Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Human Resource Quality, Internal Communication, and Teamwork on the performance of members of the Tipidkor Unit of the Special Crimes Investigation Directorate (Ditreskrimsus) of the Aceh Regional Police. The study population and sample consisted of 88 respondents, comprising 32 internal respondents and 56 external respondents, using a saturation sampling technique so that the entire population was included as research respondents. The results of the study indicate that the quality of human resources has a positive and significant effect on member performance. Internal communication was also found to have a positive and significant effect on member performance. Conversely, teamwork did not have a significant effect on member performance. Simultaneously, the quality of human resources, internal communication, and teamwork have a significant effect on the performance of members of the Tipidkor Ditreskrimsus of the Aceh Regional Police. These findings indicate that improvements in the performance of members of the Tipidkor Ditreskrimsus of the Aceh Provincial Police are largely determined by the quality of human resources available and the effectiveness of internal communication within the organization. Therefore, efforts to enhance members’ competencies through education and training, as well as strengthening the internal communication system, must be prioritized to support the optimization of member performance. Meanwhile, the aspect of teamwork needs to be evaluated and adapted to the characteristics of investigative tasks so that it can contribute more optimally to the achievement of organizational performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of the money supply, foreign debt, interest rates, and bank credit on inflation in Indonesia during the period 2022–2024. Inflation is a crucial indicator in maintaining macroeconomic stability because its dynamics are influenced by both monetary and external factors. A quantitative approach using the causal associative method is applied in this study. Secondary data in the form of monthly time series were used, comprising a total of 36 observations sourced from the Badan Pusat Statistik and Bank Indonesia. The Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) multiple linear regression analysis method was used, accompanied by the HAC Newey West standard error correction to address heteroscedasticity and autocorrelation. The research results indicate that, partially, the money supply has a positive effect, though not statistically significant, on inflation. Meanwhile, foreign debt exhibits a significant negative effect on inflation, indicating that an increase in external debt during the study period is associated with a decline in inflation through financing support and macroeconomic stability. Interest rates and bank credit each have a positive but statistically insignificant effect on inflation. Simultaneously, all four independent variables were found to have a significant effect on inflation. These findings suggest that Indonesia’s inflation during the 2022–2024 period was influenced by a combination of monetary and financial factors acting in concert.

Abstract

The JKN Mobile application developed by BPJS Kesehatan aims to facilitate digital access to healthcare services for the public. However, user reviews on the Google Play Store show various opinions, ranging from satisfaction to complaints about technical issues. This study aims to analyze user sentiment, evaluate the performance of the Naive Bayes algorithm, and identify the main technical obstacles. The methods used include data scraping from the Google Play Store, text preprocessing (case folding, cleaning, tokenization, normalization, stopword removal, stemming), word weighting using TF-IDF, and classification using Naive Bayes. The results show that negative sentiment dominates (50.7%) compared to positive sentiment (45.9%). The Naive Bayes algorithm achieved an accuracy of 85.61% with an F1-Score of 85.8%, but the low Cross Validation value indicates model instability. The main complaints from users were login and OTP issues (1,632 complaints), complicated interface, as well as errors and bugs. From this analysis, it is concluded that aspects of system stability and verification still require significant improvement. These classification results can serve as a reference for BPJS Kesehatan in prioritizing feature development and technical improvements.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine patterns in the financial performance of PT Bukit Asam Tbk (PTBA) for the 2021–2025 period based on liquidity, solvency, and profitability ratios. PTBA is one of the largest coal mining companies in Indonesia whose performance is influenced by global coal price dynamics and economic conditions. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method using PT Bukit Asam Tbk's financial report data for 2021–2025 obtained from the company's annual report as secondary data. The analysis is carried out by calculating liquidity ratios consisting of the Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, and Cash Ratio; solvency ratios including the Debt to Asset Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Long-Term Debt to Equity Ratio; and profitability ratios including Gross Profit Margin, Net Profit Margin, Return on Assets, and Return on Equity. The results show that the liquidity ratio experienced a downward trend during the study period, indicating increasing pressure on the company's working capital management. The solvency ratio showed an upward trend, reflecting the increasing use of debt in the company's funding structure, although still within relatively safe limits. Meanwhile, the profitability ratio experienced a significant decline due to the normalization of global coal prices and the company's increasing operating expenses. Overall, PT Bukit Asam Tbk experienced two performance phases: a growth phase in 2021–2022 and a consolidation phase in 2023–2025. The results of this study are expected to provide consideration for company management, investors, and researchers in assessing the company's financial condition and future prospects.

Abstract

The low literacy and numeracy skills of elementary school students are one of the problems that need attention in the mathematics learning process. Learning that is still dominated by lecture methods and the minimal use of innovative learning media causes students to be less active and experience difficulties in understanding the material. This study aims to develop a valid, practical, and effective educational snakes and ladders game media to improve the literacy and numeracy skills of fourth-grade elementary school students. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The research subjects consisted of 30 fourth-grade students of Muhammadiyah Banyuraden Elementary School as the experimental class and 30 fourth-grade students of Banyuraden Elementary School as the control class. Data collection techniques included interviews, observations, questionnaires, documentation, and tests. The results showed that the educational snakes and ladders game media obtained a validation score of 60 from material experts and 59 from media experts with a very good category. The results of the practicality test showed a teacher response of 45 and a student response of 8.5 with a very good category. The effectiveness test results showed a significant difference between the control class and the experimental class in literacy (sig. = 0.041) and numeracy (sig. = 0.046) skills. The paired sample t-test results also showed a significant increase in literacy and numeracy skills after using the media. Thus, the educational snakes and ladders game media was declared valid, practical, and effective in improving the literacy and numeracy skills of elementary school students.

Abstract

Strategic management has become the primary foundation for organizations in facing the dynamics of a volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) business environment. Amid rapid technological change , shifting consumer preferences , and global competition , companies cannot rely solely on traditional management practices . One of the most critical foundations in strategic management is the formulation of a company's vision , mission , goals, and strategy . These four elements form an interrelated planning hierarchy : the vision provides a picture of the ideal future , the mission explains the reason for the organization's existence , goals set measurable targets , and strategies provide action plans . This article aims to comprehensively examine the strategies for formulating these four elements based on classical to contemporary strategic management literature . The method used is a literature study with a descriptive-qualitative approach , analysing various textbooks , indexed international journals , and teaching modules . The results of the study indicate that the formulation of a vision must involve elements of core ideology ( core values and core goals ) and an envisioned future (BHAG and vivid description). The mission must be formulated with answers Drucker's fundamental questions about business , customers , and added value . Objectives should follow SMART criteria and be developed at three levels : corporate , business, and functional . Strategies are formulated through SWOT analysis and a matrix of strategic alternatives (SO, WO , ST, WT). Systematic integration of these four elements has been shown to enhance sustainable competitive advantage . This article also presents a practical framework , company case examples , and implementation recommendations for managers and academics.
