Abstract

Poverty is one of the most common problems in every country. The achievement of the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) regarding the eradication of poverty is indeed indicated to have made good progress. Nevertheless, poverty alleviation remains one of the core agendas for the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). As a form of contribution to the SDGs, the G20 is expected to have strategies related to poverty alleviation. This study aims to examine and discuss the concept of joint industrial expansion as a solution to the G20 in poverty alleviation in developing countries. The method used in this study is a literature review with conceptual review techniques and a qualitative approach. The results showed that the concept of joint industrial expansion is a concept where developed countries and developing countries that are members of the G20 work together to expand industries that previously existed or have been running in developed countries to be applied in developing countries while still making adjustments to the potential of member countries. It can also be done by building a new industry by looking at the potential of the place where the industry will be built. Therefore, all G20 member countries and all relevant parties must work together in the implementation of joint industrial expansion, so that the results obtained are appropriate and can reduce poverty in developing countries.

The development of information technology can change social order and behavior. The wrong use of advances in information technology refers to crime. The level of cybercrime in Indonesia has reached an alarming stage, therefore the existence of a security system and regulations related to this matter is an urgent need. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze law enforcement efforts in combating cybercrime in order to build future digital security in Indonesia. Normative legal research is used by researchers to answer related problems through a legal approach with a literature study method. The results showed that although cybercrime has been regulated in positive law in force in Indonesia, the regulation and implementation of security can be said to be still not optimal. Researchers suggest that cybersecurity-related regulations should be specific. Furthermore, harmonization and synchronization of related rules must be carried out so that the handling of cybercrime becomes integrated. Finally, the establishment of a special institution for handling cyber problems is important so that Indonesia has a strong cyber defense

Abstract

The phenomenon of poverty is a social problem that is always discussed in a global context. Not only in developing countries, even poverty is still possible in developed countries. Poverty is still one of the government's homework because the achievement of sustainable development targets still requires several efforts to evaluate improvements. Similarly, in Tangerang City, although the poverty rate in this city is not the highest and can be said to be relatively low, it still needs to be considered to be improved. Researchers use qualitative research methods through literature review and focus group discussion (FGD) to collect data. The results show that in fighting poverty, all relevant parties must be involved. Even though cooperation has been established, penta helix coordination still needs to be realized in reality. Researchers suggest the need to regulate and strengthen collaboration between academia, the private sector, society, government and the media who are members of the penta helix. Furthermore, harmonization and synchronization of rules with applied policies should also be carried out. So that all related things can be accommodated properly.

Abstract

Introduction: Indigenous peoples are an order of society that existed even before the Indonesian nation was born. The Indonesian state recognizes the existence of indigenous peoples and their rights. The legal protection of indigenous peoples is the responsibility of the state as mandated by the constitution and other relevant laws and regulations regarding the management of natural resources. However, there are still conflicts between indigenous peoples, the government, and companies that have received management permits from the government.Purposes of the Research: This study aims to review and provide a policy model formulation regarding the protection of indigenous peoples in the context of environmental conservation. Methods of the Research: Researchers use normative legal research methods that examine through a statutory approach and a case approach. Legal materials are obtained through literature studies, both primary and secondary legal materials that are relevant to the problem under study. Results of the Research: The results show that currently the arrangements that are a form of recognition and protection of indigenous peoples are still scattered in many laws and regulations. Even though it has been regulated, the arrangement is still not enough, so a policy model for the protection of indigenous peoples is needed that also firmly provides protection in the context of preserving the environment. Because in fact indigenous peoples and the environment are an inseparable part.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the policy of eliminating bad debt bills for MSMEs in Indonesia based on Government Regulation Number 47 of 2024. This policy was initiated as a form of the government's commitment to support the sustainability of MSME businesses that are experiencing financial constraints due to bad loans. The approach used is normative juridical with descriptive-analytical specifications, where research is carried out through the study of documents and literature on primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. The results of the study show that this policy has the potential to ease the financial burden of MSMEs by providing ease of settlement of bad credit obligations. However, the effectiveness of the policy is highly dependent on transparent implementation, clear mechanisms, and strict supervision by the government and relevant financial institutions. This policy also faces challenges, especially in reaching MSMEs that are classified as unbanked or unbankable. This study concludes that regulatory updates and more inclusive policy innovations are needed to ensure that the benefits of this policy can be felt by all MSME actors. The integration of financial technology (Fintech) and the improvement of financial literacy need to be optimized to support a more effective and equitable elimination of bad debts.
