Abstract

Latar belakang : Nyeri adalah suatu pengalaman sensori dan emosional yang tidak menyenangkan berkaitan dengan kerusakan jaringan yang aktual dan potensial ataupun suatu keadaan yang menggambarkan terjadinya suatu kerusakan. Nyeri dijadikan sebagai vital sign kelima setelah napas, tekanan darah, nadi, dan suhu. Begitu pentingnya penanganan nyeri sehingga Profesional Pemberi Asuhan dalam hal ini perawat dituntut untuk mampu melakukan manajemen nyeri. Manajemen nyeri dimulai dengan penilaian nyeri yang akurat dan dilakukan menyeluruh. Untuk dapat melakukan penilaian nyeri maka perawat harus mengetahui alat pengkajian nyeri yaitu skala pengukuran nyeri sehingga perawat mampu mengaplikasikan skala pengukuran nyeri itu sendiri sesuai dengan kondisi pasien. Tujuan : untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan perawat tentang skala pengukuran nyeri di RSUD Tagulandang Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Metode penelitian : bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional yaitu menggambarkan data tingkat pengetahuan perawat terhadap skala pengukuran nyeri melalui kuesioner. Hasil penelitian : berdasarkan karakteristik jenis kelamin terbanyak adalah perempuan yaitu 87,5%. Berdasarkan karakteristik usia terbanyak adalah usia 31 – 40 tahun yaitu 56,3%. Berdasarkan karakteristik lamanya bekerja terbanyak adalah lama bekerja > 10 tahun yaitu 40,6%. Berdasarkan data yang dikelola maka didpatkan tingkat pengetahuan perawat tentang skala pengukuran nyeri di RSUD Tagulandang Provinsi Sulawesi Utara adalah pada kategori kurang yaitu 40,6%.

Abstract

Anestesi spinal relatif mudah dan praktis di lakukan dengan resiko toksik yang lebih rendah aman dan efektif. Anestesi regional ini (SAB) memungkinkan ibu menjalani Sectio Caesarea tetap waspada dan dalam keadaan sadar serta waspada selama prosedur dan langsung bereaksi dengan bayi saat bayi lahir. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Gambaran Nilai Apgar Score Pada Bayi yang Lahir melalui Sectio Caesarea Dengan Spinal Anestesi di Instalasi Bedah Sentral BLU RSUP Prof. Dr. R.D. Kandou Manado. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif, dengan rancangan penelitian observasional analitik. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua bayi baru lahir melalui Sectio Caesarea dengan spinal anestesi di Instalasi Bedah Sentral BLU RSUP Prof Dr RD Kandou Manado sampel berjumlah 70 orang, pada penelitian ini menggunakan tekhnik pengambilan Convenience sampling adalah pengambilan sampel didasarkan pada ketersediaan elemen dan kemudahan untuk mendapatkannya. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan ceklist. Analisa data yang digunakan analisis univiariat. Hasil Penelitian Nilai apgar score pada bayi yang lahir section caesarea normal 1 menit pertama dengan terdapat 13 bayi (86,7%), 2 bayi 13,3%) asfiksia ringan dan tidak terdapat asfiksia berat, dan menit ke-5 dan ke-10 terdapat 15 bayi (100%) dengan Apgar Score adaptasi baik. Nilai apgar score pada bayi yang lahir section caesarea gawat janin 1 menit pertama terdapat 22 bayi (84,6%), 4 bayi (15,4%) asfiksia ringan dan tidak terdapat bayi asfiksia berat. Pada menit ke-5 nilai dan menit ke-10 Apgar Score bayi dalam kategori baik. Akan tetapi jika dilihat dari nilai terendah terdapat 6 bayi gawat janin yang mengalami asfiksia ringan, akan tetapi setelah masuk menit ke-5 dan ke-10 bayi masuk dalam kategori Apgar Score adaptasi baik.

Abstract

Sectio Caesaria (SC) is one of the most common procedures performed today to assist the birth of the fetus by making an incision in the uterine wall and abdomen. As a surgical procedure, the implementation of SC requires anesthesia where the anesthetic technique that is often used is spinal anesthesia. Unexpected complications from spinal anesthesia are possible, changes in blood pressure are one of the complications that often occur in the administration of spinal anesthesia. This study aims to determine the effect of leg elevation on blood pressure after spinal anesthesia in SC patients. This research method employs a nonequivalent control group design model and a quasi-experimental desig. The sampling technique used the purposive sampling technique as many as 58 respondents with 29 respondents in each group, the control group and the intervention group. Data were taken by measuring blood pressure before and after spinal anesthesia. Based on the results of the independent t-test, it can be seen that post spinal anesthesia systolic BP at 10 minutes Sig. (2-tailed) 0.000 <0.05 and post spinal anesthesia diastolic BP at 10 minutes Sig value. (2-tailed) 0.000 <0.05 which means Ha is accepted. Thus, it can be said that there is an effect of leg elevation on blood pressure after spinal anesthesia in sectio caesaria patients. Leg elevation influences blood pressure after spinal anesthesia in cesarean section patients.

Abstract

Persalinan Sectio caesarea merupakan suatu persalinan buatan dimana janin dilahirkan melalui suatu insisi pada dinding rahim dengan syarat rahim dalam keadaan utuh. Sectio Caesarea terjadi karena indikasi gawat janin, disporporsi sefato pelvik, persalinan tidak maju, plasenta pervia, janin letak lintang, panggul sempit, preeklamsia. (Jitowiyono dan Kristiyanasari, 2014). Persalinan dengan Sectio Caesarea akan menimbulkan nyeri pada jahitan yang menghambat proses menyusui, kondisi psikis seperti kelelahan, ketidaknyamanan itu juga sangat berpengaruh dalam produksi air susu ibu (ASI). Dalam studi kasus ini menggunakan metode deskriptif pada Ny.R, serta untuk implementasi yang dilakukan adalah manajemen nyeri dan konseling laktasi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine character formation through Civics lessons in class XI IPS at SMAS Hang Tuah Belawan. Jl. Captain Raden Sulian Belawan. Medan Belawan District, Medan City. There are two variables in this study, namely the formation of student character (X) and PPKn subjects (Y). In this study, the population was all students of class XI IPS SMAS Hang Tuah Belawan, totaling 262 students. The instrument used in this data collection is a questionnaire about the formation of student character and Civics learning subjects. The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative using the product moment correlation coefficient formula to find the relationship between variables (X) and (Y). In this study, it can make a contribution to improving the quality of education which is developed to shape the character of students through PPKn learning subjects.

Abstract

The formulation of the research problem is whether the application of the student facilitator and explaining learning model can activate the learning of Civics students in the class of SMA Negeri 1 Sipispis. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) which consists of four stages, namely planning (planning), action (acting), observation (observing), and reflection (reflecting). The research subjects were students of class XI IPS 1 of SMA Negeri 1 Sipispis totaling 30 students consisting of 18 female students and 12 male students. To obtain this field data, the author uses data collection techniques in the form of observation sheets and tests. The data analysis technique was carried out after the data was obtained from the test results by calculating the level of student learning activity and calculating student learning completeness. Based on the results of the study, it was found that learning activities using the Student Facilitator and Explaining learning model obtained an average result of learning activities in the first cycle of 43.7 with sufficient criteria and in the second cycle the average student activity was 75 with good criteria. Based on data analysis on student learning outcomes, in the first cycle obtained an average of 46.6% with less criteria. In Cycle II, student learning outcomes increased with an average score of 80 with good criteria. Thus, it can be concluded that there is an increase in teacher activity and student learning activities in class XI IPS 1 SMA Negeri 1 Sipispis by using the Student Facilitator and Explaining learning model.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze students who experience learning saturation before and after the service is provided and is there any effect of group discussion techniques on students who experience learning saturation in class Vlll MTS Al-Washliyah Bangun Purba. This type of research is quantitative pre-experimental with the One Group Pre-test Post-test Design method. The population of this study was 36 students of class VII MTS, sampling by purposive sampling method was 10 students. The research data was collected using an instrument or a learning saturation questionnaire with a Likert scale, the statement items totaled 37 items that were valid and reliable and then the data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test. The resulting data shows that there are differences in students who experience learning boredom in class Vlll MTS Al-Washliyah Bangun Purba before and after being provided with discussion technique group guidance services. From data analysis obtained Asymp.Sig.(2-tailed) is worth 0.000. Because 0.000 is smaller than <0.05 so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that there are differences in students who experience learning boredom before and after being given group guidance services with discussion techniques. effective to reduce students who experience learning saturation.

Abstract

This research is a research and development (Reseach and Development). Then the product of this development research in the form of video learning media. This study uses the ADDIE (Analysis – Design – Development – implement – Evaluate) model which has been modified into 3D, namely Analysis, Design, and Development. The media developed was validated by one media expert and one material expert. Validation by media experts was carried out in 2 stages and resulted in a product in the form of video media that was appropriate for third grade SDN students. Validation by material experts was carried out in 2 stages and resulted in a product in the form of video media that was appropriate for third grade SDN students. Thus the learning video media developed was declared suitable for use in learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the procedure for developing elementary mathematics teaching materials with Batak batik motifs, as well as to determine whether elementary school mathematics teaching materials with Batak batik motifs met the criteria for use. This study uses a modification of the ADDIE development model which consists of three stages, namely: (1) the analysis stage (Analysis), (2) the design stage (Design), (3) the development stage (Develop), with the consideration that the researcher focuses on the resulting product. meet the criteria for use. Based on the data analysis, the appropriate teaching materials were obtained through the validity test of material experts, media experts and teacher responses. The results of the validity test by material experts obtained a score of 3.81 with the "Good" category, for media expert 1 the score was 4.5 in the "very good" category, for media experts 2 the score was 4.53 in the "very good" category. while for the teacher's response the score obtained is 3.85 with the "Good" category, it can be calculated that the average score obtained is 4.17 with the "Good" category. Based on the results of the validation of elementary mathematics teaching materials with Batak batik motifs, it can be concluded that elementary school mathematics teaching materials with Batak batik motifs meet the criteria for use.

Abstract

Febris merupakan keadaan ketika individual mengalami atau berisiko mengalami kenaikan suhu tubuh terus menerus lebih dari 37,8 °C peroral atau 37,9°C perrectal karena faktor eksternal. Penatalaksanaan hipertermia dapat dilakukan pada kasus anak dengan demam/ febris untuk menurunkan suhu tubuh anak meliputi pemberian antipiretik (paracetamol, ibuprofen), pemasangan infus dan lain-lain. Selain penanganan secara medis tindakan yang dapat dilakukan untuk menurunkan suhu yaitu pemberian kompres. Tujuan penulis adalah untuk menggambarkan asuhan keperawatan hipertermia pada An. S dengan febris di Ruang Firdaus RSI Banjarnegara. Tindakan nonfarmakologis dengen pemberian kompres hangat. kompres air hangat sangat berpengaruh pada perubahan perubahan suhu tubuh karena terjadi perbedaan suhu tubuh sebelum dan setelah diberikan kompres air hangat yang dilakukan selama 3 hari perawatan. Hasil evaluasi setelah dilakukan tindakan keperawatan hipertermia berhubungan dengan proses penyakit pada An S selama 3 hari didapatkan kulit pasien terlihat memerah, kulit teraba hangat, TTV 36,90 C masalah demam tercapai. Intervensi terus dilakukan Intervensi yang direncanakan yaitu memonitor TTV seperti nadi, frekuensi nafas, suhu, memonitor saturasi oksigen, memonitor komplikasi akibat hipertermia seperti kepala pusing, memberikan tindakan nonfarmakologis kompres hangat, berkolaborasi pemberian obat antipiretik, memonitor kembali suhu tubuh pasien, memonitor TTV dan memonitor saturasi oksigen, melakukan implementasi memonitor suhu tubuh, dan menganjurkan tirah baring.
