Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of stress management implementation on work motivation and turnover intention and its impact on employee performance at Sogaten Hospital, Madiun City. The population consists of 421 employees with a sample of 80 people selected using the Slovin formula. Data were collected through questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The analysis was conducted using path analysis, correlation coefficient, and coefficient of determination. The results of the analysis show that stress management has a significant effect on work motivation (p < 0.05; R2 = 0.233) and turnover intention (p < 0.05; R2 = 0.268). Work motivation also has a significant effect on performance (p < 0.05; R2 = 0.521), while turnover intention has a significant negative effect on performance (p < 0.05; R2 = 0.058). However, simultaneously, work motivation and turnover intention have no significant effect on performance (p > 0.05; R2 = 0.059). In addition, stress management has a direct influence on employee performance (path coefficient = 0.268). However, the indirect effect through work motivation (path coefficient = 0.07) and turnover intention (path coefficient = -0.124) is not statistically significant. This study provides an understanding of the importance of stress management in increasing work motivation and reducing turnover intention, which in turn can affect employee performance at RSUD Sogaten Madiun City.

Abstract

The Referral Back Program encounters various challenges in its implementation. According to BPJS Health data for the year 2017, there is a notable increase in cases of Advanced Outpatient Level (RJTL) in CMG-Q (Ambulatory Group Episodic), with a significant rise of 4.9 million cases compared to 2016. This has led to suboptimal Primary Health Care (FKTP) and an increased cost of IDR 789 billion in 2016. Stable patients tend to prefer seeking treatment at hospitals rather than returning to FKTP, and FKTPs are not fully equipped to provide pharmaceutical drug services. In terms of methodology, this research adopts a descriptive approach with a qualitative method to gain a clear and in-depth understanding of the implementation of the Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (DM) Patient Referral Program at the Sei Suka Batubara Community Health Center. The results of the research indicate that the expected outcomes of the Disease Referral Registry (DRR) are being achieved, and there is a continuous effort to enhance service excellence. The readiness of officers implementing the referral program at Sei Suka Batubara Health Center appears to be effective, as demonstrated by the efficiency of the service process and its output. Overall, the information gathered suggests that the implementation of the Health Service Referral Program for Type 2 DM Patients is effective.

Abstract

Hydroponics is a form of plant cultivation that is widely used without using soil and has several circulation systems such as (Deep Flow Technique) DFT and (Nutrient Film Technique) NFT. This research describes one solution to improve the weaknesses of manual hydroponics, especially in terms of circulating nutrient fluids and using pumps. Hydroponic farmers tend to circulate nutrient fluids using pumps that operate 24 hours continuously, whose electricity is supplied by PLN. In addition, the pump remains on continuously for 24 hours, which can shorten the life of the pump. This hydroponic design uses a DFT hydroponic system equipped with a DS18B20 sensor which can measure the volume of nutrient fluid, a water level sensor and also measure the temperature of the nutrient fluid in the hydroponic pipe. The electrical power to drive the pump comes from solar heat produced by solar panels. Here the relay sensor, water level sensor and assisted by a water flow sensor and DS18B20 sensor as the main key in the nutrient fluid circulation process in hydroponic plants are assisted by a 12V DC pump and all of this cannot be separated from the control system used to check sensor performance, namely the Arduino Microcontroller system.

Abstract

This research aims to explore and examine organizational strategies that encourage school development innovation through the implementation of the Multi Development School Program. Focusing on strengthening the theoretical foundations of Development Strategy in the Multi-Development School Program, this study centers on initiatives organized by the Bumi Hijau Center Foundation under the auspices of the Education Providing Organization (POP) Policy approved by the Ministry of Education. Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kemendikbud Ristek). Methodologically, this research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, involving 18 key informants and additional stakeholders who are closely involved in related issues. Researchers conducted observations, interviews and analysis to obtain the conclusion that the Multi Development School Program (PSMP) has produced positive results through interventions carried out by community organizations (ormas) responsible for POP. This intervention has had a significant impact on teachers, principals, students, parents and the wider community, thereby improving overall school performance. Nonetheless, this study underscores the importance of expanding interventions to achieve broader and more sustainable impacts. The challenges in measuring the impact of specific interventions highlight the need for additional data and information on concrete outcomes, particularly in the areas of educational improvement, increased teacher competency, and positive impacts on teachers and principals.

Abstract

With the increase in temperature that causes the life of the induction motor to decrease and often occurs in induction motors is the unbalanced phase voltage which causes the performance of the induction motor to decrease. in this paper describes the effect of unbalanced voltage on the temperature of a three phase induction motor, which is expected to be used as a reference for isolation and protection of the induction motor itself. The induction motor in an unbalanced voltage state has a higher temperature increase than the state of the five-phase induction motor in a balanced voltage, which is 0.36 0C / m for balanced voltage, 0.72 0C / m for 1% unbalanced voltage and 0.84 0C / m for 3% unbalanced voltage based on infrared thermometer measurements. While measurements using resistance measurements are 0.64 0C/m for balanced voltage, 0.934 0C/m for 1% unbalanced voltage and 1.147 0C/m for 3% unbalanced voltage.

Abstract

A method of documenting a progress patient note explicates three details, including what happened to the patient, what is planned for the patient & how the patient reacts to the therapy being taken. The documentation method employs four steps regarding a systematic decision-making process, known as SOAP which is an acronym for Subjective, Objective, Assessment, and Plan. Based on a previous study conducted at the medical record installation of Dr. R.M. Djoelham General Hospital in Binjai, there was still incomplete documentation on the forms of the patient progress notes integrated outpatient care by SOAP. Objectives: To find out the percentage of the completeness and incompleteness in filling out the outpatient integrated progress note forms according to SOAP and to determine the factors causing the completeness and incompleteness of filling out the forms according to SOAP at Dr. R.M. Djoelham General Hospital in Binjai.

Abstract

The first thing that needs to be considered in designing an antenna is the frequency used. Frequency affects the size of the antenna. The smaller the antenna, the larger the dimensions of the antenna, and vice versa. The frequency used in this research is the UHF frequency (600 MHz). The antenna designed is a yagi antenna type which is based on this frequency so the size of the antenna is quite large. To be able to reduce the physical size of the antenna by maintaining or increasing the performance of the antenna, one technique that can be applied is the fractal Koch curve technique. From the antenna simulation results, the antenna characteristic parameters were obtained, namely gain of 12.9 dBi, VSWR 1.4, and unidirectional radiation pattern. After applying the fractal Koch Curve technique in iteration 1, an increase in gain of 7.3%, VSWR of 1.18, unidirectional radiation pattern and a decrease in the linear physical length of the antenna was obtained by 7.4%.
