Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Accounts Receivable Turnover and InventoryTurnover on Net Profit Margin (NPM) at PT Tiga Pilar Sejahtea Food, Tbk. Thepopulation in this study was 18 years old based on the purposive sampling method, asample of 10 years was obtained, namely in 2011-2020. In this study, the data wasprocessed using SPSS version 2020 with data analysis techniques consisting of; (1)Classical Assumption Test, namely Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test,Heteroscedasticity Test, Autocorrelation Test; (2) Multiple Linear Analysis; (3)Correlation and Determination Coefficients; (4) Partial test; and (5) Simultaneous test ofhypothesis testing method using a significant level of 5%. The results of the study showthat the Accounts Receivable Turnover variable has no partial significant effect on theNet Profit Margin (NPM), the Inventory Turnover variable has a partially significanteffect on the Net Profit Margin (NPM) and the influence of Receivable Turnover and Inventory Turnover has a simultaneous significant effect on the Net Profit Margin (NPM).) at PT Tiga Pilar Sejahtera Food, Tbk

Abstract

Share price is an important consideration when assessing shareholder welfare andcan be used as an indicator of how well a company is performing. The higher thestock price, the higher the value of the company. Conversely, a low stock pricemeans that the value of the company will also be low. Low shares can mean thecompany's performance is not optimal. The author chose this title because he wasinterested in the problems that exist in the company. the problem with thecompany is the decline in stock prices in 2020. the value of current debt and netincome of food and beverage companies fluctuates. the purpose of this study wasto analyze the effect of EPS, CR, and inflation on stock prices. There are 7 companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in this study. This type ofresearch is associative. research instruments in the form of financial reports thatare accessed directly through the IDX website. based on the results of the analysisthere is the effect of EPE, CR and inflation simultaneously on stock prices seenfrom the calculated f value which is greater than f table. Partially, EPS has aneffect on stock prices, as seen from the t-count value which is greater than the ttable value. while CR and Inflation have no effect on stock prices because the tcount value is smaller than the t-table value.

Abstract

The amount of company competition and the current pandemic situationforces every producer to be smart in choosing products to produce by carrying outvarious innovations and promotions, one of which is Ohadoku, which is food that carriesa retro style. This type of research uses associative research with a total of 110 samplesfrom all ohadoku consumers in Uma Ilopeta. The sampling technique used purposivesampling with the results of the t-test signifthat all independent variables have a significant effect on the dependent variable.

Abstract

Bank is an institution that acts as an intermediary that connects partieswho have excess funds with those who lack funds in the form of savings andchannel them again to the public in the form of credit or other forms, which aimsto improve the standard of living of the community considering its very importantfunction for the wheels of the economy and life. Public. the banking industry musthave superiority SDM good and have high competitiveness and have good performance. Therefore, a study was carried out with the title Excellence SDMand competitive on performance PT. Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk CabangDenpasar during the covid-19 pandemic. This study aims to examine theExceelence of SDM and Competitiveness of Performance PT. Bank TabunganNegara Tbk Cabang Denpasar. The sample in this study were employess PT. BankTabungan Negara Tbk Cabang Denpasar. The research method used in thisresearch is quantitative research using descriptive methods. The process focollecting research data using a questionnaire distribution technique to 56respondents and processed using SPSS. The data analysis technique in this studyis multiple linear regression using the SPSS (Statistical Package For SocialScience) version 23 application. The results obtained by the author are that theadvantages of SDM positive and significant effect on performasce,competitineness has a positive and significant effect on performance, SDMexcellence and competitiveness together have a positive and positive effect onperformance PT. Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk Cabang Denpasar.

Abstract

High brand equity becomes the company's strength to stay in themarket competition. Increasing brand equity is one of the company's strategiesthat is carried out all the time. Increasing the supporting factors of brand equityis a way to strengthen brand equity. This study aims to determine the role ofproduct attributes and brand attitudes in increasing brand equity. The researchpopulation is the consumer of the Rinnai brand gas stove. Obtained 85respondents as research samples with purposive sampling technique. Researchdata obtained through the distribution of questionnaires will then be analyzedusing multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that product attributesplay a significant role in the development of brand equity. Furthermore, brandequity is significantly influenced by brand attitudes. Product attributes and brandattitudes have a significant role in the joint formation of brand equity.

Abstract

Performance is an important thing in order to support the smoothrunning of the organization in achieving its goals and can be created if there is a high spirit of the employees. From the observation of thephenomenon of decreasing employee performance at PT. Diversey Bali iscaused by several factors including compensation, work involvement andworkload. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, workinvolvement and workload on employee performance at PT. Diversey Bali.The sampling technique used is a saturated sample using all employees ofPT. Diversey Bali, totaling 33 people. The method of analysis used multiplelinear regression using the SPSS IBM Statistics 24.0 Portable program.From the results of the analysis obtained the results of the effect ofcompensation, work engagement and workload on employee performanceat PT. Diversey Bali is positive and significant. From the results ofmultiple linear regression analysis, the regression equation Y= 14,663 +0.374 X1 + 0.444 X2 1.135 X3¬can be explained that the pattern ofinfluence of compensation variables (X1) and work involvement (X2) onthe dependent variable of employee performance (Y) is positive, meaningthat if the variable If self-efficacy and organizational climate increase,employee performance will increase or vice versa. While the effect of theworkload variable (X3) on employee performance (Y) is negative, meaningthat if the workload variable increases, employee performance willdecrease and vice versa. From the results of the tdi test, it can be seen thatself-efficacy and organizational climate partially have a positive andsignificant effect on employee performance. This means that the higher thecompensation or work involvement, the higher the resulting performance.Meanwhile, workload has a negative and significant effect on employeeperformance. This means that the higher the workload, the lower theresulting performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul effect brand image dan social media marketingterhadap purchase intention umkm kain endek Gianyar Bali. Kecenderunganuntuk memustuskan membeli produk fashion menjadikan produk kain endeksebagai pilihan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan fashion, baik itu fashion untuk adatmaupun formalitas. Seiring dengan perkembangan globalisasi sekarang ini faktorperkembangan UMKM di Indonesia tak lepas dari adanya perkembanganteknologi salah satunya pemasaran produk melalui social media. Penelitian inibertujuan untuk menguji hipotesis pengaruh brand image dan social mediamarketing terhadap purchase intention umkm kain endek Gianyar Bali. Sampeldalam penelitian ini menggunakan 100 sampel dari umkm kain endek GianyarBali. Pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalampenelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakanprogram SPSS sebagai alat analisis. Hasil F test bahwa brand image dan socialmedia marketing berpengaruh secara bersamaan terhadap purchase intentionUMKM kain Endek Gianyar Bali dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 serta Fhitung > F tabel (90,913 > 3,09). Koefisien korelasi berganda menyatakan bahwabrand image dan social media marketing terhadap purchase intention memilikikorelasi yang kuat. Koefisen determinasi diperoleh sebesar sebesar 64,5%variabel purchase intention dipengaruhi oleh variabel brand image dan socialmedia marketing, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 35,5% dijelaskan oleh faktor lainyang tidak dimasukkan ke dalam model. Brand image dan social media marketingberpengaruh secara bersamaan terhadap purchase intention UMKM kain EndekGianyar Bali. Hal ini berarti semakin baik brand image dan social mediamarketing secara bersamaan maka purchase intention UMKM kain endek GianyarBali akan semkin meningkat. Sedangkan jika brand image dan social mediamarketing secara bersamaan semakin buruk maka purchase intention UMKM kainendek Gianyar Bali akan semakin menurun.

Abstract

Organizational management has an important task so that thecompany's operations can continue to run. Management of employees as companyassets becomes part of management. Company management tries not to lose itsemployees by increasing job satisfaction. Various factors that can increase jobsatisfaction are researched and developed. This study aims to determine the roleof distributive justice and procedural justice to be able to develop job satisfaction.This quantitative research was conducted in one of the business entities operatingin Malang City. This study uses the census method as a sample of 60 employeeswho work. Research data obtained through questionnaire responses. Data wereanalyzed by multiple linear regression. The data processing process proves thatdistributive justice has a significant influence on the development of jobsatisfaction. Research also proves that procedural justice plays a significant rolein shaping employee job satisfaction. Together, distributive justice andprocedural justice have a significant impact on increasing job satisfaction.

Abstract

The achievement of consumer loyalty is the company's advantage to beable to survive in increasingly fierce competition. Loyal bank customers have thepossibility to provide recommendations to other customers. This study focuses onthe competencies, attitudes and performance of employees to the responses tocustomer satisfaction survey results to increase customer loyalty at the DenpasarBranch of the Bank Tabungan Negara. Data were collected using a questionnaireusing 100 samples of respondents which were then processed using path analysis.Based on the analysis results obtained that attitude has a significant effect oncustomer loyalty, performance, has no significant effect on customer loyalty,satisfaction, has a significant effect on customer loyalty, attitude has a significanteffect on satisfaction, performance has no significant effect on satisfaction andattitudes and performance are mediated by satisfaction consumers influence oncustomer loyalty. So that recommendations can be given to the Denpasar Branchof the Bank Tabungan Negara to always provide the best service for eachcustomer appropriately and responsively so that employee performance has amore positive impact on customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Abstract

Marketing Management is not only faced with increasingly strongbusiness competition but also changes in consumer behavior. The development oftechnology and changes in lifestyle cause consumers to have dynamic behavior.Customer value is one of the consumer behavior that can change the direction of thecompany's marketing. All factors considered capable of influencing customer valuewere studied such as brand class and brand image. This research was conducted todetermine customer value in terms of brand class and brand image. The study wasconducted on 90 users of SKII brand facial care products. The research sample wasobtained by purposive sampling which will then fill in the questionnaire which is thesource of the data for this research. The data is processed by regression technique.The results of the study show that brand class influences the formation of customervalue to consumers. The results showed that the brand class affects the formation ofcustomer value to consumers. In addition, this study also shows that customer valuecan be developed by developing a brand image. Brand class together with brandimage have been proven to build customer value to consumers.
