ABSTRACTThis study aimed to examine the effect of leadership style, on the commitment of the organization, and how dapak on job satisfaction and employee performance. Questionnaires were used to test the independent variables, the intervening variables and the dependent variable based on the researcher compiled theoretical study. Statements in the questionnaire has proven its validity. Respondents are all employees of Islamic Hospital numbering as many as 125 employees. Questionnaires were distributed to respondents as many as 125 copies and all questionnaires were returned and filled in correctly so it is worth to be processed. The results of this study indicate that the first hypothesis is that there is a positive influence between the style of leadership of the Organizational Commitment. Thus the leadership style variable test results (X1) on organizational commitment (Z) proved there is not significant positive effect between kulaitas service (X1) on organizational commitment (Z). In the second hypothesis shows that there is a positive influence between Organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Thus the test results variable organizational commitment (Z) to job satisfaction (Y1) proved no significant positive effect of organizational commitment (Z) to job satisfaction (Y1). While in the third hypothesis there is a positive relationship between leadership style on job satisfaction. Thus the results of testing leadership style variable (X) to job satisfaction (Y1) proved no significant positive effect of leadership style (X) to job satisfaction (Y1). Proof fourth hypothesis indicates that there is a positive influence between organizational commitment to employee performance. Thus the test results variable organizational commitment (Z) on the performance (Y2) proved positive influence is not significant organizational commitment (Z) on the performance (Y2). While in the fifth hypothesis that there is a positive influence among the leadership on employee performance. Thus the results of testing leadership style variable (X) on the performance (Y2) proved no significant positive influence leadership style (X) on the performance (Y2).Key Words: Leadership Style, Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine impact of service quality and Hospital Image to loyalty patients through patient satisfaction peristi RSD dr. Soebandi Jember. This research is a quantitative research survey. With a sample of 110 respondents. The test instrument using validity and reliability. The analysis technique used is path analysis. From the analysis by using path analysis, obtained by the calculation results show that the variables of service quality significantly influence patient satisfaction, Hospital Image significant effect on patient satisfaction, quality of service significantly influence patient loyalty, Hospital Image significant effect on patient loyalty, satisfaction patients have a significant effect on patient loyalty. The image quality of care and Hospitals effect on patient loyalty through patient satisfaction with the value of their indirect effect is greater than the direct effect, with the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable in this study was 90.5% and the remaining 9.5% is explained by other variables that was not presented in this study.Keywords: Quality of Service, Hospital Image, Patient Patient Satisfaction and Loyalty

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengusulkan dan menguji model konseptual untuk memecahkan suatu kesenjangan antara penelitian tentang pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi kerja. Kami mengadopsi teori kinerja Malcolm Baldrige Criteria untuk sebuah keunggulan kinerja yang ada di perusahaan. Penghargaan ini dikelola oleh Lembaga Standar dan Teknologi Nasional (The National Institute of Standard and Technology). Data dikumpulkan dari 107 sampel karyawan Perusahaan Umum Daerah Air Minum Kabupaten Banyuwangi, sebagai sampel kami untuk menguji model penelitian yang diusulkan, menggunakan perangkat lunak pemodelan persamaan WarpPLS 7.0. Tujuan utama dari studi ini adalah untuk menguji koefisien jalur langsung dan tidak langsung dari variabel lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Analisis terhadap potensi sekolah harus mampu dilakukan secara menyeluruh dalam berbagai aspek berkaitan dengan pengelolaan lembaga/sekolah, baik internal maupun eksternal. Konteks tersebut sangat berkaitan erat dengan kelangsungan atau eksistensi lembaga/sekolah itu sendiri. Realitas ini dikarenakan kelangsungan lembaga/sekolah tergantung pada hasil penerimaan siswa baru sebagai customer atau pelanggan pendidikan, sehingga lembaga/sekolah memiliki pendanaan yang cukup untuk proses pelayanan pendidikan. Salah satu langkah yang dapat dimanfaatkan lembaga/sekolah dalam merefleksikan kualitas layanan yang diberikan dapat menggunakan analisis SWOT. Fungsi utama dari analisis SWOT adalah mengidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman terhadap lembaga/sekolah, sehingga mampu terefleksikan dalam sebuah perancanaan yang matang dalam menghadirkan kualitas layanan pendidikan. Penggunaan SWOT disisi lain dapat memetakan potensi lembaga/sekolah, yang kemudian dapat dikontruksi sebagai alat untuk pemasaran/promosi lembaga/sekolah itu sendiri. Pentingnya analisis SWOT di era disrupsi saat ini, belum diimbangi kemampuan personal lembaga/sekolah dalam mengimplementasikannya secara komprehensif. Akibat dari kondisi tersebut, langkah pemasaran lembaga/sekolah hanya berlangsung secara kultural, tidak ada langkah strategis yang mampu dikonstruksi untuk dimanfaatkan dalam rangka proses penerimaan/rekruitmen siswa baru. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan sebagai program kegiatan pengabdian pada Masyarakat yang dikemas dalam bentuk pelatihan, pelatihan SWOT pada personil lembaga/sekolah secara langsung agar berdampak terhadap kreatifitas dan program kerja yang rasional dan realitas dalam upaya meningkatkan mutu layanan pendidikan yang diberikan oleh sekolah. Teridentifikasinya kelemahan dapat menjadi peluang dalam pemetaan potensi sekolah, sehingga langkah strategis pengembangan sekolah dapat dilakukan yang dapat berdampak pada timbulnya animo masyarakat terhadap sekolah tersebut.

This study examines the positive and significant effect of social media marketing, online customer reviews, and e-SERVQUAL on purchase decisions through trust. This study is quantitative research. The whole population is Bekam Therapy Center’s customers. The sample is 104 customers. The data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires online. WarpPLS 7.0 was used as a data analysis method to identify and estimate the relationship between variables. The variables consist of social media marketing (X1), online customer review (X2), e-SERVQUAL (X3), purchase decision (Y), and trust (Z). The result shows that; 1) Social media marketing does not have a direct positive effect on purchase decisions but does influence trust, 2) Online customer reviews positively affect purchase decisions and trust, 3) E-SERVQUAL has a significant positive effect on both purchase decisions and trust, 4) Trust significantly influences purchase decisions. 5) The mediating role of trust is evident in the relationship between social media marketing and purchase decisions, and e-SERVQUAL and purchase decisions, but not between online customer reviews and purchase decisions.

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze directly and indirectly the influence of the effectiveness of digital attractions and promotions on visiting decisions through visiting interest as an intervening variable in the coastal tourist area of Jember Regency. The sample size for this research was 400 respondents. The analysis technique used is Structural Equation Model (SEM) using WarpPLS 7.0. The results of data analysis show that the variable Effectiveness of attractions has a significant influence on interest in visiting, digital promotion has a significant influence on interest in visiting, Effectiveness of attractions has a significant influence on the decision to visit, digital promotion has a significant influence on the decision to visit, interest in visiting has a significant influence on the decision to visit. Indirectly, the effectiveness of digital attractions and promotions has a significant effect on visiting decisions through visiting interest as an intervening variable. The results of data analysis show that the variables of effectiveness of attraction, interest in visiting and digital promotion partially have a significant influence on the decision to visit the coastal tourist area of Jember Regency.

Human resources who serve as officers or employees in a company or institutional organization are always considered a vital asset for an organization. Performance or work achievement can be interpreted as achieving work results in accordance with the rules and standards that apply to each organization. Performance can also be said to be the result or output of a process. The purpose of this research is to find out directly the influence of work engagement and knowledge sharing on employee performance at RSD dr. Soebandi Jember. The total sample in this study was 171 inpatient nurse respondents with a minimum work period of 3 years. Descriptive analysis is used to determine the respondent's description. Validity test and reliability test for the validity and reliability of research data. Hypothesis testing was also carried out in this research. The research results show that work engagement and knowledge sharing partially have a positive and significant effect on the performance of RSD dr. Soebandi Jember.

The Village Minimum Service Standards state that Village Government is the administration of government affairs and the interests of the local community, so public services by village officials are expected to be able to lead to good governance. The aim of this research was to have 2 (two) objectives, namely the first was to determine the influence of ethical leadership on the performance of village officials. The second objective is to determine the influence of organizational commitment on the performance of village officials. To obtain research data, a research questionnaire was used which was distributed to 100 village officials. The population is the Village Apparatus of Probolinggo Regency. The sample was determined as 100 respondents using random sampling technique. Validity and reliability tests were carried out so that the questionnaire could be used. The influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable was tested by testing the research hypothesis and the results were that ethical leadership and organizational commitment had a positive impact on employee performance in the Village Government in Probolinggo Regency.

Employee performance is very important for the survival of an organization. This is because individual employee performance will have an impact on organizational performance. The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style variables and job training on employee performance at PT. Imasco Asiatic Cement Jember. The population in this study includes all 234 employees of the PT Semen Imasco Asiatic Jember factory. The minimum number of samples taken was 117 respondents, which is 50% of the total 234 employees. Descriptive analysis is used to explain respondents' descriptions in this research. Validity tests and reliability tests are also used so that the questionnaire used is valid and reliable. Hypothesis testing to determine the impact of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The results of this research show that leadership style and job training have a positive and significant impact on employee performance at PT. Imasco Asiatic Cement Jember.

Accreditation is an effort to assess whether an institution is worthy of providing services to users. Accreditation assessment is feasible so that the institution is worthy and guaranteed in providing services in any field. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of rewards and motivation in influencing interest in participating in the accreditation program on PAUD leaders in Jember. All PAUD leaders in Jember became the population with a total of 1804 people. The number of samples was 327 leaders using the Slovin formula. The analysis tools were descriptive statistics, validity and reliability tests and direct influence tests. Rewards have a direct effect on interest in participating in accreditation. Motivation has an impact on interest in participating in accreditation.
