Abstract

The presence of Covid-19 brings global challenges to create a newsocial order or recovery. Financial institutions such as banks, cooperatives andLPDs on the island of Bali are also feeling the impact of the Covid-19 virus.Sedana Werdi Cooperative is one of the savings and loan cooperatives on theisland of Bali. The Sedana Werdi Cooperative implements several policies for itsmembers, one of which is the existence of fines for members who do not pay loansand interest on time. The approach used by the author is descriptive qualitative,namely a description based on the results of observations, interviews and validity,which is based on the process of issuing this fines relief policy, especially in theSedana Werdi Cooperative Br. Dangin Tangluk Kesiman. The data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. Thetriangulation used is technique triangulation and source triangulation.Triangulation technique is done by collecting data from observations, interviews,and documentation. Source triangulation is done by collecting data throughinformation sources, namely through interviews with the head of the SedanaWerdi Savings and Loans Cooperative. The Sedana Werdi Cooperative is here toprovide solutions to its members affected by the recession. The Covid-19pandemic has had an impact on business and financial health. Based on theseconditions, the Sedana Werdi Cooperative offers its members an exemption fromthe obligation to pay the previously imposed fines.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the feasibility of the ArakAlcohol Business at Mas Village. This research is a qualitative-quantitativedescriptive study with the subject of the study, was Tutmang's Bar and Kitchen andthe object of the research is the feasibility of the arak business. The methods used indata collection were interview and documentation. This study used an analysis ofNon-financial aspects in the form of legal aspects, marketing aspects, technicalaspects, and management aspects. While the financial aspect used the PaybackPeriod (PP), Net Present Value (NPV), Profitability Index (PI), Internal Rate ofReturn (IRR), Average Rate of Return (ARR) method. The result from the marketing aspect, technical aspect and management aspect showed that the arak business arefeasible, because they met most of the business appraisal criteria however from thelegal aspect it was declared not feasible because they did not have any businesslicenses. Judging from the financial aspect, Tutmang's Bar and Kitchen wasdeclared feasible because it met all the criteria in the feasibility requirements of abusiness.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, training and workdiscipline on employee performance at PT. Tirta Investama (Dc Bali). The dominantphenomenon in this study is employee perception regarding new habits in working during theCOVID-19 pandemic and several other phenomena related to employee performance, namelytraining that has not been maximized and the disciplined attitude of employees at work. Thefocus of the object in this study is organizational culture, training and work discipline onemployee performance with the population used is all employees of PT. Tirta Investama (DcBali). Determination of the sample in this study using the Slovin approach, where the sampleused 83 employees. The technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The test resultsshow that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on the performance ofemployees of PT. Tirta Investama (Dc Bali), Training has a positive and significant effect onthe performance of employees of PT. Tirta Investama (Dc Bali) and work discipline have apositive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Tirta Investama (Dc Bali).

Abstract

The progress of development in Indonesia is very rapid, buildingmaterials are demanded to have very good quality. The purpose of this study is todetermine the comparison of the compressive strength of red brick andlightweight brick as it should be in the field of development that affects economicdevelopment, in this study it is very useful for the community when buyingmaterials. This type of research is qualitative. The data was obtained byconducting research on data analysis techniques. used is to use a formula todetermine the value of compressive strength. The results showed that red bricksand light bricks had different compressive strength values. Lightweight brickswhich are heated in the sun for 7 days have a compressive strength value of58.916 kg/cm², while those that are soaked in water for 4 days have a compressivestrength value of 36.256 kg/cm² and those which are blown in the wind for 28days have a compressive strength value of 45.32 kg/cm². cm². for red bricks thatare dried for 5 days and then burned for 1 day. after the red bricks are ripe andthen heated in the sun for 7 days has a compressive strength value of 33,709kg/cm² while those that are soaked for 4 days have a compressive strength valueof 29,495 kg/cm² and those that are ventilated for 28 days have a compressive strength value of 25,281 kg/cm².

Abstract

Etika profesi dalam bisnis diperlukan untuk mencapai tujuan bisnisyang sudah ditentukan. Kegiatan bisnis yang diterapkan dengan etika akanmenghindarkan perusahaan dari berbagai pelanggaran yang dilakukan oleh pelakubisnis yang berakibat kelangsungan bisnis tergangggu. Namun, pada prakteknyadilapangan persaingan dalam kegiatan bisnis menjadi suatu polemik sehingga halini dapat memicu pelanggaran terhadap etika menjadi suatu hal yang tidakmustahil untuk terjadi. Salah satu bentuk pelanggaran yang sering terjadi adalahkecurangan dalam pengungkapan laporan keuangan perusahaan. Penelitian inibertujuan untuk mengungkapkan bagaimana etika profesi seorang akuntan mampumencegah kecurangan seorang akuntan perusahaan dalam pengungkapan laporankeuangan dalam perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatankualitatif dimana data dari penelitian diperoleh dari penelusuran media online danmedia sosial yang menyangkut perkembangan bisnis berbagai usaha. Selain itupenelitian ini juga, menggunakan Metode kajian perpustakaan (library research)yang merupakan teknik penelitian yang mana kajian berlandaskan pada pendapatahli mengenai penerapan etika profesi terhadap kelangsungan usaha. PenelitianKepustakaan (Library research) ini memiliki aktivitas utama mengumpulkanlaporan maupun hasil penelitian terkait yang sudah ada. Etika profesi merupakanaturan yang mengikat seorang akuntan sebagai pembuat laporan keuanganperusahaan untuk menaati peraturan dan tidak berlaku seenaknya dengan seluruhpihak yang ada didalamnya. Dalam Pengungkapan laporan keuangan perusahaan,seorang Akuntan Di Indonesia memiliki kode etik akuntan telah dirumuskan olehIkatan Akuntan Indonesia (IAI). Berdasarkan kode etik akuntan ini, akuntanprofesional harus mematuhi prinsip dasar etika profesi sebagai berikut yaitu:Integritas, Objektivitas, Kompetensi, Kerahasiaan, dan Perilaku profesional.

Abstract

One way to become a market leader is to have employees who havehigh abilities and are loyal to the organization where they work. This requirescooperation between employees, management, and company owners. Thiscooperation can occur if each party has a strong commitment to theorganization. Strengthening organizational commitment can be done bydeveloping factors that have a role in organizational commitment. The purposeof this study was to determine the effect of career development and employeeprofessionalism on organizational commitment. This quantitative research wasconducted at CV Anugerah Sidoarjo with a sample of 66 respondents. The studyused data then processed using SPSS with regression analysis. The resultsshowed that career development has a significant influence on the formation oforganizational commitment. In addition, organizational commitment is alsoinfluenced by the professionalism of employees. Together, career developmentand professionalism have a significant influence on organizational commitment.

Abstract

Retail business competition is currently getting tougher. This is becausethe retail business is a picture of economic development. To face this competition,marketing management needs to know how consumers make purchasing decisions.Marketing management needs to know the right way so that consumers decide tobuy at the store. This study aims to determine the effect of pharmacy image andproduct diversity to improve purchasing decisions. The population of thisquantitative study are consumers from one of Kimia Farma's pharmacies in thecity of Surabaya in East Java. The number of populations cannot be determined,therefore the researcher used 100 respondents as the research sample. This studyuses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this studyindicate that the image of the pharmacy has a significant influence on researchdecisions. Furthermore, it is proven that purchasing decisions made by consumersare influenced by the variety of products provided. Together, the image of thepharmacy and the diversity of products have a significant influence on consumerpurchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the rapid development of the businessworld which includes the emergence of similar competitors, therefore it is important to have a strategy in maintaining the company by using the right salespromotion. Branding is one of the promotions that is able to create a goodreputation in a brand and a good word of mouth (Word of Mouth Marketing)communication strategy is also able to influence purchasing power or purchasingdecisions by consumers. The aims of this investigation was to make sure the effectof Branding on the Purchasing Decision of Lulur Sekar Jagat and the Effect ofBranding on the Purchase Decision of Lulur Sekar Jagat mediated by Word ofMouth Marketing. This investigation is a quantitative study with a survey methodwhere the population are consumers who have purchased or used the product ofLulur Sekar Jagat and the sample used is 65 people determined by nonprobabilitysampling technique. Path analysis technique (path analysis) with thehelp of simple regression and Sobel test to answer the hypothesis in this studywith the results showing that (1) Branding has a positive and significant effect onpurchasing decisions for Lulur Sekar Jagat (2) Branding has a positive effect onpurchasing decisions for Lulur Sekar Jagat mediated by word of mouthmarketing. There are suggestions for companies that are expected to continue toinnovate and maintain product quality and continue to do branding on productsso that they can always attract consumers and companies should improvepromotional media in accordance with trends and the use of the latest technologyand not only rely on word of mouth promotion mediation to increase volume.company sales.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the efect of Debt to TotalAsset Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Asset, dan Net Profit Margin onDividend Payout Ratio. The object used in this study is the automotive subsectorliste on the indonesian stock exchange wit a sample of 4 companies selectedusing purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used to process thedata in this research is the Classsical Assumption Test which consist of (1)Normality Test, (2) Multicollinearity Test, (3) Heteroscedasticity Test, and (4)Autocorrelation Test, Multiple Linear Reggression Analysis, CorrelationCoefficient and Determination, as well Partial Test (T Test) and SimultaneousTest (F Test). The result of this research is the Debt to Total Asset Ratio (DAR)has no effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has a negative effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). Return On Assets(ROA) Has No Effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). And the Net ProfitMargin (NPM) has no effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). Then the Debtto Total Asset Ratio (DAR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Assets (ROA),and Net Profit Margin (NPM) have no effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR).

Abstract

Purchase decisions become things that must be observed by customerswhen the process of meeting the needs of products or services. Increasedpurchasing decisions on a product and service are expected by all companies.This is what Hypermart wants for the products they offer. There are severalfactors in purchasing decisions that can affect consumers. These factors includeservice quality, store atmosphere and price perception. This survey was done inthe Hypermart Royal Plaza Surabaya with a sample size of 100 participants, andthe results are in. The author of this research used a non-probability samplingstrategy in conjunction with an incidental sampling approach. Multiple linearregression was used to assess the study data that had been obtained. The findingsof this research revealed that the quality of service, the environment of the shop,and the impression of the pricing had a favorable and substantial impact onpurchase choices at Hypermart Royal Plaza Surabaya. The findings of this studymay be used to further expand this research by including more factors that, inprinciple, have an impact on purchase choices.
