<![CDATA[Tingginya angka pengangguran merupakan masalah dalam ketenagakerjaan di Indonesia. Terutama dimasa pandemi seperti ini banyak tenaga kerja yang diberhentikan untuk memutus rantai penyebaran Covid-19. Pembangunan ekonomi diyakini sebagai suatu usaha untuk menurunkan tingkat pengangguran, tingkat kemiskinan, untuk mengatasi finasial negara. Pemerintah harus berupaya untuk dapat membuat program atau kebijakan yang dapat membantu pembangunan ekonomi, mengurangi tingkat pengangguran, dan memperluas lapangan pekerjaan ditengah pandemi. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui serta menganalisis dampak pengangguran terhadap pembangunan ekonomi dimasa pandemi dan analisis upaya pemerintah mengatasi pengangguran dan menumbuhkan kembali pembangunan ekonomi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literature dan sumber data yang diperoleh melalui data sekunder. Upaya pemerintah dikatakan berhasil. Keberhasilan inidilalui pemerintah dengan upaya paket stimulus dunia usaha agar tidak melakukan PHK, insentif pajak penghasilan bagi para pekerja, jaringan pengaman social dengan memberikan bantuan social terhadap para pekerja,baik pekerja formal maupun informal, memberikan kartu prakerja bagi para pekerja yang terkena PHK, perluasan industri padat karya dan memberikan perlindunga terhadap migran Indonesia]]>

This study uses a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. This study concludes that the construction of PLTS Floating in Cirata has been quite effective in the development process. <![CDATA[Pembangunan dalam era globalisasi sangat mengandalkan sektor ekonomi sebagai ukuran keberhasilan yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah. Pembangunan ekonomi merupakan hal urgen dalam suatu negara, terutama dalam meningkatkan pendapatan dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Peran masyarakat dalam pembangunan nasional, utama dalam pembangunan ekonomi adalah Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah. Posisi Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) dalam perekonomian nasional memiliki peran yang penting dan strategis. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran UMKM dalam pembangunan ekonomi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian studi literatur yang dilakukan secara daring. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa umkm sangat banyak berkontribusi dalam pembangunan ekonomi nasional meskipun dalam pelaksanaannya masih dihadapkan dengan tantangan, akan tetapi pemerintah berupaya menyediakan sejumlah stimulus untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut dan agar UMKM dapat terus berkembang dan berdaya saing]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui kepuasaan masyarakat terhadap pelayanan penanganan sampah di Kelurahan Wameo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Adapun teknik analisa data dalam penelitian ini yaitu: pengumpulan data, reduksi data dan Indentifikasi dan Kategori. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Dimensi Kecepatan melayani yang ditunjukkan Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Baubau dapat dilihat dari dua aspek yaitu Kesigapan pemberian layanan dan sukarela pemberi layanan. Kesigapan yang dilakukan oleh pertugas Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Baubau cukup baik, sedangkan sukarela dalam pemberian layanan terkait pelayanan pengangkutan persampahan dalam melayani masyarakat sudah dianggap baik, Dimensi Ketepatan melayani dalam hal menjalankan tanggungjawab terkait kesesuaian prosedur dan tupoksinya serta melakukan pemungutan biaya retribusi sampah, Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Baubau berserta petugas kebersihan dinilai sudah tepat dalam menjalankannya tugasnya sesuai dengan tata cara pelaksanaan tanpa merugikan pihak lain. Dimensi Kecermatan melayani dinilai sudah maksimal hanya saja perlu penambahan dalam menyediakan sarana dan prasarana yang dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat. Dimensi Kemampuan menanggapi keluhan Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Baubau dilihat dari dua aspek yaitu penyediaan akses dalam hal merespon keluhan dapat dikatakan bahwa sudah cukup tanggap dalam menindaklanjuti keluhan warganya, sedangka aspek peran serta masyarakat yang masih sangat minim dan kurang mempedulikan kebersihan lingkungannya]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of the AIR (Auditory Intellectually Repetition) Learning Model on Archival Learning Outcomes of Class X SMK Harapan Bangsa Tanjung Morawa in 2021-2022. This research is associative, namely research that aims to determine the effect of two or more variables. This research uses a field study approach, namely a study based on facts that occur in the object of research. The population in this study were students of class X at SMK Harapan Bangsa Tanjung Morawa, namely class X A as many as 30 students. The research sample that will be used in this research is the students of class XA at SMK Harapan Bangsa Tanjung Morawa totaling 30 students. The analysis technique used is simple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The suitability test using simple linear regression and hypothesis testing (t test) was carried out to determine the effect of the AIR (Auditory Intellectually Repetition) Learning Model on Archival Learning Outcomes of Class X SMK Harapan Bangsa Tanjung Morawa in 2021-2022. Based on the results of the research conducted, it was concluded that there was a positive influence between the AIR learning model on the learning outcomes of Class X students at SMK Harapan Bangsa Tanjung Morawa in the Academic Year Archives Subject. 2021-2022, this is evidenced by the tcount value of the AIR learning method variable of 3,231. This means that the value of tcount is greater than ttable (3.231<1.701) which indicates that the Water Learning Model has a positive effect on student learning outcomes.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is a quantitative research. The sampel in this study amounted to 18 people using the total sampling technique. The purpose of this study is to determine the comparison of student learning outcomes using picture media with audio-visual media in economics class X SMA Al-Washliyah 3 Medan. From the results of the study, the average learning outcomes using image media was 75.88 and the average learning outcomes using audio-visual media was 78.66. While the results of the calculation of the t test obtained significant results with = 0.05; df=18+18-2=34, then ttable = 2.032 and tcount=2,310, the results of this study found that tcount> ttable that is 2,310> 2,032, thus the hypothesis formulated in this study, namely: there is a comparison of student learning outcomes using image media with audio-visual media on economic subjects]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of the Inductive Learning Approach on Economic Learning Outcomes of Class X Students of SMA PAB 9 Patumbak. This research is associative, namely research that aims to determine the effect of two or more variables. This research uses a field study approach, namely a study based on facts that occur in the object of research. The population in this study were 28 students of Class X SMA PAB 9 Patumbak. The research sample that will be used in this research is the students of Class X SMA PAB 9 Patumbak totaling 28 students. The analysis technique used is simple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The suitability test using simple linear regression and hypothesis testing (t test) was carried out to determine the effect of the Inductive Learning Approach on Economic Learning Outcomes of Class X SMA PAB 9 Patumbak. Based on the hypothesis test, it is known that there is a positive influence between the Inductive Learning Approach on the Learning Outcomes of Class X Economics at SMA PAB 9 Patumbak, this is evidenced by the tcount value of the Inductive Learning Approach variable of 3.688. This means that the value of tcount is greater than ttable (3,688 < 1,705) which indicates that the Inductive Learning Approach has a positive effect on student learning outcomes.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of employee engagement and organizational culture on employee performance at KPP Pratama Jombang. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The population in this study amounted to 81 employees while the sample amounted to 67 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. Data was collected by the questionnaire method, which was then analyzed using multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 26. The results showed that partially employee engagement variables did not exist. influence on employee performance, while the organizational culture variable influences employee performance. Simultaneously, employee engagement and organizational culture variables have a positive effect on employee performance at KPP Pratama Jombang. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination obtained 0.543 or 54.3%, which means that the contribution of employee engagement and organizational culture variables to employee performance is 54.3%, while the rest is influenced by other factors outside this regression model]]>

<![CDATA[19 sufferers to take oxygen or risk shortness of breath. The order of Clean and Healthy Living Behavior in the household is the most important point during the Covid-19 pandemic. Therefore, if smoking behavior is applied continuously, there is a risk of complications and death. This study was conducted with the aim of knowing the general description of the state of public health status based on aspects of implementing Clean and Healthy Lifestyles in the community to prevent the transmission of Covid-19 in the UPTD Area of the Pengasinan Health Center, Depok City. This study uses a descriptive analytical method which aims to identify health problems, the causes of health problems and provide alternative solutions to health problems or the less than optimal implementation of the Health Service Program in a health service agency. The data presented in the form of numbers in the form of secondary data collection (Depok Health Profile). The results of this study there are 1,637 (27%) who smoke in the house and there are 4,509 (73%) who do not smoke in the house. The conclusion of this study is the identification of the problem obtained from the results of secondary data that has been obtained from the UPTD Pengasinan Health Center Depok City, namely there are still many people around the UPTD Pengasinan Health Center Work Area who smoke in the house. Suggestions from this research are expected that people in the city of Depok, West Java can reduce smoking behavior in order to reduce the severity of Covid-19]]>

<![CDATA[This research is supported by the high tourism growth rate in Jakarta which is not matched by the increasing number of peaking tourists. The problem in this study is "what is the development of tourist attractions, facilities and service quality on visitor satisfaction at the Ragunan Wildlife Park, Jakarta. In particular, the focus is on the level of three variables, namely the development of tourism objects, facilities and service quality. After conducting a literature review and periodical preparation, the data that was collected was through a direct survey at the Ragunan Wildlife Park, Jakarta. Then the analysis of the data collected was obtained using multiple regression analysis. This analysis includes: the validity and reliability of the classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing through t and F tests, and analysis of the coefficient of determination . The F test shows that the tourist attraction variable has a significant effect on visitor satisfaction and other variables only have a positive and insignificant effect on visitor satisfaction. The Adjusted R square figure of 0.15 indicates that 15 percent of the visitor satisfaction variable can be explained through the three independent variables in the regression equation. While the remaining 85 percent is explained by other variables outside the three variables used in this study]]>
