Abstract

Abstrak Briket yang dihasilkandarikertasbekasdikenalkarenanilaikalorinya yang rendah. Nilai kalorbriketdarikertasbekasberada pada urutankeempatsetelahlimbahkayu, arang dan serbukgergaji. Oleh karenaitu, diperlukanperbandingankomposisicampuran yang tepatuntukmenghasilkannilaikalor yang lebihtinggi. SerbukAmpas Kopi (SAK) dipilihsebagaibahantambahandalamkomposisicampuranbiomassakarena SAK memilikinilaikalor yang tinggi dan mudahditemukan. Tujuan daripenelitianiniadalahuntukmenemukanrasio yang tepat yang dapatmeningkatkannilaikalorbriket yang terbuatdarikertasbekas, berdasarkanpengujian dan analisisproksimat. Ada empatkomposisisampelcampuran yang digunakandalampenelitianini. Komposisicampuranpertamaadalah 90% kertasbekas dan 10% perekat; yang keduaadalah 70% kertasbekas, 20% SAK dan 10% perekat; komposisicampuranketigaadalah 50% kertasbekas, 40% SAK, 10% perekat; dan komposisicampurankeempatmeliputi 30% kertasbekas, 60% SAK dan 10% perekat. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkanbahwasemakinbesarrasio SAK yang digunakandalamkomposisiakanmenghasilkannilaikalor yang lebihtinggihanyasajabriketsemakinrapuh. Hasil penelitianmenyimpulkanbahwabriketmencapaiperformaterbaiknya pada komposisicampuran 40% SAK. Pada rasio yang diusulkan, brikettidakrapuh, dan menghasilkannilaikalori 5,366 kkal/kg; 6,58% kadar air; 5,37% kadarabu; 28,28% daribahan yang mudahmenguap; dan 8,91% dariindekspecah. Oleh karenaitu, komposisi yang dipelajaridapatdipertimbangkanuntukmenghasilkanbriketbiomassa yang paling efisien yang terbuatdarikertasbekas.

Abstract

This activity carried out an inventory of the right Baluwarti tourist attractions to be used as content in making promotional media, the right arrangement of interesting tourism activities followed by making promotional media and managing promotional media for one year and seeing the response of tourists visiting Baluwarti Tourism Village based on promotional media references. which has been published. Baluwarti Tourism Village with an attraction that offers, namely nuances that can be enjoyed by tourists, feel the atmosphere of living together with the culture of the palace, learn and process to be involved in the activities of the local community, tourists do not just see but are also involved in the cultural joints of the people in it Tourists can feel and fully enjoy the socio-cultural activities in the Baluwarti Tourism Village. From these activities the objectives to be achieved are: 1.Creating promotional media to promote community-based tourism and the culture contained therein. 2. Provide benefits to the community, to improve brand identity. 3. Can preserve culture and to avoid reduction and degradation of culture. In addition to these goals, there are also several benefits to be achieved, namely: 1. Abstract

Abstract Brick workers are one of the workers who are at risk of experiencing respiratory problems. This is due to exposure to dust generated during the combustion process. Talang Belido Village is the center of brick business in Sungai Gelam District. Based on the initial survey, 60% of eye stone workers in Talang Belido Village have respiratory problems. The purpose of the study was to determine the factors associated with respiratory complaints in brick workers. The research design used a cross sectional design. The research sample is 50 brick workers in Talang Belido Village. The sampling technique used was total sampling technique. This research was conducted in August 2021 in Talang Belido Village. The research instrument is a questionnaire. Data collection techniques by means of interviews and observations. Data were analyzed by univariate and bivariate using chi square test. As many as 63.2% of respondents have complaints of respiratory problems, 57.9% of respondents have long working periods, 52.6% of respondents work with risky length of work, 52.6% of respondents do not use PPE and 63.2% of respondents smoke. Bivariate results showed that there was a relationship between years of service (p=0.000), length of work (p=0.001), use of PPE (p=0.000) and smoking habits (p=0.000) with complaints of respiratory problems among brick workers in Talang Belido Village. . It is expected that brick workers always use PPE at work, reduce the number of cigarettes they consume, work according to working hours..

Abstract

Complaints of low back pain is one of the complaints that can reduce work productivity. Bricks workers are one of the workers who are at risk for low back pain. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with complaints of low back pain among brick workers in Talang Belido Village. This study used a cross sectional design. The research sample was male brick workers in Talang Belido Village as many as 38 people. Sampling using total sampling technique. This research was conducted in August 2021 in Talang Belido Village. The research instrument is a questionnaire. Data were analyzed by univariate and bivariate using chi square test. As many as 55.3% of respondents experienced complaints of low back pain, 31.6% of respondents worked with risky manual handling, 55.3% of respondents had a moderate workload and 42.1% of respondents had a very high risk work attitude. There is a relationship between manual handling (p = 0.007), workload (p = 0.000) and work attitude (p = 0.020) with complaints of lower back pain among brick workers in Talang Belido Village, Muaro Jambi Regency in 2021. with ergonomic principles. Posture when working in a balanced state in order to work comfortably and for a long time.

Abstract

Sexual violence is an act or behavior that is applied with the aim of getting sexual acts or other actions and of course that leads to a person's sexuality which is carried out by force regardless of the honor and status of the relationship with the victim himself. Domestic Violence or Domestic Violence is gender-based violence that occurs in the personal realm. Based on KEMENPPPA data in 2020, there were 8,600 cases of violence against women. And the National Data on Physical and Sexual Violence against women in 2021 is 26.1. In detail, as many as 13.8 women aged 15-49 years have experienced physical violence in 2021. This study aims to prevent sexual violence and domestic violence in various perspectives, namely health, psychological and Islamic religious perspectives. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire in the form of pre-test and post-test to find out whether there was an increase in knowledge of the respondent. Factors that cause domestic violence are the husband's cheating factor, economic factors and socio-cultural factors. The data analysis that the researcher uses is univariate analysis and also bivariate analysis. And the researcher described shipiro wilk by using the normality test of the data and getting a pre test result of 0.004 < 0.05 and the researcher getting a post test result of 0.00 < 0.05 which means that the two data have an abnormal contribution, so that in terms of This is continued using the Wilcoxon test analysis with bivariate analysis.

Abstract

Abstract Referring to the Observation Data which shows the quality of public services in the implementation of SIMKAH at KUA, Ciparay District, which is quite good. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the application of simkah in improving the quality of public services in the religious affairs office of the Ciparay sub-district; explained that this simkah can help and facilitate online marriage services. To respond to this, the researchers conducted research at the KUA office in Ciparay District with the aim of knowing the role of implementing simkah in improving the quality of public services in terms of marriage. This research was conducted at the KUA Ciparay District with a qualitative approach and descriptive method. Collecting data in this study using study documentation and interviews. This study found that the application of online simkah in improving service quality went well. With marriage registration from 2018 to 2021 with details; at the beginning of 2018 to be exact from September there were 315 registrants; In 2019 there was an increase to 1556 registrants; In 2020 it decreased due to the pandemic and PPKM became 1341 registrants and in 2021 it increased again to 1521 registrants. This shows that the application of simkah can help in providing good, fast and precise service to the community.

Abstract

Sport Hypnosis or Sports hypnosis refers to the use of hypnotherapy with athletes to improve sports performance. Every athlete must feel the mental turmoil, the mental that usually arises is anxiety. Anxiety or anxiety can arise during practice or during matches, and during the COVID-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study was to determine wheter the implementation of sport hypnosis : ego state could reduce the anxiety of taekwondo athletes in Salatiga This study uses a qualitative approach with comparative descriptive analysis. The data used in this study through the results of observations, interviews and documentation of objects and informants.The results of this study obtained information that exercise of sport hypnosis : ego state uses a combination of techniques commonly used in transactional analisys. After going through seeral stage of sport hypnosisi : ego state, it was proven to be able to reduce the level of anxiety in taekwondo PPOPD athletes in Salatiga. It can be seen that by reducing the level of anxiety in athletes, it is able to improve the performance of athletes wich is marked by an increase in the achievement of taekwondo PPOD athletes in Salatiga. Ego state therapy or ego state counseling is expected to add insight regarding counseling techniques that can be developed in a variety of problems faced by athletes, especially taekwondo PPOPD athletes in salatiga.

Abstract

Chronic energy deficiency (KEK) is a condition in which a person's nutritional status is poor due to a lack of consumption of food sources of energy containing macronutrients that lasts for a long time or are chronic. A person is said to be suffering from Chronic Energy Deficiency when the LILA (upper arm circumference) is < 23.5 cm. To find out the factors that influence the weight gain of pregnant women with Chronic Energy Deficiency (KEK) at the Ralla Health Center. The method used in this research is an analytical survey with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all pregnant women with chronic energy deficiency as many as 73 respondents and a sample of 34 respondents. This research was conducted in February-May 2021 using a data collection format.The results of the univariate analysis showed that of the 34 respondents who stated the role of the midwife in the good category were 32 people (94.1%) and who stated the role of the midwife in the sufficient category were 2 people (5.9%), there were 32 respondents (94.1%). have good motivation and 2 respondents (5.9%) have less motivation. Bivariate results show the role of midwives with a P value = 0.05, motivation with a p value = 0.05. It can be concluded that the role of midwives and motivation has a relationship which means that it affects the weight gain of pregnant women with Chronic Energy Deficiency. The need for counseling about the importance of eating nutritious foods in order to increase weight in pregnant women with Chronic Energy Deficiency.

Objekpenelitianiniadalahusahamikrokecil dan menengah di KelurahanSulaaKecamatanBetoambari Kota Baubau. Dalam penelitianinimenggunakanmetodekualitatif, denganpendekatanmenggunakanAnalisis SWOT. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukandenganmetodeobservasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitianinibahwapengrajinmemperoleh modal dariduasumberyakni modal mandiri dan modal kerjasama, kelemahanpara Pengrajinkaintenunkhas Buton yaitukekuranganwadahatausarana pasar yang tidakluas, opportunitiataufaktorpeluang, ketersediaansumberdayamanusiasudahada dan faktorancaman yang bersifatekternalbagiperkembanganpenjualansarungtenunkhas Buton adalahadanyasarungtenunkhas Buton yang palsu. Strategi meningkatkanpenjualansarungtenunkhasbutonmenggunakan media sosialsesuaidenganperkembanganteknologi dan zaman.
