<![CDATA[Performance-based budgeting is one of the budget preparations that is oriented towards the achievement of work results by allocating existing resources to be efficient, effective and economic. However, in reality, there are problems with the low absorption of the budget accompanied by a decrease in the percentage that occurred at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of South Tangerang City. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of the implementation of performance-based budgeting on the effectiveness of budget realization. This research was conducted at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of South Tangerang City. The method used is a quantitative method. The collection of data and information was carried out through questionnaires or questionnaires as a research tool which was distributed to all employees of the Department of Population and Civil Registration of South Tangerang City. The analysis used in this study uses validity, reliability, descriptive analysis, Spearman rank correlation analysis, simple regression analysis, coefficient of determination and t test. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between performance-based budgeting on the effectiveness of budget realization.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research in giving of assimilation to prisoners, obstacles faced and efforts by Balai Pemasyarakatan Klas I Padang to solve the obstacles in the giving of assimilation to prisoners in the integration to avoid spreading of covid-19. This research is descriptive research. The approach used is juridical normative and empirical juridic. The data used is secondary and primary. Data collection techniques are library and field. Data analyzed qualitative and served in the descriptive form. The results of this research: the giving of assimilation to prisovers in the in the integration to avoid spreading of covid-19 by through information system of socialiation by website from Directory of General Ministry of Law and Human Right Indonesian Republic by regulation prisoners who 2/3 punishment time until 31st December 2020, child who ½ punishment time until 31st December 2020. Obstacles faced in the giving of assimilation are internal obstacles consist of client limitation in the using of technology information, lack of human resources of socialitation guides and online system that has weakness. Also, external obstacles come from society environment that never receive the prisoners.]]>

<![CDATA[Musculoskeletal is a problem caused by stretching of the muscles and skeleton, if not treated immediately, it will interfere with concentration at work, causing fatigue and ultimately reducing productivity. The research design used was cross sectional. The sample of the study was 26 people in the waste sorting unit at the UPTD Talang Gulo waste management. The research instrument is a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using Kendall's tau-b correlation statistic test. The results showed that there was a significant correlation between attitudes (p=0.026), repetitive activities (p=0.007) with complaints of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) in the waste sorter workers at the UPTD for waste management in Talang Gulo. There was no relationship between age (p=0.894) and complaints of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) in waste sorting workers at the UPTD for waste management in Talang Gulo. From these results, it can be concluded that the complaints of musculoskeletal disorders in the waste sorter workers at the UPTD Talang Gulo waste management are related to repetitive attitudes and activities. It is recommended for workers to pay attention to body posture when working according to ergonomic principles, then when working it is necessary to pay attention to body posture so that they can work comfortably, so that work attitudes do not risk the occurrence of musculoskeletal disorders.]]>

<![CDATA[The phenomenon in the field is seen by many Indonesian tour guides who are now increasingly showing a decrease in the number of jobs that can be obtained. Not to mention, due to the ongoing pandemic, this has caused a lack of enthusiasm for the tour guides who have long been involved in revitalizing the tourism sector today. Based on the findings, it was found that 80% of tour guides do not have permanent jobs in guiding tours in the field, even though they are licensed and certified tour guides, so there needs to be management that accommodates Indonesian tour guides to be able to get a more definite job. Seeing this phenomenon, it is necessary to have management that accommodates the tour guides, thus providing the ability of researchers to review this research related to the feasibility study of tour guide management business on CV. PGM Organizer. With the aim of knowing how feasible this business is to be run so that it can be known to the maximum and according to the needs of the company. Through descriptive qualitative research methods using purposive sampling through data collection techniques by observation, interviews, and documentation. That way it can be seen that the results in sales made by the management of this tour guide are successful and get good profits. Therefore, to run the wheels of the economy in the world of tour guides, it turns out that there is a need for management that can accommodate it so that the activists of the travel industry can feel the same way.]]>

<![CDATA[This study describes how effective the results of regional wealth management are separated from the city of Bandung. Of the three targets for revenue sources from the management of regional wealth which are separated, there is only one post which is part of the original regional income, namely the share of profit on capital participation. The research method used by the researcher is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, document studies and audi visuals. The data analysis technique was carried out by data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The researchers conducted in-depth interviews using a purposeful sampling technique where the researchers conducted interviews with the Head of the Bandung City BPKA and Head of Sub. Bandung City BPKA Revenue Accounting. The results of the study indicate that the effectiveness of the results of regional wealth management which is separated from the city of Bandung has not yet been achieved.]]>

<![CDATA[The millennial generation is a group that is very synonymous with digital technology. Millennials rely a lot on digital communication tools in their daily lives. So that digital technology is no longer just a contemporary style but has become a necessity for various activities. This research was conducted in order to find out the extent of the potential of millennials for sharia economic development. The research method uses a literative qualitative method that explains the behavior of Indonesian millennials in digital technology and the potential potential that can be utilized for the development of the Islamic economy. The analysis technique carried out in this case is by examining various literatures, presenting good data through the results of researchers' observations of the millennial phenomenon, then proceeding with drawing conclusions. The results obtained from this study are first, the life behavior of Indonesian millennials is strongly influenced by digital technology. Second, there is a need for massive breakthroughs in socialization, information, and other efforts to introduce Islamic economics among millennials by using digital technology.]]>
