Abstract

Satisfying consumer needs is the dream of every company. Apart from being an important factor for the survival of the company, meeting consumer needs can increase its superiority in the competition. Consumers who are satisfied with service quality tend to repurchase the product and reuse the product when the same need reappears in the future. This study aims to determine the analysis of service quality at the bolly department store tente. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, while this type of research includes descriptive research. The population in this study were consumers who had used jt services, the number of samples taken in this study were 96 respondents. The research instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data analysis used was validity test, reliability test, statistical analysis test (One-Sample Statistics, One-Sample Test). To test the effect between variables using SPSS (Statistical Service Product Solutions) version 23.00. Based on the results of the one-sample t-test at the bolly department store tente, it is said to be good because it meets the criteria of 50%, which means that the quality of service at the bolly department store tente is in accordance with the wishes of consumers.

Abstract

Consumers who are satisfied with the level of trust and service quality are more likely to buy back the product and reuse the service when the same needs reappear at a later date. This study aims to determine the effect of the level of trust and service quality on customer satisfaction on the fast express in the city of Bima. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, while this type of research includes associative research. The population in this study are consumers who have used the fast express service of the service, the number of samples taken in this study were 100 respondents. The sample used in this study was purposive sampling. The research instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis used multiple linear regression, correlation test, determination test, partial test analysis with t test and f test (simultaneous). To test the effect between variables using SPSS (Statistical Service Product Solutions) version 23.00. The results of the study based on the t test (partial) show that the level of trust has an effect on customer satisfaction, service quality has an effect on customer satisfaction, while the level of trust and service quality simultaneously affects customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Consumers who are satisfied with products and services tend to repurchase the product and reuse the service when the same need reappears in the future. This study aims to determine the effect of the use of endorsements on consumer buying interest at AISY Bima city. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population in this study are consumers who have seen endorsements that promote AISY products, the number of samples taken in this study were 50 respondents with the sampling used in this study was purposive sampling. The research instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis used simple linear regression, partial test with t test. To test the effect between variables using SPSS (Statistical Service Product Solutions) version 23.00. The results showed that endorsement had a positive and significant effect on buying interest at AISY in Bima city.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa Pengaruh Resiko Kredit terhadap profitabilitas.  Hubungan Pengaruh Resiko Kredit terhadap Profitabilitas (ROA)  dalam sejumlah penelitian yang telah dikembangkan diketemukan Pengaruh Resiko Kredit terhadap Profitabilitas dengan hasil negatif dan ada  juga berpengaruh positif signifikan .  Celah penelitian tersebut pada penelitian sekarang perlu dimediasi viable baru, agar Resiko Kredit tidak mempengaruhi menurunnya tingkat profitabilitas . Adapun variabel mediasi tersebut adalah kecukupan Modal ( CAR)Hasil dari analisis Pengaruh Risiko Kredit Terhadap Profitabilitas Dengan Kecukupan Modal Sebagai Variabel Mediasi menunjukkan bahwa CAR mampu memediasi pengaruh langsung NPL terhadap ROA. Dimana pengaruh langsung NPL terhadap ROA semula bernilai-0,562,namun setelah adanya CAR sebagai variabel mediasi, pengaruh hubungan tersebut meningkat  menjadi 0.163.Semakin banyaknya kredit macet pada suatu lembaga keuangan  maka hal tersebut akan menyebabkan kerugian. Untuk menutupi kerugian tersebut lembaga keuangan mengembalikannya  dari  permodalan  yang dimilikinya sehingga akan menurunkan nilai CAR dari Koperasi

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze and determine the effect of job stress, job satisfaction and employee loyalty on employee performance at PT. Samudera Gemilang Denpasar. This research method uses quantitative and qualitative methods by using primary and secondary data sources. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Samudera Gemilang Denpasar as many as 110 people. While the sample of respondents in this study were 86 people from all employees at Samudera Gemilang Denpasar. The result of the research is that work stress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance at Samudera Gemilang Denpasar, while job satisfaction and job loyalty have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Samudera Gemilang Denpasar.

Abstract

Studi kelayakan bisnis penting dilakukan sebelum perusahaan membuka cabang baru dengan tujuan dapat menghindari resiko kegagalan yang akan terjadi di masa mendatang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan pembukaan cabang baru pada PT Monsieur Spoon di sanur di tinjau dari aspek finansial dan nonfinansial. Aspek nonfinansial terdiri dari tiga aspek yaitu, aspek pasar dan pemasaran, aspek teknis dan teknologi, dan aspek manajemen. Sedangkan aspek finansial dianalisis dengan menggunakan tiga metode yaitu, Payback Periode (PP),NPV(Net Present Value) dan PI (Profitability index). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptip kualitatif- kuantitatif. Penelitian kualitatif di gunakan untuk menganalisis aspek pasar dan pemasaran, aspek teknis dan teknologi, dan aspek manajemen. Sedangkan metode penelitian kuantitatif di gunakan untuk menganalisis aspek finansial. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dilihat dari aspek nonfinasial yaitu aspek pasar dan pemasaran, aspek teknis dan teknologi, dan aspek manajemen, pembukaan cabang baru pada PT Monsieur Spoon layak untuk di dirikan. Di karenakan faktor – faktor dan kriteria penilaian kelayakan untuk menilai aspek nonfinansial dapat terpenuhi. Dari aspek finansial pembukaan cabang baru pada PT Monsieur Spoon juga layak di dirikan, karena alat yang di gunakan untuk menilai aspek finansial sesuai dengan ketentuan yang di gunakan yaitu metode Payback Periode (PP) lebih kecil dari umur maksimum proyek yang telah ditetapkan, NPV(Net Present Value) posotif dan PI (Profitability index) 1

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the significant influence of managerial leadership style and work discipline on the quality of production at Bolly Bakery Bima. The type of research used is associative, With  sample of 30 respondents. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling. Distribution of questionnaires using Likert scale measurement. Methods of data analysis using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation analysis, coefficient of determination, f test, and t test. The results of the study can be concluded that the manager's leadership style and work discipline have an influence on the quality of production at Bolly Bakery Bima, where the t value of the leadership style variable is 0.402, which is smaller than the t table value of 2.055 (0.402 2.055) with a significance value of 0.691 0.05 and the work discipline variable of 0.329 is smaller than 2.055 (0.329 2.055) with a significance value of 0.745 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the significant effect of physical work environment and workload on employee performance at the TTA Dara service unit, Bima City. The type of research used is associative, with a sample size of 31 respondents. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires using Likert scale measurement. Methods of data analysis using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation analysis, coefficient of determination, significance test, and simultaneous test. The results of the study can be concluded that the Physical Work Environment has a significant influence on Employee Performance and Workload does not have a significant effect on Employee Performance at the TTA Dara Service Unit Office in Bima City, where the t value of the Physical Work Environment variable is 2,188 greater than the t table value. amounting to 2,051 (2,188 2,051) with a significance value of 0.043 0.05 and the Workload variable of -1,126 is smaller than 2,051 (-1,126 2,051) with a significance value of 0.270 0.05. Work environment and workload have a significant effect on employee performance at the TTA Dara service unit office in Bima City

Abstract

This Research was conducted based on the problems in the  Bima Town Kantin Yuank which consumers considered lacking in promoting their products so that consumers were less interested in making online purchasess at the Kantin Yuank in Bima town.The purpose of study  to determine how good the promotion mix is in online purchases (a study at the Kantin Yuank in Bima town). This type of research is descriptive. The population used in this study is all consumers who have bought products online from the Kantin Yuank in Bima town whose numbers are not known with certanty (unknown population). the number of samples for descriptive research was 100 respondents using purposive sampling tecnique data collection tecniques used in this research are: validity test, reliability test and t test ( one sample t- test).The research in this study indicate that the promotion mix in online purchases ( study at the Kantin Yuank in Bima town) is more than 70 % of the expected ( good).

Abstract

This study aims to influence the Effectiveness of Accounting Information Systems on Employee Performance with Organizational Culture and Work Motivation as Moderation. Employee performance can be affected by the existence of an accounting information system. This research was conducted at BPR in Gianyar Regency using a questionnaire and distributed to employees related to the Accounting Information System. The data analysis technique used is the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results showed that the effectiveness of the Accounting Information System had an effect on employee performance. Furthermore, organizational culture and work motivation are able to moderate the Effect of the Effectiveness of Accounting Information Systems on Employee Performance
