<![CDATA[This study aims to determine and analyze Immigration Policy, Creativity, Work Competence and Their Influence on the Performance of ASN Immigration Office Class 1 TPI Tanjung Perak. The population is ASN Immigration Office Class 1 TPI Tanjung Perak totaling 100 people and the sampling technique using the survey method or saturated sample by taking all members of the population as respondents. Using questionnaires to collect primary data. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression with SPSS Version 21 program. <![CDATA[The development of science and technology, the more developed the method used in the buying and selling process. E-commerce is an innovation in the business world where contract actors are far from each other and it is not possible to be present in one place. This study aims to analyze the practice of e-commerce based on the perspective of Islamic economic law. The research method used is a literature study using a qualitative approach. This study found that e-commerce is the same buying and selling activity using Bai` As-salam buying and selling. E-commerce can be justified if it fulfills the obligations of buying and selling Bai` As-salam.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effectiveness of online learning during the covid-19 pandemic at MTs Negeri 2 Tolitoli. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The subjects in this study were the head of MTs Negeri 2 Tolitoli, one teacher in the field of study and three students. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the research above, it can be said that if you look at the results of observations that the implementation of online learning at MTs Negeri 2 Tolitoli has been carried out using online learning applications, namely whatsapp and google form. The advantage of online learning in this study is that it can carry out learning during the social distension period, in this case distance learning and the weakness of this learning is that there are several factors, namely problems with network or signal access, internet quotas and also application errors in its implementation.]]>

<![CDATA[The family is the first educational institution in society, and parents are the main educators. Family is the first environment for children to grow and develop. Families in particular are parents who have an important role in the provision of education. Various surveys have shown that most parents spend their time working rather than interacting with their children. Family involvement in education is important and strategic in supporting the implementation of education to achieve national education goals. . family involvement in education requires a pattern of mutually supportive cooperation between education providers, families and communities. As a policy of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 30 of 2017 it really needs to be positively appreciated because it can maximize the role of the family in education. It's just that what needs to be clarified are the forms of activity in Article 6 of the Permendikbud. It is better if the form of family involvement in the implementation of education also pays attention to the interests of parents in the family. One of the reasons parents and guardians send their children to school is because they are not able to organize their children's education independently.]]>

<![CDATA[Pemerintah melalui Kementerian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif telah merumuskan pengembangan 10 destinasi Bali baru di Indonesia dalam rangka meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan kemudian dikenal dengan Kawasan Strategis Pariwisata Nasional (KSPN). Salah satu kawasan yang termasuk dalam super prioritas nasional yakni Borobudur. Pengembangan sektor kepariwisataan terus dilakukan pada daerah-daerah sekitar Borobudur termasuk Kabupaten Kebumen. Kepariwisataan Kebumen memiliki potensi yang dapat dikembangkan menjadi lebih maju dengan modal alam dan budaya lokal, namun menurut data BPS Kabupaten Kebumen tahun 2020, kunjungan wisatawan di Kebumen mengalami stagnasi dan bahkan terjadi penurunan di Tahun 2019. Oleh karena itu diperlukan terobosan baru dalam pengembangan pariwisata daerah dengan pendekatan wisata pedesaan berbasis kearifan lokal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji potensi kearifan budaya lokal Desa Logede Kecamatan Pejagoan Kabupaten Kebumen untuk pengembangan wisata pedesaan. Pengembangan desa wisata berbasis kearifan lokal dapat menjadi referensi bagi desa-desa lain dengan konsep wisata pedesaan (rural tourism). Tujuan khusus dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) mengidentifikasi potensi Desa Logede Kecamatan Pejagoan Kabupaten Kebumen sebagai desa wisata berbasis kearifan lokal, 2) merumuskan pengemabangan berupa paket wisata pedesaan berbasis kearifan lokal dengan faktor pendukung kepariwisataan yang potensial. Paket wisata yang dibuat merupakan adaptasi dari keragaman potensi desa yang berbasis kearifan lokal, yaitu: paket wisata “Napak Tilas” serta paket wisata “Live In 2D1N”. Pengemasan paket wisata tersebut tentu dimaksudkan sebagai sebuah produk wisata yang dimiliki oleh masyarakat dalam rangka peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui sektor kepariwisataan.]]>

Nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam Pancasila khususnya sila ke tiga Persatuan Indonesia merupakan jiwa dan jati diri bangsa Indonesia. Perwujudan nilai-nilai Persatuan Indonesia dalam kehidupan sebagai bangsa dan Negara membutuhkan strategi dari pemerintah. Penelitian ini bertujuan mewujudkan nilai-nilai Pancasila Persatuan Indonesia dalam mengatasi konflik kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara dari perspektif Strategi Perang Semesta, dengan menggunakan metode Deskriptif argummentatif melalui studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya strategi guna mewujudkan nilai-nilai Persatuan Indonesia melalui upaya menggali, dan memupuk butir-butir nilai Persatuan Indonesia serta menghindari tindakan yang berakibat pelunturan nilai-nilai Persatuan Indonesia.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kedisiplinan belajar dan pola asuh orang tua yang tepat diterapkan untuk membentuk disiplin belajar anak di rumah di Desa Karangrowo RW IV. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif diskriptif dengan subjek penelitian berjumlah 8 yaitu 4 anak kelas V dan 4 orang tua anak. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan pencatatan. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian ini adalah tiga dari 4 orang tua menerapkan pola asuh demokratis dan satu dari empat orang tua menerapkan pola pengasuhan permisif. Orang tua dengan penerapan pengasuhan demokratis membiasakan aktivitas yang positif serta bermanfaat bagi masa depan sang anak sejak kecil salah satunya yaitu kedisiplinan. Pola asuh yang tepat baik digterapkan orang tua untuk membentuk kedisiplinan belajar anak adalah pola asuh demokratis.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan mengalisis upaya Pemerintah Kota Probolinggo dalam mengoptimalkan kebijakan pengelolaan ruang terbuka hijau (RTH) di Kota Probolinggo. Penelitian ini adalah tergolong pada jenis penelitian deskriptif, sementara pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif, Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kota Probolinggo Provinsi Jawa Timur. informan pada penelitian ini ialah: Pemerintah Kota Probolinggo (Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Probolinggo). Data-data penelitian diperoleh dari berbagai sumber data guna menjawab permasalahan penelitian, yaitu : data primer dan data sekunder. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui membaca berbagai artikel, berita dan karya ilmiah. Teknik analisa data yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan upaya Pemerintah Kota Probolinggo dalam mengoptimalkan kebijakan pengelolaan ruang terbuka hijau (RTH) dengan berbagai Stakeholder di Kota Probolinggo seperti Pemerintah, Swasta, Pengguna Taman, dan media Massa sudah terjalin dengan baik.]]>

<![CDATA[Mountain soursop (Annona montana Macf.) has secondary metabolites i.e. terpenoids and flavonoids which are powerful antioxidants. It is rarely used due to its unpleasant taste. Hence, to increase its economic value, this fruit has been new innovations into probiotic candy. Lactobacillus is a probiotic product commonly used, so this study used Lactobacillus casei. To meet the probiotic products requirement, the lactic acid bacteria must survive in the gastrointestinal tract and have a good stability and viability during the storage. This study has a purpose to determine the amount of storage stability on the viability of lactic acid bacteria in Mountain soursop (Annona montana Macf.) probiotic candy. The research used a descriptive analysis method, where the research results are described according to the data obtained from the total plate number of lactic acid bacteria. Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the total lactic acid bacteria in the mountain soursop probiotic candy (Annona montana) on day 3 was 5.7 × 103 cfu/mL on day 5 of 4.8 × 103 cfu/mL, and on day 7 as much as 2.6 × 103 cfu/mL.]]>

<![CDATA[Bogor Regency has the potential in developing natural tourism objects and attractions that are scattered in several areas such as the Puncak tourism area, the West part of Bogor Regency, the southern part and the northern part. One of the Nature Tourism Parks which is being developed into ODTWA is the Gunung Pancar Nature Park. TWA has the advantage of the beautiful landscape of pine forest trees around the area. The purpose of this research is to asses the potential and feasibility of ODTWA in TWA Gunung Pancar and analyze what kinds of constraints and problems that arise such as the quality of human resources, advice and infrastructure and other tourism support so that development and development can be directed. This research uses a qualitative approach. Where for qualitative research will analyze the picture based on the fact conditions in the field for the variables studied, the researcher used the Guidelines for the Analysis of the Operational Areas of the Objects and Tourist Attractions. Based on the results of the assessment of ADO ODTWA in Gunung Pancar Nature Park as an ecotourism area with potential and feasible to be developed with a feasibility index of 84.54%. Several indicators need attention for management in carrying out improvements and development to become an ecotourism destination area because they are still in moderate criteria. The indicators in the criteria being assessed for example the condition of the surrounding area, management and services, accommodation, relations with surrounding tourist objects, the carrying capacity of the area and visitor arrangements.]]>
