Abstract

The purpose of this study is to understand the influence of service quality, brand image, and product differentiation on purchasing decisions at Cafe 67 Kencong District, Jember Regency. The population in this study were visitors to Cafe 67 who made purchases at Cafe 67 Kencong in Jember Regency. The purposive sampling method is carried out with the step of disseminating questions through a questionnaire to visitors to find out the answers that have been filled out. The total population of this study is large and unlimited. Therefore, the sample to be studied amounted to 100 respondents. This study uses primary data and multiple linear regression analysis as an analytical tool that aims to understand the influence of free variables on bound variables. The results of the study from multiple linear regression tests showed that service quality, brand image, and product differentiation showed a significant positive influence on purchasing decisions. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that good service quality, a quality brand image, and high product differentiation will improve the purchasing decision of Cafe 67 Kencong, Jember Regency. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine directly or indirectly the effect of workload and WFC on employee performance through organizational commitment as an intervening variable at the village empowerment office of Bondowoso Regency. The number of samples in this study was 110 using the Nonprobability Sampling Technique. The analysis technique used is Structural Equation Model (SEM) using SmartPLS 3.2.8. The main finding of this study is to examine the coefficients of direct and indirect paths to improve employee work through the WFC workload variables, organizational commitment and employee performance. The results showed that workload had no significant effect on organizational commitment. Work-family conflict has a significant effect on organizational commitment. Workload, WFC, and organizational commitment have a significant impact on performance. Workload has no significant effect on employee performance when organizational commitment is an intervening variable. WFC positively affects employee performance through organizational commitment as an intervening variable. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that employees already have a clear division of duties so that there is no excessive workload and that employees have organizational commitment so that productivity and work performance increase. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see how word of mouth, e-word of mouth, and e-servqual affect buying interest in online motorcycle taxi services (GOJEK) in Jember Regency. Participants in this study were consumers of online motorcycle taxi transportation GOJEK, Jember Regency. People in Sumbersari Sub-district who have downloaded the Gojek application and used it at least twice were included in the sample. Respondents are those who are at least 17 years old. Participants in this study were 100 users of GOJEK online motorcycle taxi services in Jember Regency. The information in this study is based on primary sources. Multiple linear regression analysis is an analytical tool used to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results showed that word of mouth, e-word of mouth and e-servqual had an effect on purchase intention of online motorcycle taxi services (GOJEK) in Jember Regency. It can be concluded that a good word of mouth will increase the purchase intention of GOJEK consumers, a high-quality electronic word of mouth will increase the purchase intention of GOJEK consumers, and GOJEK's consumer purchase intention will increase if e-service quality increases. Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of financing risk to the profitability of Islamic commercial banks. This study uses data from the financial statements of Islamic commercial banks that have been audited and published to the public through the official website of the financial services authority. The author uses a quantitative descriptive type of research; the analysis method in this study is a simple linear regression analysis. The sample determination technique used with purposive sampling techniques is to select samples based on certain criteria based on the purpose of the study. The results showed that there was a significant negative relationship between NPF and ROA. The relationship is a cause-and-effect relationship, so the ROA value is inversely proportional to the NPF. In this study, the size of the ROA value was influenced by NPF. It can be concluded from this study that there is a significant negative relationship between NPF and ROA. The relationship is a cause-and-effect relationship, so the ROA value is inversely proportional to the NPF. Keywords: Profitability, Financing Risk level

Abstract

This research was conducted on consumers of Pizza Hut at Kedai Rilex Jember. This study aims to determine the influence of hedonic value, store atmosphere, and promotion on purchasing decisions at Pizza Hut At Kedai Rilex Jember. In this study, data were collected with tools in the form of observation, interviews, and questionnaires for 100 respondents using purposive sampling techniques. The analysis used includes data instrument tests (validity tests, and reliability tests), multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption tests (normality test, multicholinearity test, heteroskedasticity test), and hypothesis test (F test, t test, coefficient of determination). From the results of the analysis using regression, it can be seen that the variables hedonic value (0.230), mood (0.285), and promotion (0.262), all have a positive effect on purchasing decisions. From the t test, hedonic value results (0.001) had a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The mood test (0.000) has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. As well as promotions (0.000), all have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the better the hedonic value will have an impact on the better the purchase decision, the better the store atmosphere will have an impact on the better the purchase decision and the promotion affects the purchase decision which means that the better the promotion will have an impact on the better the purchase decision. Abstract

This study explains the effect of work stress and remuneration packages on turnover intention, using job satisfaction as a mediator. The object of research is one of the companies engaged in the palm oil sector in Jakarta, PT Kruing Lestari Jaya. This study discusses the theory of the four research variables, namely work stress, remuneration packages, turnover intention, and job satisfaction. This study used quantitative methods through the distribution of questionnaires via Google Form to 48 respondents, which were then processed using the SPSS version 25.0 program using saturated sampling techniques for sampling data. The results showed that work stress has a significant effect on turnover intentions. Remuneration packages have a significant effect on turnover intention. Job satisfaction does not mediate work stress and turnover intention. Job satisfaction does not act as a buffer between the remuneration package and the turnover intention. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that direct influence has a greater value than indirect influence. The job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of the remuneration package on turnover intention at PT Kruing Lestari Jaya. Abstract

This study sought to ascertain the impact of service excellence, innovation, and trust on visitor happiness at Bondowoso, a class IIB facility. All of the residents are guests at Bondowoso Class II Prison. By using the judgment sampling technique, up to 120 respondents made up the sample size. The study hypothesis is tested using WarpPLS 7.0 structural equation model (SEM) analysis. To determine whether the used measuring instrument met the criteria for the measuring instrument test, validity and reliability tests were also performed. According to the findings, the service innovation variabel (X2) had a path coefficient value of 0.314 with a -value of 0.001 and the trust variabel (X3) had a path coefficient value of 0.454 with a -value of 0.001 for each variabel. The service quality variabel (X1) had a path coefficient value of 0.255 with a -value of 0.040. According to the study's findings, visitor satisfaction in Class II B Bondowoso Penitentiary is positively and significantly impacted by service quality, visitor trust, and service innovation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of financial performance on profit growth in the Islamic consumer goods industry. The data used is secondary data in the form of financial reports that have been published through the official website www.idx.co.id. The selection of this research sample used a purposive sampling method and obtained as many as 20 companies that met the criteria. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 25.0. Based on the research results, it is known that CR has a good average value according to industry standards, namely 200%, DAR has a fairly good average value according to industry standards, namely 35%, TATO has a fairly good average value according to industry standards. industry, namely 2 times, NPM has a fairly good average value in accordance with industry standards, namely 20%. The conclusions from this study are that partially the current ratio, debt to asset ratio, total asset turnover, net profit margin have a positive and significant effect on profit growth in the Islamic consumer goods industry. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine directly or indirectly the influence of spirituality and stress on deviant behavior through piety as a variable that intervenes in Jember University employees. The number of samples in this study was 129. The analytical technique used was the Structural Equation Model (SEM) using WarpPLS 7.0. The results of data analysis show that spiritual variables have a significant effect on piety, work stress has a significant effect on piety, piety has a significant effect on deviant behavior, spirituality has a significant effect on deviant behavior, work stress has a significant effect on deviant behavior. Indirectly, spirituality and work stress have a significant effect on deviant behavior through piety. The conclusions from this study prove that there is a significant influence on all the variables examined in this study. Keywords: Piety, Deviant Behavior, Spirituality, Job Stress

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price, location and product diversity on purchasing decisions at Putra Furniture Puger Furniture, Jember Regency. The independent variabels used in this study are price, location and product variety, while the dependent variabel used is purchasing decisions. This research is a quantitative research, the population of this research is Putra Furniture Puger Furniture customers. The sample selection used purposive sampling, and there were 96 samples in this study. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS25 program. Based on the results of the research that has been done, based on the results of the t-test, the price has a calculated t value of 5.139 and a significant value of 0.005. The location variabel has a calculated t value of 3.388 and a significance of 0.001. The product diversity variabel has a t-count value of 1.199 and a significance of 0.234. From the results of the study, it was concluded that price and location had a significant effect on purchasing decisions while product diversity had no significant effect on purchasing decisions Keywords: Price, Product Diversity, Purchase Decision, Location
