The ability to deal with various difficult situations or events, both personal demands (internal) and community demands (external) can cause pressure on a person. But whether an event will cause pressure or not, depends on how the individual handles it, which is called coping. Based on this, it is necessary for social workers and addiction counselors at IPWL to pay attention to mentoring drug abusers when they face situations related to emotional aspects. Abstract

The territory of Indonesia is an area that is prone to disasters, both natural, non-natural and social disasters. The occurrence of various disasters in Indonesia resulted in loss of life and property, damage to educational facilities in the form of collapsing school buildings, and school children who were threatened not to be able to carry out learning in class. The National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB) noted that since the earthquake and tsunami in Aceh in 2004, and various disaster events up to 2014, in total more than 300,000 people died and more than 10,000 schools were affected by the disaster, either heavily damaged or collapsed (BNPB: 2014). Children are one of the most vulnerable groups when a disaster occurs. One way to protect children from disasters is to make disaster risk reduction a part of the school curriculum. This study was conducted using the secondary data research methods, with the locus of study on data from various parties regarding disaster risk reduction education in schools. The data collected was then analyzed using document analysis techniques. The results of the analysis conclude that social workers are needed in disaster risk reduction in schools environment

Abstract

Poverty is one of the most common problems in every country. The achievement of the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) regarding the eradication of poverty is indeed indicated to have made good progress. Nevertheless, poverty alleviation remains one of the core agendas for the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). As a form of contribution to the SDGs, the G20 is expected to have strategies related to poverty alleviation. This study aims to examine and discuss the concept of joint industrial expansion as a solution to the G20 in poverty alleviation in developing countries. The method used in this study is a literature review with conceptual review techniques and a qualitative approach. The results showed that the concept of joint industrial expansion is a concept where developed countries and developing countries that are members of the G20 work together to expand industries that previously existed or have been running in developed countries to be applied in developing countries while still making adjustments to the potential of member countries. It can also be done by building a new industry by looking at the potential of the place where the industry will be built. Therefore, all G20 member countries and all relevant parties must work together in the implementation of joint industrial expansion, so that the results obtained are appropriate and can reduce poverty in developing countries.
