Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Chandra Tabanan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Chandra Tabanan yang berjumlah 30 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus yaitu menggunakan seluruh jumlah karyawan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda yang diolah menggunakan software SPSS versi 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Chandra Tabanan, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Chandra Tabanan.

Abstract

The influence of leadership on organizational, Transactional and employee perfomnce (case study an Kanwil PT Pegadaian Persero, Denpasar. The purpose of this research to determine the effect of transformational and transactional leadership on organizational innovation culture and employee performance. The number of samples in this study were 131 employees sampled. Hypothesis testing using structural model analysis techniques (SEM analysis), with the tools of SPSS (statistical package for social science) and AMOS (analysis of moment structure). The results showed that: (1) transformational leadership has a positive effect on the performance of employees in the Office (2) transactional leadership has a positive effect on employee performance at the Office of  (3) the positive effect of transformational leadership on organizational culture of innovation at Office (4) the positive effect of transactional leadership on organizational culture in the Office, and (5) organizational culture of innovation has a positive effect on employee performance in the Office. Keywords : transformational leadership, transactional leadership, organizational culture of innovation and employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational and transactional leadership on organizational innovation culture and employee performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify and obtain information regarding the strengths and weaknesses of the concept of working from home during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses an exploratory case study method and its research approach uses a qualitative method used to obtain information on the strengths and weaknesses of the concept of working from home during the Covid-19 pandemic. In this study the number of respondents used was 10 employees of state-owned enterprises (BUMN) in the Denpasar area. For purposes of confidentiality, respondents are given the initials K1 through K10 with semi-structured interview techniques and a list of questions compiled and developed based on the related literature. The results of this study are the concept of work from home provides advantages and disadvantages for employees. The advantage referred to is that employees can save on transportation costs so that this is used to divert transportation expenses to meet household needs and to prevent the spread of Covid-19. While the lack of work from home in this case both in terms of internet costs, home atmosphere distruction and decreased levels of employee motivation in completing work.

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze and determine the effect of job stress, job satisfaction and employee loyalty on employee performance at PT. Samudera Gemilang Denpasar. This research method uses quantitative and qualitative methods by using primary and secondary data sources. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Samudera Gemilang Denpasar as many as 110 people. While the sample of respondents in this study were 86 people from all employees at Samudera Gemilang Denpasar. The result of the research is that work stress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance at Samudera Gemilang Denpasar, while job satisfaction and job loyalty have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Samudera Gemilang Denpasar.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect, competence, organizational culture and emotional intelligence on employee performance at LPD in South Denpasar. Quantitative methods/approaches are used in this study. The number of samples used were 87 LPD employees in South Denpasar with the saturated sampling method, namely by using all the population as samples. Collecting data using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. Then analyzed using SPSS 23 for windows. The results showed that all the proposed research hypotheses were accepted. The conclusion in this study is that competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Efforts are made to improve performance, namely providing training and opportunities to add insight to employees and develop work creativity in accordance with their fields.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the phenomenon of competition in the field of providing hotel lodging services, where the growing development of tourism causes the growth rate of tourism accommodation such as hotels to also increase. This causes non-star hotels as one of the providers of hospitality services to also improve to face this competition by changing the system they have in order to still have an advantage over their competitors. In this study using respondents as many as 91 people with quantitative analysis and testing the research path test was carried out using the Partial Least Square (Smart PLS) 2.0 analysis tool. Based on the results of the research analysis, it was found that internal marketing had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction had an insignificant positive effect on service quality, and internal marketing had a significant positive effect on service quality. The implementation of this research is to maintain and improve internal marketing by rewarding work performance, to increase job satisfaction by listening more to the suggestions given by employees, and to maintain and improve service quality by always giving personal/special attention to guests who stay and understand the special needs of staying guests. In addition, the results of this study also create a gap for further research, where the relationship between internal marketing and service quality has no significant positive effect.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi, pelatihan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Tirta Investama (Dc Bali). Fenomena yang dominan dalam penelitian ini ada pada persepsi karyawan terkait adanya kebiasaan baru dalam bekerja di masa pandemi covid-19 serta beberap fenomena lain yang berhubungan dengan kinerja karyawan yaitu pelatihan yang belum maksimal serta sikap disiplin dari karyawan dalam bekerja. Fokus objek pada penelitian ini adalah budaya organisasi, pelatihan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan populasi yang digunakan adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Tirta Investama (Dc Bali). Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Slovin, dimana sampel menggunakan 83 karyawan. Teknik yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Tirta Investama (Dc Bali), Pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Tirta Investama (Dc Bali) serta Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Tirta Investama (Dc Bali).

Abstract

Maximum cooperative management has an impact on cooperative performance that is getting better and healthier. Management of human resources in cooperatives is a way to improve cooperative performance. From the development of cooperatives and the results of interviews with cooperative employees about creativity that tends to be low, job satisfaction is lacking and employee performance is low, it will be very important and it is necessary to do research. Research respondents totaled 60 people, with a sampling technique that is non-probability sampling and analyzed using Smart PLS. The results and discussion of the data in this study indicate that the performance of employees at cooperative institutions in the North Denpasar sub-district is strongly influenced by the level of creativity and the role of employee job satisfaction itself. From these results, it is suggested that cooperative institutions in developing their businesses should be based on the value of creativity in providing services to the community, considering that cooperative institutions currently have almost the same service concept so they need to be supported by a dimension of creativity that provides innovation value in competition.

Abstract

Human resources are an important factor in an organization. Every organization will also always improve the quality of its resources so that its performance is satisfactory. The quality improvement is also one of the efforts to make employees more motivated and clear the direction of the goals to be achieved. This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance and the effect of communication on employee performance in the sculpture industry. The research data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires using a five-point Likert scale as a measuring tool. The population of this study were all employees in the sculpture industry with a total sample of 86 people. Sampling was done by using the saturated sample technique. Then the data were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 for Windows. The results show that transformational leadership and communication have a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the sculpture industry
