullying in the Islamic boarding school environment. Through the stages of empathy, definition, idea, prototype, and testing, the research team was able to understand the needs and challenges faced by the students. Bullying is bound to have bad consequences, not only for those who do it but especially for those who are targeted, affecting their personal, social, and educational aspects. Holding positive activities for students who can instill family values and solidarity, as well as organizing educational sessions about bullying during their stay at the pesantren, can help prevent this behavior from happening again in the future.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the color circle media in RA Aisyiyah Suruh bringin. to find out if the Colour circle media in Group A. This study uses a classroom action research model and points to the implementation process. The source of the research data was children aged 4-5 years in RA Aisyiyah Suruh, bringin, ngawi totaling 15 children, 5 women 10 boys. This data will be used for the purposes of research data analysis so as to recognize the picture of increasing colou circle color recognition in children aged 4-5 years. As a result, the learning process using color cirle media can improve problem-solving skills in Group A RA AISYIYAH Suruh, Bringin which was seen in the activities in cycle 1 with the theme of my environment sub-theme of God's creation with color recognition activities in children, in cycle 2 it was carried out with the theme of my environment sub-theme of God's creation with activities to introduce fruits and vegetables.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of the Domestic Investment program (PMDN), Bank Indonesia interest rate (BI Rate), and exchange rate on the Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) in Indonesia. To test the relationship between the independent variable (PMDN, BI Rate, and exchange rate) and the dependent variable (JCI) over a certain period of time, multiple regression analysis method is used. This research uses data obtained from various reliable and relevant sources. The findings of this study are expected to provide a deeper understanding of the factors that influence JCI in Indonesia and provide insight for policymakers to improve the investment climate. The conclusions and policy recommendations generated from this study are expected to be able to make a positive contribution to Indonesia's economic development in the long term.

Abstract

This study examines the water carrying capacity of the Tidung Islands, a popular small island tourism destination in Jakarta, Indonesia. The research aims to measure the availability of water resources and assess the balance between water supply and demand, focusing on both domestic and tourism needs. Using a water balance approach, the study analyzes seasonal fluctuations in precipitation, evapotranspiration, runoff, and changes in water storage. The results indicate that while Tidung Islands currently have a surplus of water resources, projected increases in population and tourism will lead to periods of water deficit by 2040. The study highlights the critical need for sustainable water management practices, including rainwater harvesting, efficient water use, and community involvement in conservation efforts. Implementing these strategies is essential to ensure long-term water security and support the continued growth of tourism and local development in Tidung Islands.

Abstract

Employee performance, especially in health services in the Health Insurance Era, is a very important concern today. This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of employee remuneration and motivation on employee performance at Pasundan Health Center and Talaga Bodas Health Center Bandung City. This study used verificative descriptive research through survei and questionnaire methods as data collection instruments. The sample of this study is probability sampling consisting of 63 respondents or the total number of employees at Pasundan Health Center and Talaga Bodas Health Center Bandung City. Data analysis was performed using simple and multiple regression techniques to assess the influence of the independent variabel on the dependent variabel. The results showed that partially and simultaneously employee remuneration and motivation had a significant influence on improving employee performance at Pasundan Health Center and Talaga Bodas Health Center Bandung City.

Abstract

Human trafficking, especially the exploitation of women and children, is a serious problem that threatens humanity in the ASEAN region. The Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) has an important role in tackling this phenomenon. This research aims to analyze ASEAN's role in tackling human trafficking, with a focus on the exploitation of women and children, as well as to identify challenges and provide recommendations for improvement. The research method used is the normative juridical method, which examines various legal materials as the main basis for answering research problems. A statutory and conceptual approach is used to examine relevant legal instruments and examine concepts related to human trafficking, human rights, and the protection of women and children. Data was collected through document studies and secondary literature, then analyzed qualitatively to evaluate ASEAN's role and effectiveness in tackling human trafficking. The research results show that ASEAN has adopted various legal instruments, including the ASEAN Convention Against Trafficking in Persons (ACTIP), but implementation and coordination between member countries is still a major challenge. The role of civil society and non-governmental organizations is also important in supporting efforts to combat human trafficking in the ASEAN region. Recommendations are suggested to strengthen policy implementation, increase regional cooperation, and strengthen protection for victims, especially women and children.

Abstract

Pulmonary atresia with an intact ventricular septum is a condition that is characterized by a complete obstruction to right ventricular outflow. This condition is fatal if untreated. Ductus arteriosus communicate between pulmonary artery and proximal descending aorta. It is essential in fetal life as a communicating shunt to send blood from right ventricle bypassing the underdeveloped lungs. Ductal patency may be lifesaving in few cyanotic congenital heart diseases to maintain pulmonary blood flow.Case Illustration : We present a case of a 1‑day‑old, 3405 g child who presented to casualty with bluish discoloration. The child had central cyanosis, tachypnea with saturation 80% on 1 L/minute nasal cannula and desaturate to 40%. Transthoracic echocardiography (TTE) revealed intact intraventricular septum with pulmonary atresia and patent ductus arteriosus (PDA). The patient scheduled to an emergency PDA stenting. A heating blanket is installed on the operation table, oxygen saturation with Pulse‑oxymeter, noninvasive blood pressure, end-tidal CO2 monitor, and temperature monitoring were done. Anesthesia induction was performed with 50% oxygen in air, fentanyl 3 µg/kg, ketamine 2 mg/kg, atracurium 0.5 mg/kg and maintained with sevoflurane. The procedure was performed about 20 to 30 minutes. After procedure, oxygen saturation was increased up to 60%. The child was successfully extubated after 24 hours in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) with saturation 92%.Conclusion: PDA stenting is a less invasive palliative procedure for ductal dependent complex congenital heart diseases. Anesthesiologist's role were maintaining arterial saturation and hemodynamics, securing vascular assess, maintaining temperature. It needs thorough understanding of underlying physiology.
