Abstract

This research aims to analyze in more depth the efficiency and effectiveness of the Regional Puplic Service Agency (RPSA) financial budget, work productivity and performance of Puskesmas employees at Payaman Puskesmas Lamongan Regency. The subject in this research were employees at Payaman Community Health Center, Lamongan Regency, with a sample of 62 employees at Payaman Community Health Center. The data analysis used is path analysis, correlation coefficient analysis and coefficient of determination analysis. The results of the research show that in descriptive analysis of the Efficiency, Effectiveness, Productivity of Work Programs and Performance of Community Health Center Employees, respondents rated it as good, although statements with low scores were still found. The path analysis model obtained positive path coefficient values between variables, both directly and indirectly. The productivity variable is able to mediate the efficiency and effectiveness variables on employee performance, where the indirect path coefficient value is greater than the direct path coefficient value. Partial hypothesis test results (a) efficiency significantly influences work productivity, (b) effectiveness significantly influences work productivity, (c) work productivity significantly influences employee performance, (d) efficiency directly significantly influences on employee performance and (e) indirectly effectiveness has a significant influence on employee performance. Simultaneously efficiency and effectiveness have a significant influence on work productivity, where th=57.522 > tα.2.00. Work productivity is able to mediate the efficiency and effectiveness of the RPSA financial budget, where t=5.648 > tα.2.00. Meanwhile, the results of the correlation coefficient show a strong relationship (r-0.813) and the coefficient of determination is also strong (66.1%). This shows that work productivity is more dominantly influenced by the variables used as a model in this research, and has implications for high employee performance.

Abstract

The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) is a non-ministerial government agency tasked with organizing and recording all national and international statistical data by statutory regulations. To fulfill the need for office building facilities and the desire to provide optimal services in the field of public services, it is necessary to consider constructing an Office Building for the North Labuhan Batu Regency Central Statistics Agency which is expected to be able to fulfill its function and utilization through optimal layout and architecture and can contribute positively for development in the region. So the concept of local and modern acculturation must be widely applied, where in this research we will discuss understanding the existence of local and modern elements in building design methods needed to foster and strengthen local values so that they can be preserved in modern era and enrich the culture itself. The research uses descriptive methods to describe research objects, analytical methods to dissect research objects with theory, and interpretive methods to conclude an effort to understand the dominance of local and modern values in design methods and defining forms. Acculturation is used or classified through the design of the central statistical agency office building for a region, including the North Labuhan Batu area.

Abstract

Crimes committed jointly are included in the form of participation (delneming) is an understanding that includes all forms of participation/involvement of a person or persons both psychologically and physically by carrying out each act so as to give rise to a criminal act, namely a criminal act corruption in the procurement of goods/services for the Padang Lawas district government. The problems in this research are regarding the factors that cause corruption to occur jointly, regarding the qualifications of criminal acts of each perpetrator of a criminal act of corruption carried out jointly and the criminal responsibility of perpetrators of a criminal act of corruption in the procurement of goods/services carried out jointly in the Decision. This type of research is normative juridical research, using a statutory approach and a case approach. This research uses literature study which aims to collect secondary data. The data analysis used is qualitative data analysis. Based on the results of research and discussion, factors that cause corruption can be encouragement from within oneself, namely desire, intention to commit an evil act and encouragement from outside the human being, such as the environment (organization), opportunities to commit deviations and so on. Proving the criminal corruption case carried out by the chairman of the DPRD of Padang Lawas Regency jointly, it was proven that the defendant deliberately abused the authority that belonged to him, by issuing a principle permit. Examination at the trial of the defendant's actions fulfilled the criminal elements in the Public Prosecutor's subsidiary indictment. The defendant's action in issuing a principle permit for the construction of the Padang Lawas Regency Government Center area was a form of "act of abusing authority which has benefited other people or corporations (in this case PT. Bungo Pantai Brothers).

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the positive and significant influence of leadership, supervision and punishment on employee work discipline at PT Sultan Aren Indonesia, both partially and simultaneously. This research uses the method quantitative with data analysis techniques used, namely classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, as well as hypotheses. The sample in this study was 57 respondents, using techniques saturated sampling. The research results partially show leadership (X1) has a positive and significant influence on the work discipline (Y) of employees at PT Sultan Aren Indonesia. Supervision (X2) has a positive and significant influence on work discipline (Y) of employees at PT Sultan Aren Indonesia and punishment (X3) has a positive and significant influence on the work discipline (Y) of employees at PT Sultan Aren Indonesia. Meanwhile, the results of simultaneous testing show that leadership (X1), supervision (X2), and punishment (X3) has a positive and significant influence on the work discipline (Y) of employees at PT Sultan Aren Indonesia, with an influence of 74.8%.

Abstract

Hydroponics is a form of cultivating plants without using soil which is starting to be popular among the general public. Hydroponics has several circulation systems such as NFT and DFT. Apart from that, hydroponics also has disadvantages, especially in terms of circulating nutrient fluids and using pumps. Farmers tend to circulate nutrient fluid using a pump that is continuously on for 24 hours, where the power used is power supplied from PLN. Apart from that, the pump is also continuously on for 24 hours, which can result in the pump's lifespan being shorter. The designed hydroponics can be used with an NFT or DFT system which is equipped with a water level sensor and a DS18B20 sensor which can measure the volume of nutrient fluid and also measure the temperature of the nutrient fluid in the hydroponic pipe. The pump comes from solar heat produced from solar panels. Here the water level sensor, relay, and assisted by the water flow sensor and DS18B20 sensor as the main key in the nutrient fluid circulation process in hydroponic plants are assisted by a 12V DC pump, and all of this does not escape the control system used to control the performance of the sensor, namely the system Arduino microcontroller.

Abstract

Lord Antasari No only considered as leader of the Banjar Tribe, he is also leaders of the Ngaju , Maanyan , Siang, Sihong , Kutai , Pasir , Murung , Bakumpai tribes and several ethnic group others who live in regional and inland areas or along the Barito River, both Muslim and Muslim Kaharingan . The research method used is the historical method. The historical method is the process of critically examining and analyzing past historical records and remains. Lord Antasari, born in 1797 or 1809, was the highest leader in the Sultanate of Banjar. He was crowned Panembahan Amiruddin Khalifatul Mukminin in 1862. He died due to lungs and smallpox in Central Kalimantan. The Banjar people's struggle ended in 1905, with Antasari falling in battle against Dutch troops. He was awarded the title of hero national and independence by the Republic of Indonesia in 1968.

Abstract

This research analyzes student satisfaction with facilities and services in the learning process, using surveys and interviews with students at Dian Nusantara University, Jakarta. Samples are selected randomly. The research instrument is a questionnaire and interview guide designed to measure critical aspects of student satisfaction, including physical facilities, learning technology, lecturer support, and administrative processes. The results of data analysis using descriptive statistical methods and factor analysis highlight students' perceptions of the advantages and disadvantages of the University education system. Recommendations include concrete steps to improve the quality of learning process facilities and services, hoping to impact the experience positively. I hope this research can positively contribute to improving the quality of education at Dian Nusantara University

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of market orientation and innovation on business performance in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through competitive advantage. Market orientation is a strategic approach prioritizes customer needs and preferences in business activities. On the other hand, innovation is the process of creating and implementing new ideas to create significant value. This study uses a quantitative approach by collecting primary data through questionnaires distributed to MSME owners or managers. The research sample was taken randomly from the MSME population operating in different sectors. Regression analysis examines the relationship between market orientation, innovation, competitive advantage, and business performance. This explanatory research type uses hypothesis testing to explain causal relationships between variables. One hundred respondents from MSMEs were the samples in this research. Using a technique known as non-probability sampling. T and Sobel tests are used to test hypotheses. Partial Least Square (PLS) was used for data analysis, and SmartPLS 3.0 software was used to assist the research. The findings from this research provide an important contribution for MSME owners or managers in understanding the importance of market orientation and innovation as determining factors of competitive advantage and business performance. In increasingly fierce competition, MSMEs must focus on customers, adopt innovative approaches, and utilize competitive advantages to achieve long-term success.

Abstract

Cognitive development in early childhood is an important phase in forming the foundation of a child's intellectual growth. First, the sensorimotor phase highlights the importance of sensory and motor stimulation in early childhood. Children learn through touch, sight and physical movement, which form the basis for understanding the world around them. Then, the preoperational phase marks the development of symbolic thinking and language skills. Children's creativity and imagination flourish, while their understanding of the concepts of space and time begin to develop. Next, the concrete operational phase shows the child's ability to think logically and understand abstract concepts with the help of concrete objects. Cognitive processes become more complex, and children are able to connect concepts in greater depth. Finally, the formal operational phase marks the child's ability to think abstractly and develop more complex problem-solving skills. Social interactions, educational play and supportive learning experiences all play a key role in forming the foundation of intellectual growth. This understanding also forms the basis for designing effective educational programs, ensuring that children can optimize their cognitive potential during this critical period of development.

Abstract

This article aims to explain and analyze the basic concepts of artificial intelligence or AI and identify areas of AI that can be applied digitally in the marketing field. At this time, AI has an important role in marketing in the digital world. AI has changed the way companies J.CO Coffee & Donuts create programs and interact with customers. AI is also used to manage advertising. Using literature reviews and examples that have been conducted J.CO Coffe & Donuts, this study explores several important aspects such as AI's ability to analyze customer data and market trends, provide targeted content recommendations, personalize customer experience, improve interaction with chatbots, and apply social media sentiment analysis to understand customer reactions to marketing. The result of this research is that the presence of AI and social media currently provides an opportunity for a product to be able to develop more and reach its market. This research confirms that AI is a powerful and effective tool to improve the effectiveness and success of marketing campaigns.
