Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti tentang Pelaksanaan program holistik integratif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan program holistik integratif dengan CIPP, sebab model CIPP dinilai sebagai model yang tepat dan komprehensif untuk mengevaluasi program. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kombinasi (Mixed Method). Pengambilan sampel digunakan teknik Total Sampling. Prosedur penelititan yang dilakukan yaitu dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 15 kepala sekolah, sedangkan data kualitatif melalui wawancara dengan informannya. Data kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis deskriptif dan data kualitatif dianalisis yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, mendisplai data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa (1) Pelaksanaan pada aspek conteks dengan responden kepala sekolah sebesar 80,6% masuk kategori sangat baik dan dari aspek guru sebesar 80% masuk kategori sangat baik; (2) pelaksanaan Teaching pada aspek input dengan responden kepala sekolah sebesar 80,8% masuk kategori sangat baik dan dari aspek guru sebesar 75,6% masuk kategori baik; (3) pelaksanaan dari aspek proses dengan responden kepala sekolah sebesar 80,4% masuk kategori baik dan dari aspek guru sebesar 72,9% masuk kategori baik; (4) pelaksanaan dari aspek produk dengan responden kepala sekolah sebesar 80% masuk kategori baik dan dari aspek guru sebesar 76,1% masuk kategori baik.

Abstract

Salah satu sumber daya manusia di rumah sakit yang berwenang melaksanakan kegiatan rekam medis dan informasi kesehatan adalah perekam medis. Menurut Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 55 Tahun 2013 tentang Penyelenggaraan Pekerjaan Perekam Medis, kegiatan perekam medis antara lain melaksanakan kegiatan pelayanan pasien dalam manajemen dasar Rekam Medis dan Informasi Kesehatan; melaksanakan evaluasi isi rekam medis; melaksanakan sistem klasifikasi klinis dan kodefikasi penyakit; melaksanakan indeks penyakit, kematian dan tindakan; melaksanakan evaluasi kelengkapan isi diagnosis dan tindakan serta melaksanakan pencatatan dan pelaporan surveilans . Masing-masing kegiatan dalam unit rekam medis harus dibagi sesuai dengan kompetensi yang dimiliki oleh perekam medis. Pembagian tugas sesuai kompetensi bertujuan untuk mendapatkan kepuasan kerja dari masing-masing individu agar menghasilkan kinerja yang optimal dan mampu mencapai tujuan organisasi. Adapun faktor-faktor lain yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pegawai dalam bekerja yaitu faktor pekerjaan itu sendiri, gaji, promosi, pengawasan dan rekan kerja. Seseorang dengan 3 tingkat kepuasan kerja tinggi menunjukan sikap yang positif terhadap pekerjaannya, sedangkan seseorang yang tidak puas dengan pekerjaannya menunjukan sikap negatif terhadap pekerjaan itu . Sikap positif inilah yang nantinya mampu meningkatkan kinerja petugas dalam menjalankan tugasnya. kinerja adalah hasil kerja dan perilaku kerja yang telah dicapai dalam menyelesaikan tugas-tugas dan tanggung jawab yang diberikan dalam suatu periode tertentu. Pentingnya peran sumber daya manusia dalam mencapai tujuan perusahaan harus pula diimbangi dengan kemampuan yang dimiliki oleh sumber daya manusianya. Kemampuan sumber daya manusia harus benar-benar teruji sehingga mampu mengerjakan semua pekerjaan yang dibebankan kepadanya secara benar dan menghasilkan hasil yang sempurna, baik kuantitas maupun kualitasnya. Agar sumber daya manusia dapat melakukan pekerjaan secara benar dan menghasilkan hasil yang benar,maka karyawan vidan Profesional Perekam medis perlu dibekali dengan kemampuan dan keahlian sesuai dengan bidang yang dikerjakannya.

Abstract

This study discusses village regulations for village development as the basis for village growth, in this case testing the suitability of the guidelines from Regional Regulation regarding the procedures for their formation dan implementation and the result achieved in Village Administration by the Village Head. Based on this, the legal problem that will be studied is how the procedure for establishing and the results achieved from village regulations regarding village growth arise in Ngringo Village. This writing uses empirical research methods carried out through documentation studies and direct interviews with the Ngringo Village Government. In 2021 it will produce two legal products as well as various develompents proclaimed through the Village Regulations that are formed that can be implemented well but not optimally.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between work and employee performance of the Karya Bhakti Palm Oil Cooperative in Mahato Village. The population and sample in this study were all employees of the Karya Bhakti Cooperative in Mahato Village, which operates 30 employees. Sampling technique is using saturated sampling technique. The data collection tool uses a google form questionnaire. The tests carried out in the study were in the form of data normality tests and correlation tests. It can be obtained from the results of data processing shows that it has a positive and significant relationship to the Employee Performance of the Karya Bhakti Oil Palm Cooperative in Mahato Village

Abstract

One of the success of village development is very, by the role of a Village Head, thus the role of a Village Head is very important and very necessary in the village development process in order to facilitate development and increase community awareness to participate in village development, one of the villages is the Village Mahato, Tambusai Utara District, based on the results of observations and preliminary surveys by researchers of the phenomena that: first, there is a village development concept / model that can be an optimal solution in efforts to alleviate poverty and increase agricultural and plantation products for the people of Mahato Village, second, implemented village development in a sustainable manner because it has a very clear concept and this will guarantee a sustainable development. third, human resources in the village, both the apparatus and the community, make a major contribution to the implementation of village development itself, this is obtained because of the awareness of local entrepreneurs to be involved in the development of Mahato village, and other resources such as the Regency and Provincial APBD and APBN through Village funds. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. The details of the informants used in this research are as follows: 1 person Village Head, 1 Village Secretary and 6 Village Officials, 4 Hamlet Head, The role of the village head as a mobilizer, namely the village head to mobilize or invite the community to jointly take concrete actions to develop the village. In increasing public awareness to participate in every activity, there are various ways that the Village takes in inviting the community in every activity, this is done to facilitate the implementation of development in the Village and so that the Mahato Village residents are accustomed to positive planned village activities.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana Kepemimpinan terjadi, penyebab seseorang pemimpin memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan yang kurang, dan bagaimana seorang pemimpin seharusnya bersikap terhadap anggota kelompok, seperti yang terjadi di dalam film Les Miserables. Penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Untuk menganalisis film, penulis menonton film beberapa kali dan menggunakan teori dari buku. Hasilnya kepemimpinan yang baik terjadi karena sang pemimpin memiliki (1) keberanian untuk berbicara tentang keselamatan (2) dapat didekati (3) kejujuran (4) dorongan untuk membimbing. Penyebab seorang pemimpin tidak memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan yang baik dikarenakan kurangnya (1) contoh kepemimpinan di lingkungan (2) kurangnya membaca (3) tidak memiliki dasar jiwa kepemimpinan. Sedangkan dampak kepemimpinan bagi anggota adalah (1) menginspirasi keyakinan untuk orang lain (2) menciptakan lingkungan yang penuh hormat dan (3) meningkatkan loyalitas dan kepercayaan.

Abstract

COVID-19 continues to develop, adolescents with confirmed COVID-19 are often asymptomatic. Another study showed that 81.9% of people aged 20 years and under did not show symptoms after being infected with the SARS-cov2 virus. Efforts to prevent the spread are by complying with the health protocols to prevent the spread of COVID-19 to help stop the spread of the COVID-19 virus. This study aims to determine the factors that influence adolescent compliance in the application of health protocols to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in SMA in North Ternate District based on health belief model (HBM). This study uses a quantitative method with a design cross sectional and uses a voluntary sampling technique. The study was conducted in July 2021. Of the 185 respondents who complied with the health protocol, 120 (64.9%) were teenagers. The results of the analysis, multivariate showed that the most dominant variable associated with protocol compliance was self-confidence {OR=2,505;95% CI (1,2-4,9) ; p = 0,009}

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to discuss the application of experiential learning theory in foreign language learning, namely Arabic and English to help students understand and apply Arabic. Arabic is one of foreign language subjects that must be mastered by students, especially students in the madrasa environment. In the learning process, many students experience difficulties related to the students' memory of the knowledge they have acquired. Students receive knowledge but after a few days they forget the knowledge they have acquired. This happens because the knowledge gained has not yet entered their long term memory. The second problem is that students find it difficult to remember vocabulary in Arabic. Through learning with this experiential theory, students become easier to understand concepts and help develop skills in Arabic material

Abstract

Competency Certification is a demand as well as a need in facing job competition. In accordance with Indonesia Regulation, PP No 52 year 2012 concerning professional certification and tourism business certification, the certificate for the worker is a written evidence or a formal evidence of their work ability or their competency. The Certification Program is a government program through the BNSP which is provided by Professional Certification Institute (LSP). This research is analyzed that the certification of competency is one of Human Resources strategy to develop the workforce. This research using a descriptive qualitative approach, data source obtained from field observation, interview and documentation. Certification for tourism workforce is very important and essential. Refer to the result, finding that certification program has been created by the government should be utilized maximally either by assessors in tourism or tourism human resources in Bintan also by the local stakeholder. Developing tourism worker’s skill and competency is depending on support from local government, stake holder and from the company.

Abstract

Matematika itu pada hakekatnya tumbuh dari keterampilan atau aktivitas lingkungan budaya, sehingga matematika seseorang dipengaruhi oleh latar belakang budayanya. Ethnomathematics merupakan representasi kompleks dan dinamis yang menggambarkan pengaruh kultural penggunaan matematika dalam aplikasinya. Dari etnomatematika peneliti akan meneliti dan menganalisis tentang seni anyaman sebagai penelitian dari budaya yang dikaitkan dengan matematika. Seni anyaman yang digunakan oleh penliti yaitu anyaman tikar dan topi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis aspek-aspek matematika dalam seni anyaman Jambi terhadap pembelajaran matematika dan mengetahui keterkaitan etnomatematika dengan seni anyaman Jambi sehingga bisa dijadikan sebagai sumber pembelajaran matematika. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian deskriptif yang menggunakan metodologi pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil identifikasi dan pengkodingan yang telah dilakukan oleh peneliti, diketahui bahwa terdapat 3 aspek etnomatemnatika dari 6 aspek yang telah ada, yaitu aspek counting (perhitungan), aspek measuring (pengukuran), dan aspek explaining (menjelaskan). Selain itu, juga diperoleh hasil keterkaitan etnomatematika dengan seni anyaman Jambi yang dapat dijadikan sebagai sumber pembelajaran matematika yaitu pada materi perkalian dua (aljabar) dan perbandingan senilai, luas dan keliling bangun datar, pola barisan dan deret, geometri (pencerminan) terdapat aspek explaining, program linear terdapat aspek measuring.
